One of the biggest hurdles to folks wanting to jump into real estate investment is TENTANTS.
You may have read the horror story headlines of renters refusing to vacate, or have an uncle with an experience with a nightmare tenant.

The reality is - this does not need to stop you.  A huge percentage of landlords have never run into the these issues.  The important thing is to understand a process for tenanting, do proper due diligence, and do some basic things to maintain your property.

In this episode, we discuss our experiences with placing tenants in properties, some important aspects of the laws, and some tips for getting the right people into your property.
