House of Cards: The Looming Housing Crisis
In 2008, we saw the housing market take an unprecedented crash that took over a decade to recover. I bought in 2008. I saw signs then. I was told not to worry by the experts. I learned my lesson. It's now 2025. I'm seeing other signs that again nobody is publicly worried about or talking about. But they are there. There's a reason first-time homebuyers are unable to purchase - and lowering interest rates isn't going to resolve the problem. A housing crisis is looming. All one needs to do is look.
