54. Andreas Bayer, Co-Founder Talent Well

Today I am excited to introduce Andreas Bayer. From humble beginnings in getting a green card in a lottery to come to the US from Germany to two successful acquisitions in the Silicon Valley. One as Senior Director of Risk Engineering at Xoom which was acquired by PayPal in 2015. The other was as Co-Founder and CTO of Beam Solutions which was acquired by Jumio in 2020. Now he is on a new venture he created with his co-founder called Talentwell, which is an AI-powered talent sourcing platform. I love that he shares his vulnerable story and pivots, along with what's important to him in his values and family life. Thanks, Andreas, for sharing!
