In today's police world, it seems the police have an incident that causes national attention, then suddenly, departments and non-police affiliated politicians mandate "training" to keep such an incident from happening there. Is this "woke" training helpful? Or is it a waste of time and effort that does nothing except take the liability off the shoulders of the agency and places it on the shoulders of the officer or employee?
