In this episode we speak with Peter Moore, former CEO at Liverpool FC and previously in a series of leadership roles since the late 90s in the video game industry at companies such as Sega, Xbox and Electronic Arts.

Peter shares his journey from witnessing the transformation of the video game industry since the late 90s to managing the club he has loved since childhood. At Liverpool FC, he played a key role in the club's evolution and success, both commercially and in terms of fan engagement, while preserving its unique soul and spirit.

He also shares his journey from the UK to the US, where he is now building from scratch his own football (soccer?) club in Santa Barbara.
