With so many options and our ‘on-the-go’ lifestyles, eating healthy can be overwhelming. As we navigate school drop off, work, school pick up, appointments, and our kiddos’ practices, we often don’t have much time to think about what we’re going to eat for dinner.. And with fast food restaurants on seemingly every corner, it can be easy just to give in and make the ‘easy choice’.
So, how do we plan ahead and set ourselves up to make healthy choices?
Well, the truth is, there are many different strategies and plans that work for different families… but in this episode, we will share some of our favorite ways to eat healthy while also making allowances for the occasional sugary treat.
