In today’s episode, I sit down with Zara Hanawalt! Zara is a freelance writer who’s been featured in Cosmopolitan, Parents.com, and Glamour, as well as a mom of twins. Zara shares how she isn’t quite a morning person and how her favorite times of day, at the beginning and end of the day are in her bed, with her kids and her book respectively. Zara shares how as a working mom, she needs to optimize her chunks of time to get her work done as efficiently as possible, how some low-stakes TV can be a great form of self-care and how her walk is a critical part of her day.
