In this week's episode, Bobby and Sarge enter the arena of open carry again but this time, they are asking what type of training the citizens should get if they start carrying their firearms openly. Neither Bobby nor Sarge is against open carry, but the listener needs to be aware that extra training is going to be needed if they carry. Like weapons retention, type of holster.
