Hi. I'm Rahaf, with my school bag. I was supposed to be in my senior year of school. We call it tragedy here in Palestine. And I was starting my year really excited because, you know, it's my last year of school. But unfortunately, we won't be going to schools and universities anymore because of what's happening here in my city, Gaza. We won't be going to schools and universities because they have been bombed. Meanwhile, the Israelis are going back to their schools and universities at the 31st of December as if nothing happened. I think they are trying to keep us ignorant and uneducated. I just want everyone to know that there are medical students here in Gaza who want to continue studying to become doctors. But where where they can do that after their universities have been bombed. And not only medical students, because this was just an example. All of the students in other fields do. I took my bag in hopes that we will return someday after this war ends. But I don't know. I don't know if I will find my school or even teachers because there's two of my teachers have already been martyred. I regret every moment when I complained going to school and studying. I wish I could go back to school even for one day. All right. Welcome. Welcome. Welcome back. Welcome back to comrade Uncle. Welcome back to us. We have got some stuff for you today. And, you know, Palestine is not the easiest thing to talk about. But nonetheless, there's something we must talk about. this. human beings and as people of conscience. I guess we're here today to talk about the the ongoing situation in Gaza and Palestine more generally, and more specifically about the attack on the education system. That's the way right? of Justice said ruled with a preliminary ruling. Of course, their rulings are slow, that there is I believe the term was probable cause to think that genocide is ongoing and and and and, of course, genocide is more than one thing. It's not just the population that is decreased know that can be a part of it, but it can also be the elimination or the end of of a population's ability to exist. So the destruction of the educational system is a piece of that, at least. But what I but I want for multiple reasons, Yeah. Yes. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Yeah. Right. Right. Right. Right. You know, sounds familiar. it sure is. It sure is. Right. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And that's not even counting the people. These are the absolutely confirmed. That doesn't count all of the vast numbers of people that are missing and still buried under the rubble because they won't count those there. And actually, as a matter of fact. Yeah. Right. Right. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, that's right. That's right. Yeah. Yeah. Yep. It's called No, No evidence of inflated mortality. Reporting from the Gaza Ministry of Health, published in The Lancet December 6th. And we'll put a link. Sure. Yes. Yup. Yup. Yeah. Yeah. Like heading food from coming in. And you can you both. Both. We have, you know, reliable sources that have been empirically proven to be true. And also, I mean, you can go on Instagram, go to Instagram, check out I on Palestine. You can see it happening in front of you. Yeah. It's so. Right. Yeah. Education, All right. And they're bragging about it on. And, you know, they post videos on Instagram and TikTok as they are doing the soldiers. I mean, it is you know, it is It's so plainly there to see. Right. Right. And he has the power to do that right now. It is not, you know, and quite to the reverse, he has bypassed Congress twice to rush aid and lethal aid. Right. Bombs to these guys. He you know, it's the U.S. under his leadership, of course, has vetoed at least two calls for cease fire and maybe more. It's you know, there is a path to effecting change there. And that is because we fund every single step of this. And and and the and the and the Slavic people and the socialists and the Russians and the trade unionists and the gay people and the. Yeah, Yeah, yeah, yeah. All right. Yeah. Regarding scholasticism. What? What? You know, what's the purpose? To put it plainly. Why? Why would they do this? If we were to sum it up in a sentence. Yeah. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. Love that guy. Not. Not the kind of. Not the kind of confederates that the Civil War would be fought against, but Confederates in the sense that. Yeah. Yeah. Right. Right. Right. Yes. No. Yeah. Right. Right. Yeah. But we can push, and that's what. What. What we should do. In fact, the thing that all this begs the question. So we've laid out, I think, a very convincing case for the fact that this is happening. In fact, that begs the question, what can we do? How can we. How can we stand by? It's disheartening, right? You see this stuff happening. It just it's heartbreaking. And and how powerless are you? How powerless are my you know, but I will tell you this, refer to the people and not the you know, Palestinians are automatically right. Or anybody who's who's a victim is automatically right. But if we want to be allies, then we can do or at least listen to the things that they're asking. And the I love there was this a doctor interviewed a Palestinian doctor and he had a really great line about it. First off, what they're asking is for us to speak up, use our voices, protest bird dog. That means following around politicians and nonviolently chastising them to to call, to email and the this guy added some this doctor added something that I thought was lovely and and that is write a poem. Write a song to be creative, create art, do do things, but speak up. Because right now, just like the people during the Holocaust, if you if you had been alive during the Holocaust, you would have done what you are doing now. So do now what you would have wanted to have done had you been alive for that is this is your chance? Yeah. Yeah. Yes. I want to see it. Yeah. Yeah, sure. Yes, you got it. I love you, Uncle Joe, man. It's good to see you. All right. All right. We'll talk soon. Bye. Thank you, guys for listening. Comrade uncle, once again, we're so happy to have you with us. Brings my heart great joy.
