In this week's episode, Bobby and Sarge go off the reservation a tad and discusses the changing of the guard in Washington and the slew of presidential pardons between the past president and the new president. Are they a good thing? Y\Yes, it is constitutional however, can a president arbitrarily pardon someone when no crime was charged, and no conviction occurred?
