As we live from our Soul, we identify less with the personality and more with our authentic true selves.

The show will regularly focus on the imminence and transcendence of the Divine.

This opening week’s Journey to Easter message invites us to remember our true identity as spiritual beings and to intentionally nurture the divine flame within through breath, affirmation, and daily soul work. Join us for this six-week series.

Through meditation, sacred breath, and affirmative prayer, this message invites us to remember the “divine spark” within — the changeless Spirit that lives beneath roles, diagnoses, opinions, and outer identity. Drawing from Unity teachings and Imelda Shanklin’s What Are You, we reflect on the difference between the “who” of us (our personality and life story) and the “what” of us (our eternal spiritual nature).

We are reminded that the inner flame must be nurtured with attention, intention, and love. Like a fire, it grows when we give it breath.

In a world that often feels heavy or divided, this message calls us to live from our highest self — choosing soul over ego, love over judgment, and light over fear.
