Here we go again. Dealing with those with disabilities and they know it. Should the police grant certain considerations when dealing with disabled persons? Depends. However, when ordering a suspect out of a car and he tells you he is unable because he can't use his legs, do you rip them out of the car anyway for non-compliance?
