House of Cards: The Looming Housing Crisis

Brian Groesser Season 3 Episode 16

In 2008, we saw the housing market take an unprecedented crash that took over a decade to recover.  I bought in 2008.  I saw signs then.  I was told not to worry by the experts.  I learned my lesson.  It's now 2025.  I'm seeing other signs that again nobody is publicly worried about or talking about.  But they are there.  There's a reason first-time homebuyers are unable to purchase - and lowering interest rates isn't going to resolve the problem.  A housing crisis is looming.  All one needs to do is look.
