Oh, one, two, three.

SPEAKER_05

Well, hello once again to the All Exclusive Podcast. Hello, everybody. Welcome once again to the All Exclusive Podcast. Is this what this episode's gonna be like? I I I just didn't have anything to say. I was not prepared. I thought if I just copy exactly what you said, I'll get away with it.

SPEAKER_04

It is well, I I both of us feel unprepared. Um as I can't speak as well. Um because I'm gonna let you into a little secret. We were recording this directly after the introduction from the last episode with Little X-Ben. Yep. Um because we were having to record this ahead of time uh as I am in Scotland currently. Not now, but I will be in the future. We're talking to you from the past in the future, or we're talking to the future. We're always talking in the past, aren't we? Unless, unless we do a live one. We've ever done that. We talked about doing a live episode. Would you watch a live episode? What would you think about that? Let us know in the comments if you would watch a live episode of the All Exclusive Podcast. It has come up in conversation in the past, but the one thing that we always come down to is one, we can't invite James R. Hearn. Absolutely not. Because probably we'll all be fired. Yeah. And two, you know, we can't edit out things like us talking about roast potatoes and other things and Mr. Whippy ice creams.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, but isn't ever isn't every life episode is in on TV and people isn't there like, I don't know, a 20-second delay though on it? Isn't there that?

SPEAKER_04

I don't think this is possible. We'd look we talked about this, and there is no delay that you can put on James Ahern that would fix that.

SPEAKER_05

That's true.

Announcing Guests Becky And Faye

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. Um, I forgot what we're talking about. We were just talking about whether or not a live episode would work, but oh yeah, also the fact that, yes, we're talking from the past to the future about today's episode, which is Becky Rickman-Jenkins. B R J. Yes. You're really proud of that.

SPEAKER_05

I that was true. Yes, it was not strong for me. I still don't. I'm really glad you got that the right way around as well. The other thing I want to ask you as well, I don't think it was brought up. You your surname and her surnames are very similar.

SPEAKER_04

I we must have talked about that.

SPEAKER_05

I think we did.

SPEAKER_04

It's so long ago that we can't remember this conversation either. So this is going really well. Uh, we must have talked about us sharing a surname. We're both Jenkins. And are you are you? We're not we're not married. No. Or related. Okay. But we must have had this conversation during the episode. You'll find out in a little while before we do. Yeah. Um, but no, I had a lot of fun though. And obviously, it was the first episode where we we had two guests on the podcast in in the studio.

SPEAKER_05

We did. We had uh the wonderful other one there as well. This is Faye. Faye, that's that's it, and you with the baby thing. She had a baby, yeah, and now she's back.

SPEAKER_04

Yes, little Reggie, uh, that she talks about in this episode as well.

SPEAKER_05

Yes, and that that was nice. Obviously, it's nice, they've been they've been friends for years, not Faye and Reggie.

SPEAKER_04

I was in Faye and I wonder if Faye is gonna watch this episode, probably not, but how Reggie would react to seeing Faye on the TV.

SPEAKER_05

That is we should have done like should have brought some stuff, animals like the NAS bear. Yeah, and do you yeah, we need to make this more child friendly, I think.

SPEAKER_04

What could we if you were gonna make this more child friendly for Reggie who could be watching, yeah.

SPEAKER_05

What what do you want to we'll get boo? We need boo bear. Oh dear, continuity. That's gonna be just what are you gonna say? Hello, we need boob.

SPEAKER_00

Hey boys and girls, welcome. I'm a nice bear, and welcome to the All Exclusive Podcast.

SPEAKER_04

So, for the audio listeners, um, that is not Mickey Mouse that has just joined us in the studio. Oh no, is that copyright thing?

SPEAKER_05

That could be, I don't know who I didn't even think of that in my head, honestly.

SPEAKER_04

No, it's either that or you think that Twitch has uh had a blow to a certain body part. Hi, everybody. That's too creepy.

SPEAKER_05

That's too Nasbear. The what bear? The Nasbear. Hi, Reggie.

SPEAKER_04

I'm gonna take the bear off here. I think that's too weird.

SPEAKER_05

I tried.

unknown

We'll put that back up there.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, put that back up there. Talking about talking about things around the studio, I got very excited there. Um, and I I meant to bring it with me today, but we had our first bit of artwork sent in. What? Really? From Leia what wrote us a lovely message. I'm gonna try and bring it in for a future episode and we'll put it up somewhere. Um, but she did a lovely drawing of us slot in the studio. Did she? Yes.

SPEAKER_05

Am I pretending I've seen this already?

SPEAKER_04

Just help me out. Uh yeah. No, obviously for the audio listeners, it looks like you're holding it up, but for the people watching this will realize you're not actually holding anything up.

SPEAKER_05

I assumed green screen. Have we not got some green screen I can hold up and then superimpose Leia's picture in it? Later, later.

SPEAKER_04

We'll actually bring it into the studio at some point. But I wanted to say a huge thank you to you, Leia. Always been a wonderful supporter of the podcast, always writes in, so thank you very much. Uh your up.

SPEAKER_05

I thought it was the the use of of shading and colours was something I've I've never seen before. The brush strokes were absolutely out of this world.

SPEAKER_04

And she wrote a little get well soon message for James Rhearn as well, which was lovely. Yeah, yes. She actually wrote everybody a letter apart from you. Huh? Yeah. Anyway, um, if you also want to send something into the All Exclusive Podcast, feature it on the shelves or anything like that. Of course, send it to All Exclusive Podcast at Potter's Resort Hopton on C.

SPEAKER_05

Well, like a postage.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, send it through the post.

SPEAKER_05

Ah, I don't, it's so expensive now. Postage. I wouldn't bother, guys. It's it's a lot of money, isn't it?

SPEAKER_04

Well, it's it's just a nice thing to do. So or you can send us some stuff online, I suppose, if you follow us uh at all exclusive pod or on TikTok, Instagram, all the other platforms. I don't know.

SPEAKER_05

I said I don't want to be on TikTok. You're already on hashtag Twitch Talk. Remember that Twitch Talk. No, I'm 40 next year. I cannot be on TikTok. Are you not older than that? I'm not, I don't want to be on thank you, Leia, for your wonderful picture. It was very kind of you. I would actually like a done. Do you know what? So I said uh I'm having my uh bathroom done out.

SPEAKER_04

Yes, and you're obviously your wife is uh at this point. We don't know, she might have run off with the plumber.

SPEAKER_05

He was a beautiful man. Anyway, I would like some artwork sent in that I can hang up in the bathroom, if that's okay. Is it something inspirational? I like do you know what I do like an inspirational quote? Something to inspire you to go to the toilet. Yeah, it could be anything. No, no, I shouldn't open that up. Yeah, a lovely drawing would be lovely. And I will I will frame it. I'm not just saying this.

SPEAKER_04

Send in your inspirational quotes for Twitch's bathroom.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah. Oh, I think it's a lovely thing. What are we talking about?

SPEAKER_04

Have you is it like live, laugh, love? Are you one of those people?

SPEAKER_05

Oh my goodness.

SPEAKER_04

You are one of those people, aren't you? I can just see that.

SPEAKER_05

It's gin o'clock somewhere. Absolutely. I cannot stop.

SPEAKER_04

I mean, we we might be talking to people who have those up in their walls, so I do apologize if that's the case.

SPEAKER_05

Take them down now. Take them down. What's the other one you always see in bathrooms? You don't have to be mad here, but it does help.

SPEAKER_04

If you sprinkle, when you tinkle, be a sweetie and wipe the CT. Isn't it weird like bathroom limericks? Send them in. Send in your best bathroom limericks.

SPEAKER_05

Oh if it if it's good, but no, absolutely. Even the bad ones. It's it's beer o'clock. Oh, it's five o'clock somewhere. No.

SPEAKER_04

I'm trying to think of what other words rhyme with Twitch than other than the obvious ones. Um, yeah.

SPEAKER_05

No, I'd uh stitch, obviously. I'd appreciate a poem, a bathroom poem, or a limerick, or a drawing. Would be quite we'll see what we end up with in a future episode. Thank you, everyone.

SPEAKER_04

Should we get into this episode then?

SPEAKER_05

Yes. Um do you know what? There's uh the thing with Becky is she's had a wonderful. I was gonna say she's had a past, which sounds a bit, but a wonderful working past.

SPEAKER_04

She's got a lovely attitude and and like energy about her.

SPEAKER_05

That's not what that's not what I was talking about.

SPEAKER_04

No, no, I know you're talking about the jobs, but what she does here, what she brings to Potters is this incredible energy.

SPEAKER_05

I'm not about the incredible energy. I'm talking about the working past. All right, all right, go on then. Oh, uh yeah, she's she's she worked for interesting places. I'm not gonna spoil it now. No, let's get into the episode of the all exclusive podcast you're getting better than that. Thank you very much. With Rebecca Rickman Jenkins. Rebecca Rickman Jenkins. RBJ. Press playing.

Weddings, Staff Stories And Frankie's Guys

SPEAKER_04

This is the first time we've had four people. For those listening, that is his hands. I'm just sort of pointing that out. Oh yeah, forgot it's audio based. And visual, because we've got the cameras now as well. But you are the first time we've had two guests at the same time in the studio. And I really like that you've come colour coordinated.

SPEAKER_07

That was a total accident. Yeah, we didn't call each other this morning and planning.

SPEAKER_05

No, I we noticed. May I ask because I don't know if anyone would know, but I recently got married. Is that the first thing you brings up every six months? It has been now six months. You're welcome, everyone. Um, but I do know a lot about green because I've had to go through different shades of green for napkins. There's been olive, there's been forest green, there's been moss green. So I may ask, what shade of green are you ladies wearing?

SPEAKER_07

You tell me, because yeah, you sound like the green. It's just like an olive. I'd say olive green for both of these, really. Yours might be a bit darker.

SPEAKER_04

We're actually wearing similar shades of blue as well. So that's I don't know. We've got 50 shades of green.

SPEAKER_07

A deep shade of blue, and there's nothing I can do. It's so far, far away. Oh, I haven't heard that song before a long time.

SPEAKER_04

I am already regretting this. I don't know about you.

SPEAKER_07

I think I've got somewhere to be.

SPEAKER_04

No, yeah. No, I think we all do. And it Becky, this is your first time on the All Exclusive Podcast. I'm very excited. I'm excited to have you here as well. Faye, you're just here.

SPEAKER_07

Returning member.

SPEAKER_04

You're back again. But when you 2023, that was. Yeah. I mean, you'd you'd gotten married.

SPEAKER_07

No, I'd already been married.

SPEAKER_04

That's what I just said. Oh, sorry, yeah. Oh, I got married, I got married. No, no, no.

SPEAKER_07

Did you know he got married? I got married. He actually went to the wedding. Can I just say I'm also married? You are married as well. So you're married, I'm married. I'm married. You're married.

SPEAKER_04

You are right, actually. It is it was just the three of us that went for the day to your wedding.

SPEAKER_07

So yeah. Out of everybody.

unknown

No.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, and Ross went as well.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, yeah, right.

SPEAKER_04

For the full day, right? For the full time. We had a lovely time.

SPEAKER_07

I had a lovely time.

SPEAKER_04

Thank you. Actually, the four people in this room are the only four people from work who turned up.

SPEAKER_07

Oh, we had a lovely time.

SPEAKER_05

Becky, I wasn't invited to your wedding.

SPEAKER_07

I didn't know you. I've got married eleven years ago.

SPEAKER_05

Hmm.

SPEAKER_07

Do you want me to have another one so you can come just for you?

SPEAKER_05

Did anyone from this table go to your wedding, Benny?

SPEAKER_07

Yes. No. Oh no, you didn't. I mean, I didn't know. I didn't know you, Benny. I need another wedding, don't I?

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Well, there we go. We'll put the advert out there. All you know. We're putting it out there. Who what are you looking for this time?

SPEAKER_07

Well, I was thinking about marrying the same person, but having Oh, I see. But I mean, if you can't.

SPEAKER_04

That's not how you suggested it. Sorry.

SPEAKER_07

To the highest bidder, then where should we start the bids?

SPEAKER_04

We're so used to dealing with Mark Brewer and Johnny Matt and we've had several different weddings doing it.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, I don't feel like I'm ready for a new partner. I think I'll stick with the same person.

SPEAKER_04

Just renew your vows and have a lot of things. Wow. Well, I'm glad we're we're back. That's nice then.

SPEAKER_07

Where did this happen? Yeah, this is turn, doesn't it? Just so you look at the wedding. Alright, I'll have another wedding. It's just a party, isn't it? It's just a very expensive. Anyway, this isn't the wedding.

SPEAKER_05

Did anyone go to your wedding from around this table?

SPEAKER_07

Um yeah, Jack was there. Oh yeah. You were they were both there all day and all week. Were you there? Shane came in the evening, Sue came in the evening, Swifty came in the evening.

SPEAKER_05

Why wasn't I invited?

SPEAKER_07

Because you hadn't started working here by that point.

SPEAKER_04

And Ross, you weren't invited either. We've got Ross the runner, he's in the corner off camera.

SPEAKER_07

Ross the runner.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. Ross the boss, usually, but he's he's the runner today. But funnily enough, though, I was thinking about your wedding yesterday, Faye, because I was I was at another wedding. Uh Emma and Jack's, who are guests here at Potters.

SPEAKER_01

Lovely.

SPEAKER_04

Uh, and they had Frankie's guys. Oh, yeah. And you had Frankie's guys at your wedding as well. I was thinking, that was the last time I'd seen Frankie's guys, wasn't it?

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, they're so good, aren't they?

SPEAKER_05

Emma Emma and Jack is in Emma and Jack.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_05

What Emma and Jack. What? I gave them so much advice over the last couple of months.

SPEAKER_04

And they they it was really lovely because they even in incorporated about Potters within their speech, they got engaged at Potters and they said it's really lovely to have all of the important people from Potters. All that's helped us and given us advice. Me, Mark, and Johnny Mac went down there. Was Poppy there? Poppy was there. Yes. It was a lovely day, really lovely day. But yeah, it reminded me of your wedding.

SPEAKER_07

They're so good, aren't they?

SPEAKER_04

I brought up your wedding. No, the last time we spoke to you on the podcast, you'd you'd gotten married, then you'd gone away. You'd gone away on the cruise ships and you'd just come back.

SPEAKER_07

Yes, I'd just come back to part. In fact, me and Henry were in rehearsals for the new variety show.

SPEAKER_04

Yes, you were.

SPEAKER_07

Which then ran for two years. Yes. That's how long ago that was.

SPEAKER_04

And then since then, since then. You've had a child?

SPEAKER_07

I did have a child.

SPEAKER_04

And now you're back part-time.

SPEAKER_07

And now, yeah, I came back in February this year. And now I'm part-time.

SPEAKER_04

Part-time. Reggie.

SPEAKER_07

Reggie.

SPEAKER_04

Regg the Ledge.

SPEAKER_07

Regg the Ledge is here. He's now 18 months. He's running around full of beans.

SPEAKER_04

Not here, just for those people who are listening. He's not actually in this room. He's been here quite a long time.

SPEAKER_07

He's been here. But um yeah, he's keeping me very, very busy.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. And actually, because you brought him here for his first Potter's holiday. I thought he was a big one.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, in the summer, as we are staff members, sometimes we're very lucky and we get a little staff deal. And uh yeah, I brought him for two nights and he loved it. We went swimming, went on the soft play. He fell asleep every night in the push chair at like 9 pm. So I was able to watch all the shows. You need to move to Potters. Go to the garden bar after. He slept through the night. But he needs to move over. He stopped doing that again now. But when we were here, slept through the night, yeah. He loved it.

SPEAKER_05

What was his favourite thing? Favourite activity?

SPEAKER_07

Well, he can't talk, so I'm not sure what made his face light up. Do you know what? When we first got here, Stuart Morrison was doing a garden bar set, and Reggie was dancing, waving, clapping, the whole lot. So I'm gonna go with that. Stuart Morrison. Shout out to Stuart Morrison.

SPEAKER_04

Also previous guest of the All Exclusive Podcast.

SPEAKER_07

He's got a good podcast voice, hasn't he?

SPEAKER_04

Yes, he has.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah.

Faye’s Return As A Mum And Reggie’s First Trip

SPEAKER_04

I think we should do some like nighttime story, you know.

SPEAKER_07

Nighttime stories.

SPEAKER_05

That's actually a great idea.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. We should do different TV. What story would you like to see Stuart Morrison reading to Reggie to send him off to sleep? And maybe we'll I'll ask Stuart next time I see him to record an ex in a little section of the book and we can test it out.

SPEAKER_07

Or about we're going on a bear hunt.

SPEAKER_04

Oh no, because I've I've scary.

SPEAKER_07

What about what's the one with the rabbits? Is it Guess How Much I Love You? Oh yeah, that's quite a bit.

SPEAKER_04

I just he's got quite a like a calm, soothing voice.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

I don't think that fits the tone of the story. We're going on a bear hunt.

SPEAKER_07

We're gonna catch a big one. We're not scared.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, I think you want something more Hungry Caterpillar. I don't have kids. This is a good one. Guess how much they love you. How does that go?

SPEAKER_07

That's the one where they they keep saying, don't they, I love you this much, and then the the little bunny's got tiny little arms, so it's like this much, and then then Daddy Bunny goes, but I love you this much, and it's always bigger. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

And if you're not watching this and just listening to this, tip kept extending your arms slightly. Yeah. Yeah. So that's what you think you should put forward. I'm gonna ask him to just uh do a little section of we're going on a bear hunt and we'll see how that sounds.

SPEAKER_07

I cannot wait to hear it.

SPEAKER_04

We'll send it to Reggie and see if it keeps him awake or not.

SPEAKER_07

I'll let you know his reaction.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. We're gonna insert it now. That probably won't be that will be seamless. No, no, I'm gonna make sure we do that. Even if I just record it on my phone, we'll make sure we do that.

SPEAKER_05

If that didn't work, though, listers, you know that Jack is lazy.

SPEAKER_04

Just like Ashley making Johnny get the drinks last time that never arrived. Who got the drinks today? You did manage to do that today.

SPEAKER_07

And you got the order, right? They're quite interesting today.

SPEAKER_04

What was your order?

SPEAKER_07

Well, I ordered a bottle of prosecco.

SPEAKER_04

What did you get?

SPEAKER_07

A glass on a cup, a mug of prosecco.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, well, this is we always ask our guests what you would like from the all-it-inclusive menu, and you've gone for some prosecco. Not quite in the quantity you want to do.

SPEAKER_07

I got it though.

SPEAKER_04

But you did get it. A small bottle.

SPEAKER_07

Faye, this time you've gone for I asked for a chocolate milkshake, which normally comes in a glass with like chocolate sauce around the side, big dollop of cream on top. However, it's been transported into this cup, so now it's just all a bit mixed. You're still ungrateful. My prosecco doesn't normally come in a teacup. It normally comes in a nice podge glass, but um, am I moaning? No, it's ungrateful.

SPEAKER_04

This is gonna be an interesting episode. I can't believe this. I can't believe this.

SPEAKER_07

I'm trying my best. Thank you. No, it tastes it tastes lovely, thank you.

SPEAKER_04

No, this is yeah, great. You seem like you really are enjoying it. Can you just take a sip and just look down the camera and I can tell everybody how much you're enjoying it if you want to get up and look at it? This is gonna spill everywhere. Do not spill anything.

SPEAKER_07

No, I don't think I can. And to be fair, it does look a bit curdled. It looks a little bit, it is very warm.

SPEAKER_04

How does it taste?

SPEAKER_07

Curdled. It it actually tastes okay. It tastes nice. Thank you for getting it. I'm very grateful.

SPEAKER_04

Of course. So, Becky, we're gonna we're gonna find out a bit more about you as well within this episode.

SPEAKER_07

Oh, do we have to do that?

SPEAKER_04

And yeah, no, I think we do. Obviously, because you've been with Potters for how long now?

SPEAKER_07

Uh 14 years.

SPEAKER_04

Wow, I know, right? Fourteen years. And what was your first experience of Potters? Was it through what how did you find this place?

SPEAKER_05

Well, basically, when I first started, um I hosted with a quiz with Becky. That was my first experience.

SPEAKER_04

Actually, funny you not you, we're not talking about you, but funny you should say this because I feel like we've had this conversation before, but my first experience of Potters was hosting a quiz with you as well. On my first day.

SPEAKER_07

Wow. I think I feel like new people with you. All of the new test, isn't it? It's a test. If you can cope on a quiz with me, you can cope with Life at Potters.

SPEAKER_04

What was your first? Actually, I'm gonna stop that question there. What was your first thoughts of Ashley doing a quiz with you?

SPEAKER_07

Um I'm gonna use one word. Yeah, chaotic.

SPEAKER_05

Chaotic. I'll take as well.

SPEAKER_07

Chaotic. I was like, whoa, yeah, who's this guy? Yeah, there's a lot.

SPEAKER_04

And what's your opinion of him now?

SPEAKER_07

Can we chaotic?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, that's fair.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, I agree with that as well.

SPEAKER_04

And uh, first opinions of me. Or that would have been seven, uh eight, nine years ago, maybe. Whoa.

SPEAKER_07

Is that how long you've been here?

Listener Artwork, Socials And Bathroom Limericks

SPEAKER_04

I would say I've been back here seven years. I was on the cruise ships for two years. So yeah, about nine, nine or ten years ago.

SPEAKER_07

Um, what did I think of you? I thought you were the most chilled-out man I've ever met. So relaxed.

SPEAKER_04

And now?

SPEAKER_07

Still the most chilled out man I've ever met. Sometimes a bit too relaxed. Well, but I also instantly loved you because we share the same surname.

SPEAKER_05

We do, yes. Jenkins. Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

So I was like, yes, fellow Jenkins on board.

SPEAKER_05

Have you both checked?

SPEAKER_07

Oh. Want to see if we're related?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. We never do we no no. But we have always talked that you were talking about marriages earlier. If we got married, we wouldn't have to change anything.

SPEAKER_07

It would be, I wouldn't ever had to go through anything. Just get married and say the same name.

SPEAKER_04

Easier.

SPEAKER_07

Well, that sounds cheaper. I know. But sadly, we're not married.

SPEAKER_04

So Faye, what was your first in interaction with Becky?

SPEAKER_07

Here at Potters.

SPEAKER_04

Were you on a quiz with her? Because I feel like that must be that is the training process.

SPEAKER_07

I can't remember. No. What year did you start working here? 14 years ago, however long that was. What's that? 20. Oh, I can't do any years. No, I don't even know what year that was. 2025, takeaway 14.

SPEAKER_05

So 21.

SPEAKER_07

2021.

SPEAKER_05

No, that's not right. No, it's 2001.

SPEAKER_07

Right, 2012. That's all it's. It can't be 2001. 2015. No, that's 24 years ago. 14, 13, 12, 2011. That's 2011. Yeah, yeah. Yes.

SPEAKER_04

It shouldn't have taken that long. No. It should not be eleven.

SPEAKER_07

So I also started in 2011, but after you. And I don't know what our first thing was. Just on day end. What did we do? It was something kids related like the play bus. Oh, the play bus.

SPEAKER_04

You sound so joyful in your reminiscence of the playbus. Describe the playbus for people.

SPEAKER_07

Oh. Well, can I? Yeah, please. Hell on her. No, come on. No, no, no.

SPEAKER_04

We haven't got the play bus anymore.

SPEAKER_07

So the play, so now we've got a lovely soft play in the game zone, which is unmanned, and just go in it whenever you want. The play bus used to be a big double decker bus that they used to park. Um, you know, the sports kiosk is just outside of those doors, and one of us had to sit in the driver's seat of the play bus. And when people came on, we just had to check that they took their shoes off. But then at the end, we had to clean the whole double decker play bus. It was in the summer, it was so hot. The sun. And in the winter, it was freezing cold, wasn't it? Yeah. So do you remember we had to wear those multicoloured trousers? Don't know why. You don't like chef trousers.

SPEAKER_04

We've still got some of those because we're going to be.

SPEAKER_07

That's from the play bus days. That's from like 14 years ago.

SPEAKER_05

I feel like I was on the TV show, the them sort of trousers.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, we had to wear them just for the playbook.

SPEAKER_05

How would you feel putting those trousers back on again?

SPEAKER_07

Oh, I'd be alright with that. I know I'd be okay with it. I don't think I'd be able to do it. No, I'd be okay with it. They never fit.

SPEAKER_01

Never fit.

SPEAKER_07

Do you know my favourite bit about the playbus was there? When you locked it all up, you used to have to jump out of the emergency exit at the back. Yeah, yeah. I quite like that bit. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

That's that's quite interesting.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah. But no, we don't have that anymore. But that was probably, or something like back in the day, kids' club craft used to be upstairs. Oh, yeah, it might have been there. Chaotic.

SPEAKER_04

But you've seen the place evolve quite considerably. So how how did you, Becky, get involved in Pottersham? So what was your first experience of the stuff?

SPEAKER_07

How did I actually okay? So I was working in television and the show I was on had a break, so I needed some work. And my partner at the time knew someone that worked here. So I came and had a meeting with them and just got in that way, really. So I was only going to originally do it for the summer for six weeks when the kids were here for the summer. Here we are. 13 years later, my summer is still going on.

SPEAKER_04

Still here with the summer of fun.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

That's so you and you mentioned there, so you worked in television and things like that. So what how did you what was your first experience of your job role in television then? How did that sort of come on about it? Can you talk about what what what you were working on before you joined us?

SPEAKER_07

Yes. So that wasn't my first job in television, but the show I was working on was Jeremy Kyle's show. So I was doing that, and then he went to film in America. So that's obviously why we had the break. And then while he was gone, I obviously just needed something to fill. So that wasn't my first job, but that's that's the show I was working on at the time. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Well, how did you get into television then? How did you get?

SPEAKER_07

So I studied media at college.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

And then when I left college, I initially got into radio and I wanted to work in television, but it was really hard to get in, so I sort of fell into radio, which I loved, it was great. And then through the radio, we were doing um a tech show. Uh so we were out and about, and Anglia Television, like the local news were there, so we started talking to them, and I was like, Oh, I'm really interested in television. Like, do you take on work experience? And they said, Yeah, we do. And at the time, you you're quite young, so you might not remember it, but there was a show called The Trisha Goddard Show, Tricia Show, do you remember it?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_07

So it was very similar to Jeremy Kyle. Um, but that was filmed in Norwich. So I went and did some work hex on it, and I loved it and said, Oh, have you got any jobs? And they were like, No, not at the minute. So um I just went and did some stuff for free. I literally just on my days off, I said, Right, I'll come and work for free. So that's what I did. And I did about a month of just working for free.

SPEAKER_04

What sort of role?

SPEAKER_07

In a runner.

SPEAKER_04

Just looking over at Ross the Runner now. He's shaking his head, he's so angry about it.

SPEAKER_07

So yeah, so I was just a runner. It's like the basic.

SPEAKER_05

What is a runner, if I only ask?

SPEAKER_07

It's doing all the rubbishy jobs, really. So you so um poor Ross. So you're literally doing all the rubbishy jobs. If there's anything to do, you are literally running up and say, Yeah, cups of tea, you've got to clean that mess up. This guest needs this, the presenter wants that.

SPEAKER_04

Sorry, you need to write these down.

SPEAKER_07

Actually, Ross, I'd love a cup of tea.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

Becky’s TV Career Path From Runner To Floor Manager

SPEAKER_07

And I'll have the rest of the bottle.

SPEAKER_05

Do you remember the worst thing you were asked to do? Or probably can't talk about it.

SPEAKER_07

I can't have one of the things. There was accidentally a script thrown in a skip.

SPEAKER_04

Oh no.

SPEAKER_07

I didn't throw it in there, but the the runner who did needed help looking through said skip. So the rest of the runners all had to get in the skip. And that is awful, isn't it?

SPEAKER_04

The rest of the we didn't find it, so the the rest of the runners sounds like this little team of I I I think it must be because you mentioned rabbits earlier, just sort of like running around frantically all coming together and doing the it literally is that.

SPEAKER_07

It is, yeah. It could be anything, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Then developed from so the the Trisha show, so you you were you sort of volunteering in different things. Did you then get a permanent role on that show and then yeah?

SPEAKER_07

So um, in the end, a runner job, a paid job came up, excuse me, and it was the most basic pay, it was rubbish pay, but I was just pleased to be getting something because I still had my radio job as well. So I was doing all that, and then I was doing Trisha show on my other days, and um I quite quickly realised I wanted to be a floor manager.

SPEAKER_04

You like bossing people around?

SPEAKER_07

It was just I wanted to be in the throng of it, in the studio where everything's going on and the chaos, yeah. It's amongst it. Yeah, I just wanted to be in on that floor, and I did get offered a job to be a researcher, which is in the offices, you know, booking guests, things like that. And I turned it down because I knew that wasn't for me, and I was a bit like have I ruined my future here.

SPEAKER_05

Is that still on the Trisha Show or Delhi?

SPEAKER_07

Still on the Trisha Show. Um and then one of the floor managers fell pregnant. And I was like, No, hello, this is my moment. So I started shadowing them for free again because I was obviously not gonna get paid because I had to then sort of forgo my runner job. Started shadowing them for free, and then lo and behold, I got the job. Thank you to the baby, yes, so yeah, so I was really pleased. So then you become like an assistant floor manager, and then obviously sort of work your way up, but you're still on the floor.

SPEAKER_04

When you when you're a floor manager, what sort of does that involve then?

SPEAKER_07

So you're basically in charge of everything that goes on the studio floor. So you've got the director who's at the top, top dog, and then in your ear, he's telling you orders, so everything that goes on, so your health and safety. Um, if there's a live studio audience getting them in, you're in charge of obviously the guests being where they're meant to be. Everything that goes on, applause. So obviously, when there's applause to be had, you're the first person like getting the applause going. You're invited to the city.

SPEAKER_04

I need you in the Atlas Theatre. Especially when Ashley's on.

SPEAKER_05

Just too bad. Yeah, we need I need them lights that says applause now.

SPEAKER_07

Clap Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Or just can last that must be quite an interesting job because you are literally doing everything.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

So so so many different sorts of I loved it though.

SPEAKER_07

It was brilliant. You never knew what you were going to go into from one day to the next. So, like, I worked on many different shows. And normally with a floor manager, you'll have an assistant. But on shows like Jeremy Kyle, Tresha, Jerry Springer, there's more of you. So you still have a floor manager, but you've got normally two or three like under you because it's so massive. Yeah. Such such a big show and unpredictable. Yeah. You never know what's going to go on. So brilliant.

SPEAKER_04

Have you got a favourite moment or favourite show episode you worked on that really stands in your mind that you can share? Because that looked like that.

SPEAKER_07

That's a great sister show. Didn't um Buzz pop up on the show. That was on Trisha in the audience. No, I wasn't there then, though. That was before my time for you. Yes, he did, didn't he? I've seen the video. Yeah, that was before my time. What did I can't remember what he did?

SPEAKER_04

Was he dressed up? Maybe we'll find the clip.

SPEAKER_07

He's been in a few um audiences, sometimes dressed up. I don't think he was dressed up on Tricia. But he stood up at one point and pointed and asked a question at the contestants.

SPEAKER_05

Actually, everything that man's done, you seem to know everything about it.

SPEAKER_07

Has he got no private lives? Love to find it.

SPEAKER_04

If we can find a clip to show on this episode, we'll see if we can do it.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, it's on there summaries, isn't it?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

It's a really hard question because there was lots of things that stick in my mind part.

SPEAKER_05

I don't know if I can actually beaten things out, or is it just you've told me a lot of stories already? I'm like, no, you've not shared. Exactly.

SPEAKER_07

I can't think of any you've told me.

SPEAKER_05

You told me some really sweet stuff as well.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, we did have some nice episodes as well. And then yeah, it wasn't all like the fighty stuff. Um at Christmas, we used to do really nice episodes with children that we'd have on and make their dreams come true and things. So they were always really sweet. It's really difficult because this stuff was obviously like quite out there, wasn't it?

SPEAKER_04

I mean, if you've watched any of those sorts of programmes, you know it was sort of.

SPEAKER_07

It was fiery and wild and wonderful. I just love the idea of you having to try and contain that. Well, there was a f there was a fight once. There was a fight on stage, and I was backstage in like one of the pods, because you had pods on either side where they'd go, and the fight spilled back, and I got completely clattered, like knocked over completely. And I literally was like, please don't show that on the telly. And it was on the telly, and I was like, Can we find that episode? I don't know what episode it was. I literally watched it and was like, no.

SPEAKER_04

What show was that on?

SPEAKER_07

That's Jeremy Carr.

SPEAKER_04

Who who's been your favourite person to work with?

SPEAKER_07

Probably Jeremy.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

He was at your wedding. Yeah, he was, yeah. He's lovely.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. He's he actually seems like a really, really nice guy. He is lovely. Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

I still speak to him now.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

I'm still friends with him. He's lovely. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

When because I watched him do, he did like a quiz show for a little while as well, didn't he? And he seemed like when he was interacting, obviously, completely different um style of show to his other his show. Yeah. It was just really interesting to watch him interact with people and he came across really.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, yeah, he was lovely. I I worked on a Jerry Springer show as well, and he Jerry Springer was amazing. Yeah. Lovely, lovely man.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah. Did you ever sorry? Did you have to sign any NDAs? Yeah. Talk about them. Could you break them now?

SPEAKER_07

How long do they last? It's forever. Oh, yeah. You have to sign when you first sign just for me. Is that what do you want to know then? You can't tell people for that.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, non-disclosure agreement.

SPEAKER_07

I've never had to sign one.

SPEAKER_05

Go on, break it now.

SPEAKER_07

Go on. What do you want to know though?

SPEAKER_05

Whatever you saw was the one when you've signed.

SPEAKER_07

No, because it's just like you just generally sign when you start, like you know, oh no, I think I did sign one one. Where? When I worked at Disney.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, you would have had to do that.

SPEAKER_07

I can't remember what I did. Was it because of Donald Duck and Minnie? Yeah, no one's allowed to know. We shouldn't talk about that.

SPEAKER_04

Why don't you tell us about Donald Duck and Minnie and we'll bleep it out?

SPEAKER_07

They were on the Jeremy Carr show.

SPEAKER_04

What happened?

SPEAKER_07

You don't want a note. Big big story.

SPEAKER_04

We'll cut it off there. So how so is it those sorts of programs that you worked on? And then uh how did you that so from there to here basically? So you you kept working here part-time.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

How did the uh TV work sort of end that sort of side of it?

SPEAKER_07

So uh in 2016, I was getting pregnant and obviously I was driving up and down to Manchester, and um, yeah, and I decided that because like we were trying to fall pregnant, I was a bit like, oh, do I carry on? And it's obviously stress. The job was stressful. I remember you doing all the driving. Yeah, because I'd drive I'd always drive like on a Tuesday or Wednesday, then we'd film really hardcore schedule, and I'd drive back late at night, and then I'd be back here. Yeah, so it was a lot. So I kind of made the decision to step away just to see, obviously, and then obviously I felt pregnant anyway, so I didn't bother going back. Because it's difficult when you've I know people do, but because we hadn't got any TV here, yeah, it would have been a case of obviously saying, Oh, I'll see you in like a week or three weeks or whatever you're working on. And it's just not bothered. So yeah, so I yeah, so I gave it up because of that. If I do miss it, yeah, kids. Oh, it's only real when you laugh. Don't do it, guys. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

How have you found Faye sort of coming back after having read you?

Behind The Scenes On Trisha, Jeremy Kyle And Jerry Springer

SPEAKER_07

Um, yeah, I mean yeah, obviously I'm back part-time now, so I feel like I miss out on lots of stuff because obviously when you're full-time, you're you know what's going on all the time, you know all the you know decisions that are being made and the new stuff that's coming in and the gossip. No gossip, no gossip.

SPEAKER_04

Um we have to made we've made face sign an NDA.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, the gossip. No gossip. Um, whereas now I just have to rely on well, you're part-time as well. Becky's in the know. But yeah, no, I enjoy, I love coming in. If anything, I love it more because, and I said this this morning, didn't I? When I came into the office, I was like, because I'm part-time, when I now come in, because it's not for very, not for very long, I am completely full of energy, probably really annoying, really loud. I'm like, absolutely. Becky's the same, because we're part-time. When we come in, we're full of energy, we want to get stuck in because the alternative is you know, being at home, obviously being a mum, which is great. But yeah, because you're not doing it five days a week, you don't get tired or you know, you're not doing the same thing. So don't you find it nice as well, though? It's like a break from like such a mum. Yeah, it's great.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, it's definitely come in so energetic. I know it's so annoying.

SPEAKER_07

I know, and I said this one, I said, guys, if I'm annoying today, I'm really sorry, but I've just got so much energy.

SPEAKER_05

No, it is what it is wonderful. I you definitely need that injection, especially with near the end of summer now.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, I feel like me and Becky are like Juracell bunnies.

SPEAKER_04

My favourite thing Becky does, and you've been doing this for years. Oh, yeah, this is my least favourite thing. She did it today.

SPEAKER_07

I've done it twice today. If you're gonna say what I think you're gonna say.

SPEAKER_04

It's it is when you make well, it's mostly Faye or Rachel.

SPEAKER_07

Yes.

SPEAKER_04

And you go around, you make them jump and you film it, and I think it's a little bit more.

SPEAKER_07

And do you know I've done them both today.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

We've actually got um, she's put loads together. So if you want to insert that.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my god.

SPEAKER_07

That makes the same pitch of noise every time. I just don't know how I do it. Can you it's like the same pitch every time. It and we put all these videos together that should take and over mups and mups and mups, and every one is exactly the same pitch. And if you ask me to sing the same note, obviously I can't do it, but I I have a surprised screen which is exactly the same.

SPEAKER_04

In that way, we could probably if we if we had some sort of like music producer wizard, we could probably pitch that differently and put them all together and create a song, a remix. If there is anybody out there who knows how to change the pitch on a video and let's just make a song. What song would it be?

SPEAKER_07

Oh what do you mean?

SPEAKER_04

What do I mean? What song is it?

SPEAKER_07

Well, the first one that comes to my head is ah ah ah stay in the that one. Right. We are on the show.

SPEAKER_04

Any music producers out there? Over to you.

SPEAKER_07

Becky's probably got 1500 videos of me, and same of Rachel. I've got more videos on my phone making people jump than I have of my own child, probably. Yeah, from the past, like four, she's been doing it for like 10 years past. She's got so many.

SPEAKER_05

So what um so you make people jump. What makes you jump, Becky?

SPEAKER_07

Not a lot. Apart from today, it's the first time in 14 years I made Becky jump. Yes. We were getting out of our pot orator outfits, and I just went for it and it worked. Didn't record it then? No, so now there's no evidence. No, didn't happen. Three witnesses, Rihanna, Emily, and Phoebe. There's no evidence. Didn't happen.

unknown

I've got witnesses.

SPEAKER_07

Whereas later you'll be on Instagram because I'm gonna put yours up in a bit.

SPEAKER_04

I can't wait to watch it and we will show the keys. It's quite a good one. We will show the key.

SPEAKER_07

It is good, she was coming out of the toilet.

SPEAKER_04

You are as well, Becky.

SPEAKER_07

Yes.

SPEAKER_04

The founder slash inventor of the Potterators.

SPEAKER_07

Potterators! Becky.

SPEAKER_04

Maybe we'll put a little bit of the theme music in there. What um uh describe what the Potterators is.

SPEAKER_07

So if you've seen the Gladiators on television. Gladiators! That one. We are a version, a more comical version, and slightly less muscly. Well, you're quite good if you're enough. Um version of them.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

And everybody's got their own potterator alter ego. Yes. Let's go round the table. Let's share the potterator alter ego.

SPEAKER_05

I am the twitchinator. Inventive. Yes. I get the power from my beard. But you've shaved most of your beard off. Well, that's because I'm married. I don't know if I told you, that's because I'm married. Um, and I am a lover, not a fighter.

SPEAKER_01

That's me.

SPEAKER_04

So when you're going against the guests uh at a challenge, yeah, you you win with love.

SPEAKER_05

I win with love or heavily finding a way to cheat.

SPEAKER_04

We no one ever cheats. We play an honest game.

SPEAKER_07

The potterettes don't need to cheat, they're so good. No, I do. We went through a rigorous initiation process.

SPEAKER_04

Oh I am Jack Attack man.

SPEAKER_07

I love the man at the end. And it's so awkward. It's so I love the awkwardness. Jack attack man.

SPEAKER_04

Man. Bessie, who are you? Who's your alter ego?

SPEAKER_07

I am Pocket Rocket. And I hate losing.

SPEAKER_04

She hates losing. And what happened the other day?

SPEAKER_07

I don't want to talk about it.

SPEAKER_04

Welly wanging.

SPEAKER_07

I'm not talking about it. Was it Willy Wanging? But I I don't believe there's no woman that can throw that far.

SPEAKER_04

She's incredible at Welly Wang and I've seen it.

SPEAKER_07

I can't even talk about it, Jack Attack. Attaching female.

SPEAKER_04

Faye.

SPEAKER_07

I am mini machine.

SPEAKER_04

Again, with you know, you two are sort of pocket rocky.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, well, obviously pocket rocky rocket. You're okay. Pocket Rocky. You're okay. Pocket Rocky. Pocket Rocket is the superior name. But I I went through so many names, guys.

SPEAKER_04

It's difficult to think of a name.

SPEAKER_07

So many names. So something small. Mini machine was the best I could come up with. But do you do you know when we're pot raters together? We've done it today, we do gymnastics skills, don't we? We do inter video here.

SPEAKER_05

Can you feel the power? Can you hear the roar? Step into the back.

SPEAKER_04

I don't think there is one. Vox is in the corner thinking, oh my god, I've got to edit all of this together.

SPEAKER_07

We do good gymnastics skills anyway. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

But I've I've loved the whole atmosphere around the potterator.

SPEAKER_07

It's good.

SPEAKER_04

It's been a lot of fun. Yeah, it is good. I mean, it's just it's good at having it's uh like just that excitement and actually seeing the kids go around and getting their stickers as well, which has been quite funny.

SPEAKER_07

We've just done it before we came here, which is why we look knackered. Yeah, and we finished with um they all got to pick a potterator to race on the assault course. We both quit fields. What? Found it difficult. Yeah. Did you lose again? Yeah, but I was up against like a 12-year-old athlete. We've been on the assault course since Monday.

SPEAKER_04

Training.

SPEAKER_07

Training this moment. But yeah. I did win at the javelin throw, though, didn't I? Yeah, I've been very good at that.

SPEAKER_04

What is your favourite activity to compete as a potolet?

SPEAKER_07

In Trump's hour?

SPEAKER_05

In it just across the resort. Yeah, because sometimes it's not even on the rotor. You you two just go off.

SPEAKER_07

I do find on the course, to be fair. I have got a um a friction burn when I raced the other day though on the lace. Very dangerous. I got hit on the hand today in the hockey. We got hit on the hand. Roddy, El Rodino, got his glasses knocked off in the hockey. Somebody got him in the face. Yeah. It's not all fun and games, this pottery milan.

SPEAKER_05

No, people but people want to win.

SPEAKER_07

We've got our lives on the line.

SPEAKER_05

A lot of the way that was not the question that Jack does.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, you're not.

SPEAKER_07

Oh, sorry, what was the question? What's your favourite?

SPEAKER_04

Yes, but I'm getting this is getting to the point where they're just having their own conversation.

SPEAKER_07

We just uh I quite I do quite like the assault course.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

And I also quite like having a go at the wall.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_07

Racing people on the wall. We haven't had to do the wall yet. No, I do quite like having a race on that. We've got quite short limbs. I'm good at it. Good upper body.

unknown

Yeah, I don't know.

SPEAKER_04

I've been asking this question on the podcast to different guests, and I thought it would be interesting. Is there any activity or anything at Potters that you would never take part in but always wanted to?

SPEAKER_07

Oh no, I haven't been on the carts. Oh yeah, I don't think I've ever been on the card.

SPEAKER_04

Thank you for the rally carts. Thank you for demonstrating what a cart looks like.

SPEAKER_07

I've never been on them either. Haven't been on the rally carts. I bet you haven't done uh the Tibetan balls, have you? I don't know if I want to. I I think that's a little bit more. That was just a little demo. No, they don't sound anything like that, to be fair. No. They do sound nice. Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

It's a bit too relaxed for me. Yeah, we're gonna notice what I was thinking about that.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah. I did rip my trousers on the um last standing.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. You get but you get too competitive.

SPEAKER_07

She's so competitive, guys. I look not in potterators, though. This is before potterators. I had my normal uniform on. In life, she's competitive. And I jumped down to duck it, and I heard a big rip. And my trousers had ripped from the front to the back completely.

SPEAKER_04

That's that's probably the worst place for work to rip.

SPEAKER_07

Completely. I haven't got a picture of that.

SPEAKER_04

Literally the lock. Yeah. That's quite interesting. Who was on there at the time?

SPEAKER_07

Families. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

That's very similar. But no, you are, but you love a game, don't you? Yeah. You love getting involved in things.

SPEAKER_07

I was playing sandball in the garden yesterday with Evie, then I can't even let her win. I've been to a park with Becky and Evie and Reggie. She will go on the monkey bars and you know kick kids out the way. I'm good though, aren't I? Yeah, you are good.

unknown

It's out of the ball.

SPEAKER_04

Because you you actually you're always looking for new games for champs our things like that. I think you are our games master here at Potter's Blondes.

SPEAKER_07

I just losing.

SPEAKER_04

As you're so competitive, I think let's play a game. Let's play a game. And actually.

SPEAKER_07

We've got to be against each other, are you? Because I'm sick of that.

SPEAKER_04

Well, no, I think you wouldn't.

SPEAKER_07

You'll be on my teeth.

SPEAKER_04

No, I'm going to try and find what you scored because we played a game in series one, two, and three. We've played the A B C quiz.

SPEAKER_07

I can't even remember. What's it answered?

Part-Time Energy, Team Dynamics And Pranks

SPEAKER_04

I'm going to well 45, 47 seconds to answer as many questions as possible. Becky, I'm going to get you to go first.

SPEAKER_07

Can I have another go?

SPEAKER_04

And then Faye, we're going to give you another go. Yeah. Oh, well.

SPEAKER_07

This isn't fair, is it? Well, he's just told you what to do. Really? Because you've already done it once.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah, yeah. No, but we'll take that into account. And I mean, Johnny Mack was dead bottom of the leaderboard for a very long time. And I don't think we're spoiling everything by saying to you he improved his score by one point. Nice. He was at the bottom with eight and he's now got nine. Okay. But that bonus point was because uh Jack tripped up as well as the case. Oh, and I oh yeah, that's no, and yeah, that's true. It's the only reason why um let me get because I accidentally set 47 minutes instead of 40 seconds.

SPEAKER_07

And he's still only got so 47 seconds of. It's not long, is it?

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_04

It's not long. Basically, this is anything but the correct.

SPEAKER_07

Oh, I've got to do like I mustn't say the correct answer.

SPEAKER_04

Yes. So an example of it.

SPEAKER_07

I'm gonna have another sip of a second because it'll make it. Becky lives for. I'm ready, let me sit up more straight.

SPEAKER_04

Faye, what we're gonna ask of you is just absolute silence, please. Um the example question we always give is what colour is the sky? You would say red. Perfect. This is I think you're gonna be good at this.

SPEAKER_05

Also, also, Faye, I don't well, uh correct me if I'm wrong, I don't believe they're gonna be the same questions. No, no, no. So you've got no time to prepare.

SPEAKER_07

Well, that could be disappointing.

SPEAKER_05

Right.

SPEAKER_07

I'm ready.

SPEAKER_05

Okay, so Becky, are you ready for anything but correct?

SPEAKER_04

Yes. Your 47 seconds start now. What is your name? Fay. What colour is grass?

SPEAKER_07

Blue.

SPEAKER_04

Name something you'd eat for breakfast. Cheese. Name some name an item of clothing.

SPEAKER_07

Oh, uh the sun.

SPEAKER_04

Favourite potter's activity?

SPEAKER_07

Um oh no. Um crosswords.

SPEAKER_04

What is King Charles famous for?

SPEAKER_07

Uh poo-in.

SPEAKER_04

What noise does a penguin make?

SPEAKER_07

Quack!

SPEAKER_04

Name an ingredient in a cup of tea.

SPEAKER_07

Um vinegar.

SPEAKER_04

What has four wheels?

SPEAKER_07

Um bicycle.

SPEAKER_04

Humpty Dumpty had a great what?

SPEAKER_07

Turnip.

SPEAKER_04

What is the opposite of left?

SPEAKER_07

Uh-uh.

SPEAKER_04

Name something cold.

SPEAKER_07

Um sausages.

SPEAKER_04

What do you brush your teeth with?

SPEAKER_07

Banana.

SPEAKER_04

Name something you wear on your head.

SPEAKER_07

That sucks.

SPEAKER_04

And the time's gone off. I'll give you one more question.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

What does WWF stand for?

SPEAKER_07

Um war. I don't want to say what's gonna start. I know exactly what you mean. War waste foul.

SPEAKER_04

Becky, thank you.

SPEAKER_07

In my head, it was so I was like, I can't. I cannot do that. I have several issues with some of those dances. Why? You can have cold sausages.

SPEAKER_05

Okay, well, to be fair, normally I bring up the issues, but I'm happy. I got several. Now I'm happy for Faye to go and see if we map through our issues. What are you gonna say? Cold sausages. Yeah. I absolutely write that down. You can have cold sausages.

SPEAKER_07

But technically you'd have to cook them so they'd be hot before they went cold. Just eat a cold raw sausage.

SPEAKER_05

I agree with Faye. No punch.

SPEAKER_07

Also, you said we don't do crosswords at Potters, but sometimes in the daily puzzle, isn't there a crossword?

SPEAKER_05

Is she? I absolutely wrote that down. However, did you say favourite activity? I didn't say what's your favourite activity. So that's right.

SPEAKER_07

I hate crosswords.

SPEAKER_05

So then I will give a you're right. I questioned it because we do do crosswords at Potter's Resorts, but it was favourite activity. So you can have that point.

SPEAKER_07

There are a few other ones I didn't agree with, but they've left my mind. Go and read them out. So there Oh, listen to this. There were more.

SPEAKER_05

Name something you can't have for breakfast. Oh, yeah, cheese.

SPEAKER_07

Have you ever had a McDonald's muffin? Wait, I'm allergic to cheese. Oh, that is cheese for breakfast.

SPEAKER_05

She might die.

SPEAKER_07

She's allergic to dairy and eggs, guys. I actually I'll let you have that. Okay, because of she can't personally have a question was for me, wasn't it? Well, that's true. Yeah, I think I'll give you a few.

SPEAKER_05

And the last thing I just want to check, and I might have to Google this, is there such a thing as a four-wheeled bicycle? What is a bicycle with four wheels called? Answer a quadricycle. Okay, thank you. So I will give you that point. How many points is that then?

SPEAKER_02

And any bonus points for any answers there?

SPEAKER_05

Um, I will give you one bonus point because Faye was staring at you quite hard.

SPEAKER_07

Yes. I wasn't even looking. She tried to put me off to begin with by interjecting. So I was actually looking over here for something.

SPEAKER_05

Can I say in front of Faye how many points? Yes. Okay, so that is total of one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve.

SPEAKER_07

You were very quick. Fifteen.

The Birth Of The Potterators And Alter Egos

SPEAKER_04

Good score. Good score. We can't reveal where that comes in the standing of the whole thing.

SPEAKER_05

Well, you're not I'm not I'm happy with my score.

SPEAKER_07

I don't think you did as good as me, but I don't I feel like I could have done better.

SPEAKER_05

Shall we give Faye another go then? So Faye, you get 47 seconds. I think you could probably give Faye the same questions, and she still wouldn't do it.

SPEAKER_07

It's true. I actually might say the same answers because that's what happens when they're in your head.

SPEAKER_04

Would you would you like us to give you the same questions, but you can't give the same answers?

SPEAKER_07

No, no, no, no, because that's worse. I'd rather have any questions. Because the first thing you say, all her answers are in my head.

SPEAKER_05

When you're going second on Family Fortunes or Family Feuds, nobody wants that.

SPEAKER_07

Nobody wants that.

SPEAKER_04

Right, here we go. You're 14.

SPEAKER_07

Ah! That's the noise she makes when I make a jump.

SPEAKER_04

No. What colour is an orange?

SPEAKER_07

Yellow.

SPEAKER_04

Name something you'd keep in your pocket.

SPEAKER_07

Scissors.

SPEAKER_04

What are clouds made from?

SPEAKER_07

Can cotton candy.

SPEAKER_04

What do you use to hit a cricket ball?

SPEAKER_07

A shoe.

SPEAKER_04

What would you find in a zoo?

SPEAKER_07

A moth.

SPEAKER_04

What do you plant to crow a tree?

SPEAKER_07

Mushrooms.

SPEAKER_04

Name something you'd sit on.

SPEAKER_07

A pogo stick.

SPEAKER_04

Name a musical instrument.

SPEAKER_07

A table.

SPEAKER_04

Name the capital of the UK.

SPEAKER_07

Lisbon.

SPEAKER_04

What is your name?

SPEAKER_07

Rebecca Rickman Jenkins.

SPEAKER_04

Name something you'd have on toast.

SPEAKER_07

Lemon curd.

SPEAKER_04

And the last question.

SPEAKER_07

Romeo and Rebecca Rickman Jenkins. I don't like that game. And I've definitely got some issues with these answers.

SPEAKER_05

I mean, go, okay.

SPEAKER_07

But you can put lemon curd on toast. I'm sorry. You can.

SPEAKER_05

I think it's the one thing you put lemon curd on all things. What else could you put it on?

SPEAKER_07

Muffs. A band insect. The area where the eyes must. Yes, you have an insect section. I know.

SPEAKER_05

Anything else?

SPEAKER_07

I can go through them again because I. No, there wasn't any more than that. Moffs and lemon curds.

SPEAKER_05

So the other thing I picked up was something, can you put your pocket scissors?

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, you definitely put scissors in your pocket. Look at the craft ladies with scissors in their pockets. Sky scissors.

SPEAKER_04

On your in your defence, I fame, name something you'd keep in your pocket. Yeah, so maybe that you wouldn't necessarily keep scissors in your pocket, would you not?

SPEAKER_07

No, unless you were crazy. Health and safety nightmare.

SPEAKER_05

So we say no, are we okay? So we allow it. Okay, we're allowed scissors. Um and just repetition.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, you didn't say I wasn't allowed to repeat.

SPEAKER_05

You've been on the quiz before, you know that.

SPEAKER_07

What, two years ago? Can't remember the rules, can I? Oh god. Tough crowd.

SPEAKER_05

And I'm just gonna Google, is there such a thing as a table drum? Yes. Table drum can refer to at least two types of instruments. I thought so. So you said name an instrument and you said table.

SPEAKER_07

Also, just to really dob myself in, if you planted a mushroom, it might grow into something.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, but not a tree, because I did think that, but I think you were safe with that.

SPEAKER_07

Do mushrooms grow on trees?

SPEAKER_05

No. No, no.

SPEAKER_07

Alright, I'm safe.

SPEAKER_05

Maybe we could do, but it's not a tree. Should I take that point off of you?

SPEAKER_07

You've taken this quite badly. I'm not very good at this game.

SPEAKER_04

I feel like this is the turning point for this podcast where we just completely lose faith. I'm done. How long is this?

SPEAKER_07

You know, I said I have loads of energy. It's gone. It's just been drained from my body in this game.

SPEAKER_05

I feel quite bad now.

SPEAKER_07

I don't. I'm I've repeated, haven't I?

SPEAKER_05

How many points have we got? Well, is there um so it's not it was there can we give a bonus point for anything?

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, what about when I said Romeo and Rebecca Rickman-Jenkins? That was your repetition.

SPEAKER_05

That was your repetition.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, but that was a good one. I don't think I've ever had my full name said so often. I know.

SPEAKER_05

Okay, Clay, you've got an opportunity now to give yourself a bonus point.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

No, but you've you've got to convince me as to why.

SPEAKER_07

Romeo and Rebecca Rickman-Jenkins is three R's. It's a lovely alliteration. It's gonna sound lovely for people to listen to on the podcast. It also wouldn't be. And I was being respectful of my co-guest.

SPEAKER_04

I don't think that's strong enough. No, so you've just got to also Ross was nodding his head.

SPEAKER_07

He agrees that I should have eight points. Isn't that fine? And Johnny Matt got nine points. I don't agree with that at all. I don't think that's right.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, eight.

SPEAKER_07

Are we gonna trust Twitch to add this up?

SPEAKER_05

We may have to oh wait a minute. Nine.

SPEAKER_07

Thank you.

SPEAKER_05

I'll give you the I'll give you the table drum.

SPEAKER_07

Thank you.

SPEAKER_05

I feel like I was a bit out.

SPEAKER_07

It's a pity point.

SPEAKER_05

Nine points.

SPEAKER_07

And you got 15.

SPEAKER_04

Bringing back things uh towards Potters before we sort of start wrapping up. Um, if you were to have an ideal potter's break, what would that look like for you? Because obviously you're quite competitive, so I'm guessing you'd get involved in a lot of the activities and different things like that. So what uh just give us an example of a day that would be perfect for you as a Potter's break.

SPEAKER_07

Okay, so if I'm I'm just on holiday, I'm not working.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_07

It would be the competitive stuff. So the champions challenge with the potterators, obviously taking them on, or the beat the entertainer, beat the potterators, that kind of thing. But obviously, I've got Evie, so it would be a family break. Um, but yeah, it would be like all the challenges. Lunchtime specials, I love the lunchtime specials, they're always good fun, and that's more sort of us versus the guests, isn't it? So even from a guest's point of view, I think I'd still love to be taking it. Even on holiday, you can't relax. No. I like I like the challenges.

SPEAKER_04

What are your go-to activities?

SPEAKER_07

Oh, the lunchtime specials I would definitely go to because they're great. Um, the wall. I do I like the wall.

SPEAKER_00

You mentioned it.

Competitions, Assault Course Mayhem And Favourite Activities

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, I like I do like the wall. The wall is fun. Um, I really, really like the laser the noob thing. What's it called? It's not laser tag. Target strike. That's really target strike. We did that as pottery. Yeah, I won. Against me. Yeah. And against the Twitchinator. Yes. I don't because I remember winning against a guest. I don't remember. But earlier you said you'd never won anything. No, I don't remember us going against each other. I've definitely been Twitchinator.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_07

Well, I love I love that. That's brilliant. It's really good.

SPEAKER_04

Still not had a go, yeah.

SPEAKER_07

Really fun. I've not done the shooting side one, so I don't know the clay. The lazy clays, is it? Is that called lazy clays? Not done that. So I don't like the clay.

SPEAKER_05

So you're quite physical and very strong and fit, which is lovely. How are how is your mental agility? So if we were to provide into like a morning quiz, how would you fare at that?

SPEAKER_07

I like the quizzes. I'm good at the quizzes, not so good with numbers. Maths is my weakness, like my crypt tonight.

SPEAKER_04

We don't have a lot of maths quizzes. Good.

SPEAKER_07

Well, we did put one in. We did um lunch special today. Count is it?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, count done.

SPEAKER_07

Oh, yeah, I'm good with the words. Good with the words, not so good with the numbers.

SPEAKER_04

We're gonna um give you a moment to let off a little bit of steam now. This is a moment to really, if there's anything from everyday life that's really grinding your gears and getting life. We want to give you an opportunity for you to get that off your chest before we all step it together into the all-exclusive Zen Garden. So, Faye.

SPEAKER_07

Do you want me to get my bowls, Sal?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, I think this you get you get your bowls.

SPEAKER_07

Sound bowls, that is, by the way. Tibetan sound bowls. It's carving.

SPEAKER_04

Thank you.

SPEAKER_07

It's a new activity here at Potters.

SPEAKER_04

How have you found that? Found that relaxing running that?

SPEAKER_07

Well, running it is not as relaxing as obviously taking part in the class. But um, I mean whether you're because they Potters put some of us through the course to be able to lead the sessions, and whether you're sceptical about it or not, I genuinely have people come up to the end of every class and say, how much. More relaxed they feel, how much more they enjoyed it, like the things they were thinking about during the class. And people have so many stories about it, and it's it's a massive thing, you know. Yeah. Once you start looking into it, it's yeah, it's massive.

SPEAKER_04

Johnny Mack talked about it because of how spiritual he is. Yeah, it's a very it's quite or Emily.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah. One of those is other well, someone down at Five Lakes was talking about it. Yeah. They've been moved. What what would what would be sceptical about it? Are you just relaxing and listening to a bowl?

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, because well, it's it's been some of it's been proven, but um it has a lot of physical positive effects to your body, like lowers your blood pressure, um, helps you sleep better. Because like physically, if you had a bowl of water and a loud noise goes off next to it, you would see it vibrate, right? And move. Our bodies are made up of like 90 something percent of water and blood. The same as the world, then. Same as the world. So when the so the vibrations from the bowls effectively are moving the water and the blood inside your body, and therefore, you know, changing you, resetting you. I feel like I'm in the class, getting you to a neutral point. And obviously, for some people, that sounds like a load of poppycock. I don't know what to say.

SPEAKER_04

There was a long pause there when no one really knew where you were going to go with that. What a lovely old word it is. I know that just came from there's been a lot of people who's who have really enjoyed those.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, I know honestly. And there's been some lovely, like people tell me lovely stories about it at the end of sessions they've been to, or there's a lady whose son has special needs, and at his school they do it every morning, and they've seen really good results from it. Um people who've had cancer um have the treatments because if there's trauma on your body, it's said to help heal it. Honestly, there's all sorts of stuff about it. Look it up.

SPEAKER_04

This is our way of relaxing people, then. So we've got sandballs um classes when you're on a resort. This is our opportunity just to let you relax. Now, right here. Step into the all-exclusive Zen Garden. But beforehand, we give you an opportunity to get something off your chest, something that might be annoying you or bugging you. Um, Ashley's gonna give us an example.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, so what annoys me is when uh we're gonna film a podcast, and I said to the two guests on the podcast, what would be really good is if underneath your clothes you wear your pottery's outfit, so then it'll be a nice thing to kind of break out into it, and they didn't bother.

SPEAKER_07

Where do you think that could be hidden? In my all-in-one jumpsuit.

SPEAKER_04

Well, in in in one of you, I don't know.

SPEAKER_07

In what?

SPEAKER_04

Your jumpsuit.

SPEAKER_07

You would have seen it underneath here as well. You could have done it. Have a go at that. You would see it. And also, we had just been in it and we were sweaty. We've just been we've just an hour of championship.

SPEAKER_04

Probably for better for all of us.

SPEAKER_07

It was really sweaty today.

SPEAKER_04

Becky's I feel calmer already. So it can be anything from your life, any opportunity. We're just gonna sit back. Faye, you can go first and just just let it all out.

SPEAKER_07

Um something I'm angry about.

SPEAKER_04

What's frustrating you in your life right now?

SPEAKER_07

What is frustrating me in my life right now? I mean, she's got no frustrations, quite clear. Sometimes, even though I've lived there for three years, my post gets delivered to the wrong house. Oh, that is annoying. Which is so annoying. Especially because Amazon don't even ring the door nowadays. So my parcel's not sitting outside my front door, but someone else's front door. So I find that very frustrating. Does that count? Yeah, get it off your table. Do you do you agree, guys? Who are listening? Ross is nodding his head. So annoying. I've actually got a video for the Amazon man on my ring doorbell driving up, not even getting out of the car, just lobbing it out the window onto the grass, then driving all over my grass to turn around and then leave. Insert video hit. No, I've got so yeah. Annoying.

SPEAKER_04

How does it make you feel?

“Anything But Correct” Quiz Showdown

SPEAKER_07

Annoying. It's an it's I'm annoyed. The more I talk about it, the more annoyed I'm getting. Because you know, it's not cheap, is it? She suddenly started gripping onto the she've got her so wound up that she started gripping. I'm gonna have to go and get my sound bowls out in a minute.

SPEAKER_05

I feel like this is having the reverse effect at the moment. Yeah. The amount of guests that are walking through the boulders bars something, and you hear a ring doorbell go off, and they get their fact that put it, just leave, just leave it there on holiday. Put it just very funny.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah. Um, that's the only thing I can think of right now, and then obviously having to work with Becky and her competitiveness, you know. Does well annoying though, is it? You're just you're not annoyed, you're just saddened by how rubbish you are. That's that's the truth.

SPEAKER_04

Thank you for sharing your truth. Thank you for it. Take a deep breath in.

SPEAKER_07

Thank you for asking.

SPEAKER_04

And release. Breathe in. And release. Now, Becky, is there something that's really really grinding your gears at the moment?

SPEAKER_07

Um probably several things to be fair. Oh, there we go. You are at the moment, if I'm honest. Um no, so um, I do, you know, I love a Facebook post, but there is one in particular which I hate, and it's when someone puts tags themselves in the hospital. So, like Faye would put Faye is at the James Paget Hospital and everyone would post, You okay, hun? And then I'd reply, PM me. Yeah. I don't want people to message you publicly. I need to know. You've put it on them. What if you're putting it out there? I want everyone to know I'm there, but I don't want to tell you why I'm there. That's so you ponder. That is number one annoyance. No, yeah. Do you get that? Yeah, that is annoying, isn't it? I do agree. And my other big annoyance is in the house. Um, we have this is just one example, but we have a wash bin, it's in a cupboard. In a cupboard. Let's airing cupboard, so you can't see dirty clothes, it's in the cupboard. You have to do is open the door, put your dirty clothes in, close the door. And a magic fairy washes them. Yeah. Right, which is me. But instead of opening the door, the clothes get left outside the door. It's right there behind that door.

SPEAKER_05

Is it a heavy door?

SPEAKER_07

No. Is it locked? No.

SPEAKER_05

Is the door handle quite high up?

SPEAKER_07

No. That is that's up there with you okay, huh?

SPEAKER_04

How how many times a week do you have to pick up a day clothes for that?

SPEAKER_07

Seven days a week. You done you understand that, don't you? Yeah. Yes, I do.

SPEAKER_04

Now you've got that off your chest, how do you feel?

SPEAKER_07

Feel a bit more wound up at the minute, but if you get the I did noisy. Talking about it, we might get it. I wasn't thinking about it before you asked.

SPEAKER_04

No, this is just an opportunity to let it out, get it off your chest, say what you need to say.

SPEAKER_07

It's not gonna change though, is it? I'm gonna go home and pick some clothes up. Yeah, and I'm gonna go when my Amazon's gonna be round the corner on a different range.

SPEAKER_04

Well, this is not really. Well, this is gonna be horribly wrong. Back first. With this anger, I want us all to hold hands.

SPEAKER_07

Oh, lovely. Very warm.

SPEAKER_04

And what I want you to step into the all-exclusive Zen garden. Step in. Where is it? Yeah, we're and close your eyes. Just imagine that you're there and you're in a field. You can feel the breeze on your face.

SPEAKER_07

I'm really tempted to make you all jump by shouting really loud. That would be a lovely way to end the answer.

SPEAKER_04

Feel the grass underneath your feet.

unknown

You can hear that.

SPEAKER_04

The sound bowls in the distance.

SPEAKER_07

Are you a cow or a ball?

unknown

Just breathe.

SPEAKER_04

What can you see, Faye?

SPEAKER_07

Um, in the field.

SPEAKER_04

Yep.

SPEAKER_07

She can see a pair of scissors in someone's pocket. I was gonna say I can see a tractor, but that's not very quiet, is it? A quiet a tractor that's not turned on, it's just sitting there with its engine off.

SPEAKER_04

We're gonna watch the tractor.

SPEAKER_07

No, because it's not moving. Oh.

SPEAKER_04

We're gonna look at the tractor. And then we're gonna turn around. We'll slowly walk away from the Zen garden. Step out.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Just breathe in.

SPEAKER_07

Yes, nice.

SPEAKER_04

Do you do you feel a bit better now?

SPEAKER_07

Um I wasn't expecting the Zen garden to be a field if I'm totally honest. I thought we were talking about the little pot of Zen garden that we've got here.

unknown

What?

SPEAKER_04

The gravel.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah. I was expecting like a Chinesey. Next thing behind a field with, you know, a cow and a well, the Zen garden can be whatever you want it to be.

SPEAKER_04

We're heading towards the end. You mentioned a cow earlier. Um, we've got a few moments. We're gonna go to some quick fire questions.

SPEAKER_00

I was getting this last time. What's that gonna do with cows?

SPEAKER_05

But no, before that, we've played a bit of a game. Oh, do you know what? I was gonna say what that's a bad link, and then I was like, that's the best link ever. Yes, because of cow, you're right. Uh getting to move. No.

SPEAKER_07

You're gonna make us have a move off.

SPEAKER_05

So this is called getting this is where I remembered it. This is called Where I Move From. Oh so for the listeners and myself, uh, I only know you on a professional work colleague basis. What I don't know is where you were both born. Oh so what is required? And can I just shout out Alice for a quick time for Five Lakes for coming up with this concept?

SPEAKER_04

And I I can't say that this concept actually works, but we've just stuck stuck to it. Absolutely. Has made everybody go through this.

SPEAKER_05

So, what we need you to do is to move in the regional accent of where you were born.

SPEAKER_04

Okay, she came up with the fact, came out with the fact that cows moo on a regional accent. Okay. She's quite good at accents, so we made her move from different places around the UK and tried to guess where they were from.

SPEAKER_07

Right.

SPEAKER_04

So come on. Here we go. Here's your move.

SPEAKER_07

Okay. Mm. Ooh. I can explain that as well.

SPEAKER_05

That's a lot of gone. There's a lot of information, I like.

SPEAKER_04

It's the face that really helps take this picture, I think.

SPEAKER_07

So when you say I'm saying something.

SPEAKER_05

I feel like I'll know less the second time you do it. We don't need to get that close, but just.

SPEAKER_07

I feel like last time on the episode I was being a seagull and how you're being a cat. And you're moving so it's this bit. Would you want me to say what I was saying?

SPEAKER_05

If it won't give it away.

SPEAKER_07

No, it will give away.

SPEAKER_04

I know what you I know what you were saying. Can you yeah, yeah, I think yeah. Can you say have you got a light boy?

SPEAKER_07

Yes! I speak. Oh my goodness! Only a fellow Norfolk would get that. How you got a light boy?

SPEAKER_04

Can we hear it again now with the context?

SPEAKER_07

Move! See? That wasn't quite as good now. We just communicated in moo.

SPEAKER_05

That was a mo. Can you do that again? But then the response of either yes or no from the seagull.

SPEAKER_06

Oh.

SPEAKER_05

The cow's talking about.

SPEAKER_04

So the cow's asking the seagull. How you got a light boy?

SPEAKER_07

This is so stupid. I'll do it anyway. Moo.

SPEAKER_05

I think the seagull doesn't have a line. Correct.

SPEAKER_07

Yes. No pockets. Oh, yeah. Oh, so long, Doctor Doolittle. If I could walk with the animals, talk with the animals. That's the original Doctor Do Little, not the remote.

SPEAKER_04

Becky, your your move, please.

SPEAKER_07

My moo, okay.

SPEAKER_04

Or should we ask the question? Where a move from? Get his moo.

SPEAKER_07

Mo.

SPEAKER_05

Wow, that was an O explosive sound rather than an Ooh.

SPEAKER_07

Yes, it was, wasn't it?

SPEAKER_05

It's quite a rounded sort of a heart. Um I think, because I know I'm gonna cheat slightly because I know.

SPEAKER_07

No way.

SPEAKER_05

I think because I know you said you worked with Oh no, you said Trisha was filmed in Norfolk, and then Jeremy Carl was based in Manchester. I'm gonna say you're from Manchester.

SPEAKER_07

Incorrect.

SPEAKER_04

So the question is, where are Moo from?

SPEAKER_07

Did you answer where my moo was from?

SPEAKER_04

Norfolk.

SPEAKER_07

Oh.

SPEAKER_04

We had a whole conversation about where were you?

SPEAKER_07

What just literally happened? Sorry, I'm zoning out. You're still in your zone garden. No, what in that field? Okay.

SPEAKER_04

Let's hear your moo again and let's hear where you're from.

SPEAKER_07

Mo. I'm Norwich. Because they kind of like they've got that like twang, haven't they? She's from Nah Norwich.

SPEAKER_04

Maybe the floor in this whole feature is a lot of people are from the same area.

SPEAKER_07

Well, yeah, we all live and work in Norwich.

SPEAKER_05

But they were completely different canals. Yeah, they were.

SPEAKER_07

But then she did Norfolk and I did Norwich. Different, slightly different dialect there, aren't they?

SPEAKER_05

No, they were wonderful.

Ideal Potters Day And Target Strike Bragging Rights

SPEAKER_04

We're gonna do another quick uh element of the podcast. We've only got a few more moments left, but um, I'm gonna ask you to give me a number. It correlates to a question that a previous guest of the podcast has asked. Is it gonna be my question? Uh it could be, um, but you need to let me give us a number out of ten.

SPEAKER_07

Seven.

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_04

Here we go. This is this is your question. Listen to it in full, and then you'll leave a question for somebody else.

SPEAKER_06

Okay. Hi yeah, I'm Lucy Hunt, and my question is what is your most embarrassing moment on or off stage?

SPEAKER_07

Well, I've already said one, really, haven't I? Splitting my trousers on the last man standing was pretty embarrassing.

SPEAKER_04

From the front to the back.

SPEAKER_07

Front to the back split. You could literally see all my pants. That's that's fairly embarrassing, isn't it?

SPEAKER_04

Would you say one of your most embarrassing moments? What about in uh in the TV world? What was your most embarrassing moment there?

SPEAKER_07

Getting knocked over on Telly was quite embarrassing as well. Um, I ran full smack bang full on into Will I Am once. And when I say ran into him, I mean full on like it took a turn. Like I bounced off him, it was full on, full run. I literally hit him, bounced off, and went, oh my god, I'm so sorry. And he went, uh, it's okay. I was gonna say, he seems to be.

SPEAKER_05

What was uh Willow doing on the Joe McCall show?

SPEAKER_07

He wasn't on that show, he was on the voice. Have you worked on the voice? No, but it was filmed beside where I was working at the time. I shared a lift with um Kylie Minogue, that was fun. Oh, but do you know how can I compete with these names? But do you know she is literally like if we just stood tiny to front, like so you couldn't see our faces and wore exactly the same outfits, just like she's repaying all her double. I wish I was.

SPEAKER_04

Becky, yes, if you were to leave a question for a future guest, it can be absolutely anything. I know it's really difficult, but what would be your question?

SPEAKER_07

Oh, can we do a really like what's the highest score you've ever got on there? No, I don't want to know that. How many pull-ups can you do? Well, they won't be as many as me, so I'm not gonna bother after. Um, can I do a question that might like put a cat amongst the pigeons? Oh. Like, you are so controversial. Oh, I love it. Who is your least favourite team member? Can we ask that or not?

SPEAKER_05

It's done.

SPEAKER_04

It's out there, yes. That can't be a shit. Okay. Okay.

SPEAKER_07

Um we don't have to answer. I've asked a question. You've asked a question. Can you see her panicking? She's literally sweating.

SPEAKER_04

Who is your least favourite team member?

SPEAKER_07

I love everybody equally and dearly.

SPEAKER_04

Lies. Uh, a couple of quick questions then. We always ask people, um, what was your last impulse buy?

SPEAKER_07

I don't spend money. You always go in the pot pinch up for a packet, Chris. I do like a packet of Chris, but it's not an impulse buy, is it? I don't spend a lot of money. I'm reading time. Jules, my partner on the other hand, spends money like it's going out of fashion.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

Well, it's good that you balance each other out.

SPEAKER_04

That's maybe good that you two are together then, because you balance each other out.

SPEAKER_07

I don't yeah, I don't spend money easy.

SPEAKER_04

No, no one last impulse buy then? Anything anything that sticks out? If you could work in a different role at Potters, what would it be? What's the first thing that comes into behavior? Activities. Yeah, actually, yeah, that'd probably be good.

SPEAKER_07

Because obviously I love all the sports and stuff, don't I?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, that's good.

SPEAKER_07

So I wouldn't mind. Well, I don't know if I'd I wouldn't mind having a go on reception, you know.

SPEAKER_04

If you were given an elephant, you can't sell it or give it away. What would you do with it?

SPEAKER_07

Who came up with these questions? If I just give it to like a real elephant. Can we put it in a zoo or was that cast as giving it away?

SPEAKER_04

Giving it away. Okay.

SPEAKER_07

Well, then I'd let it live in my garden. Well, yeah, what else do you want us to do with it? I'm putting it in my garden.

SPEAKER_04

Get creative with it. It's all about showing where your mind goes, what sort of person is.

SPEAKER_07

I'd love it. I mean, I think it'd quite enjoy going in the sea. I'd love to have a pear elephant. How much fun would that be? Be a lot of people. I think the size of the Evie'd love it though.

SPEAKER_05

You can tell you're both parents, and that's the first place you went to. Is that all the fun stuff is that I've got to pick up after the elephant will not open that door to put the washig in the door.

SPEAKER_07

I might be able to train that more than I can, people I live with.

SPEAKER_05

There you go, there's a solution. Maybe the elephant can open the door.

SPEAKER_07

I've got a cat. Do you think I could train her to open the door?

SPEAKER_05

You do like training your cat, don't you?

SPEAKER_07

And she's very talented, isn't she?

SPEAKER_04

Smart cat.

SPEAKER_07

Here she goes, showing off again. I even win at cats. You can't win at cat. My cat's more like a dog than a cat. She does things for, doesn't she? She follows me. She'll sit when I ask.

SPEAKER_04

If you um if you were to put any song on the all-exclusive playlist, what would it be? To summarize you as a person.

SPEAKER_07

We have to do our own playlists for the potterators.

SPEAKER_04

What's your but what song? One song capsulates you.

SPEAKER_07

Capsulates me. Mine might be something from Pink. Because she's quite like ballsy. Energetic, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, I can't see it.

SPEAKER_07

She's like really gutsy pink is, but also really fun.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, I see that. Yeah. She flies a lot in our concert.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, she's energetic, isn't she? I'll probably go something by pink.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah. Get the party started. No.

Sound Bowls, Relaxation And The Zen Garden

SPEAKER_07

That's a good song, yeah. I've got no idea. Something from Pink for me. You're really struggling. Can I just say it's the end of the day? I'm absolutely knackered. I haven't got any brain power. What's the one you had for Mini Machine? She's a maniac. Maniac on the floor. Here you go. That one. She's a maniac. I don't feel like a maniac right now, though. Do you not know my all-time favourite song of all time? All time?

SPEAKER_02

That was the question, wasn't it? Yeah, it wasn't. Well, kind of.

SPEAKER_07

Um, I Wanna Dance with Somebody by Whitney Houston. It's my all-time favourite. And you do like dancing. And I do like dance.

SPEAKER_05

Maybe so that's maybe your song.

SPEAKER_07

There we are, that is my song. A bit of Whitney. Can't beat her.

SPEAKER_05

Do you like the remix by Kaigo?

SPEAKER_07

I just prefer the original, if I'm honest. Why these remixes? I'm like, do we have to temp tamper with it? Something that's not broken. Good point, Becky.

SPEAKER_04

Becky, if you were stranded on a desert island, what Potter's team member would you like to join you?

SPEAKER_07

Beefy. Hello. We have had a lot of like beef in this video, but we do actually see each other all the time outside of work. And we have been on holidays together. We know we can get on. Evie calls me auntie fair and that's right. Reggie can't tell us yet. Your husband calls uncle, doesn't he? We are yeah, very, very close. Yeah. So it'd be fair. Hi, five. We know we're gonna get on, don't we?

SPEAKER_05

Not really. Jack.

unknown

I'm kidding.

SPEAKER_07

I'm kidding. That was a joke. It would be you. Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

But no, but it's not going on holiday. Jack has stranded desert islands. She needs someone who's got a big thing. We'd be okay. But you just said Faye can't do anything.

SPEAKER_07

No, I don't know. No, I don't say that. That's him putting words in my mouth.

SPEAKER_05

The whole of the podcast. Have you not heard the podcast, Faye? The whole of the podcast.

SPEAKER_07

No, we'd be fine.

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_07

I honestly think if we were stranded, I mean, obviously she'd be in charge, as you can guess. We'd be good though, wouldn't we? I think we'd be fine. Yeah. And I don't think we'd like to annoy each other. We'd just be like, right, what needs to add? We'd just get on with it. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Last question before we wrap things up. If you were to put one thing in the all-exclusive time capsule, it can be an object, it can be a moment in time, it could be uh absolutely anything you want in the time capsule that again sums you up as a person. We're gonna dig up in many years to come. What is the object that represents you? What what's your you put your wedding in there, didn't you?

SPEAKER_07

You put your whole wedding in there.

SPEAKER_04

He said that was a really important moment for him in his life.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, or what if we now don't say our wedding?

SPEAKER_04

No, no, you could but you can say something else.

SPEAKER_07

That's some are some's what about something?

SPEAKER_04

I mean, for you, would it not be something to do like your potterators outfit? I was only gonna say you're gonna say that. I was gonna say, like the the sweaty crop top shows your sort of determination and wanting to win.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, like maybe like a potter's medal. Take off the sweaty pocket rocket top and that can go in there.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah. I think that's a good one for you. It's a good one, isn't it?

SPEAKER_07

I've actually got um, or it's at my mum's house, I think. I've got a little yellow teddy bear that says potters on it that I got here when I was probably because I used to come on holiday here when I was younger. I probably got it when I was about 12, and Reggie now plays with it, which is quite cute. Um, so maybe I could put that in there to represent the old and the new. Oh. That's thoughtful.

SPEAKER_04

That was quite nice.

SPEAKER_07

That took up all remaining brain cells that I've got.

SPEAKER_04

I have to say, that's probably the only sort of coherent, yeah, interesting thing you've said.

SPEAKER_07

So the whole time.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah, that was really that was really wonderful.

SPEAKER_07

Well, at least we finished on a high. Finished my proseco, but it was lovely.

SPEAKER_04

Becky Rickman Jenkins, Faye and Knight.

SPEAKER_07

Yes.

SPEAKER_04

Thank you very much for joining us. One very, very quick thing. If you were to take either myself or Ashley on holiday, which one would you choose?

SPEAKER_07

You.

SPEAKER_04

Me, thank you.

SPEAKER_07

Jack. What I'm sorry, Jack. Last time I did this, I think I said Henry.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, I can't no, I don't think, because I think he well may have done. You may have done.

SPEAKER_07

Well anyway, I'd like to pick Jack on this occasion because Twitch would just be a chaotic bumbling person. What is that word again? Chaos. Chaotic bumbling person. He'd just sit on the beach and be like, well, I don't know what we're gonna do.

SPEAKER_05

That is the opposite. I do think I can just sit on a beach. That's the most boring thing ever. I I'm not a beachy person.

SPEAKER_07

But I mean you'd be sitting there trying to think of something, yeah, and it would just take a look. We've got stuff to do.

SPEAKER_04

And on that note, thank you very much, ladies, for being the double out of it. Thank you very much.

SPEAKER_07

Yes, nice high five to end.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, yes. There we go. Uh, Rebecca Rickman-Jenkins or Becky Rickman-Jenkins, uh, in short form, which you really messed up at the start of the episode. What does that mean? R R J or or B R J. Ah. Not the other way around, which you you did. It's tricky.

SPEAKER_05

Double barrel, yeah, it was it was a lot going on there, but wasn't she a joy?

SPEAKER_04

She well, she's always a joy to have to have around. While we were resetting to do the uh outro for this episode, you had uh a message come through. We talked about it earlier.

SPEAKER_05

Why are you?

SPEAKER_04

No, we talked about earlier about your um ridiculously handsome plumber, and he's just sent you pictures of your new tiles.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

How do you want to talk about those?

SPEAKER_05

No, I don't no, I don't. I don't. We can talk about something else.

SPEAKER_04

He's not a fan of the tiles on the floor.

SPEAKER_05

Right, this right, could we start again? This is not happening. I'm not gonna miss.

SPEAKER_04

No, this is before the toilet's gone in, so it could uh you might think differently once all the other fixtures are in.

SPEAKER_05

No, Your Honor, no comment. Absolutely, I will not have this conversation with you.

unknown

Thank you.

SPEAKER_05

What's your wife's opinion? Um, she's a fan.

SPEAKER_04

She likes the tiles.

SPEAKER_05

If she likes them, I like them.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, exactly. There we go then. There we go. We that's sorted. Um what we want to ask you as another huge favour is make sure you are subscribed. I have I'm subscribed. Not you. Oh. Can you show me you're subscribed? Do you want to prove that right now? No, not really. Do you want to just go onto YouTube and just show us if you've subscribed to Spotify? Yeah. So make sure you do subscribe to the all-exclusive uh podcast. Leave us a comment. Um we know we've been talking about whether there's any um any captions that have been misspelt.

SPEAKER_05

What do I have to search for? I've got spin class, 20 minutes. Dog barking. We've been doing some spin classes. Dog barking sound.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. Can you can we hear that? Uh why have you been listening to dog barking?

SPEAKER_05

I was just trying to mine up my dog. I've got how to clean a brevel barista max. Because it was because you have to put a tablet in it. It's quite interesting.

SPEAKER_04

It's good, isn't it? What your YouTube history is. Do you want to see uh what are you looking on? Let's see. The first thing that comes up for me is the all-exclusive podcast. There's a little clip of Johnny Mac.

SPEAKER_03

No, she didn't look like a monk. I'm just saying. But Ed, you know when the monks are like Yeah, is that probation on someone's head in bad? The word is Friend. Friend Jessica.

SPEAKER_04

He can speak Russian, but he can't really speak English very well. Johnny Mac's episode. There's all these uh these shorts, um, not the shorts, not like physical, what people wear, like reels is what they're called. Um, of bits of the episode that we want you to to have a little look at, have a chat about. Um, we're also putting some together of Twitch hashtag Twitch Talk. Make sure you you hashtag Twitch Talk. If there's if there's anything he's ever said that you've enjoyed, uh maybe we use that as some sort of like peer review. Because obviously you you you don't really know what you're doing in terms of the the podcasting or the co-hosting, the interviewing or the presenting or the um that he's just staring at his phone now. Sorry, I was he's now watching video concentrate. No, he's got distracted.

SPEAKER_05

I understand. So it's it's come up and it says subscribe to the button. You click subscribe, obviously. No, wait a minute.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, have you just done it now?

SPEAKER_05

No, I haven't actually. How many subscribers do you think we've got, Jack?

Where A Moo From: Regional Accents Game

SPEAKER_04

At the moment of recording 450 something, maybe you wish, mate.

SPEAKER_05

You wish it's only 412. You are way off. Wow. I reckon that's awkward.

SPEAKER_04

We we can get that over Ross. Give us a target. I think we could hit 1,000 subscribers. 1,000. That's what we're aiming for. So if you've got a YouTube account, if your neighbor has got a YouTube account, log into their account. Subscribe to the all-exclusive podcast on YouTube. It is the number two podcast in Hopton on C. Let's get it to number 1.5. Number number two? Yeah. What's number one? I don't want to talk about it. What? We're not going to talk about it.

SPEAKER_05

I don't even know what it is.

SPEAKER_04

So number one. Comment, like, share, send us some love. Wait a minute. Just send us some love.

SPEAKER_00

No, I'm not on.

SPEAKER_04

On Spotify, YouTube. Leave us a lovely review as well. Five stars. We only accept five stars.

SPEAKER_05

I'm not working on the second most popular one. I'm going to the top one. They would not allow you. They. What is it? Oh, something. Okay, so I've just subscribed. So you haven't. What? So it's 413. It said subscription incoming, and it's got a little bell with a line going through it.

SPEAKER_04

Press the bell.

SPEAKER_05

What does that mean? That means that you'll be notified when a new episode drops. Okay, I understand. That's quite good. It's got your oh, look at your face there with Jack Jenkins and then an empty seat where where I should be. Okay. Um, oh that's nice. And then so what what does this do for me now?

SPEAKER_04

What so every time a new episode drops, you'll be notified so you can catch it early. I'm just Googling number one podcast. And while you do that we're gonna say goodbye and uh we'll see you next time. Hoptain in Hopton.

SPEAKER_05

Bye. In Hopton Hopton. Just fade it.

SPEAKER_01

Ooh ooh ah
