Sarge (aka Scott)
Sarge started his Law Enforcement career in 1982 as an auxiliary deputy sheriff with a Sheriff Office in Central Florida. After 2 years, he enlisted in the United States Air Force as a Law Enforcement Specialist/Military Working Dog handler where he served three years station at Clark AB in the Republic of the Philippines. After three years, he was stationed in Wichita KS for a year. After one year he left the Air Force and returned to Central Florida with his wife and child where he was hired by a municipality and attended the police academy. He worked for the agency for over 30 years as a patrol Officer, K9 officer, FTO, Shift sergeant, K9 trainer, instructor in Firearms, medical, active shooter and K9. Sarge retired in 2020 after 37 total years in law enforcement and began working at the police academy as a firearms, medical and active shooter instructor, teaching police cadets and local officers.
