In this weeks episode, Bobby brings up a great question about simple traffic stops. Are they a good tool to use when stopping someone? It is clear that these types of stops yield big arrests and any good cop will use these stops to investigate the driver and its possible contents there in. Should pretextual stops be revisited as something constitutional or, is the traffic violation fair game because its on the books? Let us know.
