Welcome to episode 65 of the MyMaine Birth Podcast.
Today’s birth story guest is Natalie, and she shares all about her Maine birth story. I had the chance to chat with Natalie about her first birth story about two weeks ago when she was 9 months pregnant, and the day after we recorded this episode she gave birth to her second child so congratulations to Natalie and her family. She’ll be back to share that story one day soon, but for today she is going to share all about her first birth story which was originally going to be a birth center birth.. then because she moved, it made sense for her to switch to planning a home birth although ultimately laboring for over 24 hours, she did decide to transfer her care to a hospital where she was able to still follow her intuition and deliver her baby vaginally.
