00:00:00.001 --> 00:00:07.000
Have you ever discovered something of value?

00:00:07.000 --> 00:00:31.000
Maybe you ventured into metal detecting and maybe you found something of value in that endeavor or maybe looking through items at a yard sale and discover that they are selling very cheaply something of great value.

00:00:31.000 --> 00:00:53.000
I was talking to a brother recently and he said that he had found an old cash box under his grandmother's bed and took it out and opened it and it had coins in it that belonged to her parents so it would be his great-grandparents' coins and they were coins from the 1800s.

00:00:53.000 --> 00:01:01.000
It's pretty exciting when we find something or discover something of value.

00:01:01.000 --> 00:01:17.000
In the previous chapter, Colossians 2.3, it tells us that the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in Christ.

00:01:17.000 --> 00:01:22.000
The treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

00:01:22.000 --> 00:01:29.000
What have you found lately?

00:01:29.000 --> 00:01:36.000
What have you found Christ to be in all his fullness?

00:01:36.000 --> 00:01:40.000
What is there in him?

00:01:40.000 --> 00:01:43.000
I'll tell you.

00:01:43.000 --> 00:01:51.000
All, all is there in him.

00:01:51.000 --> 00:02:10.000
When we take a look into the Scriptures, we find great and rich treasures that are preeminently pointing to and revealing to us Christ.

00:02:10.000 --> 00:02:17.000
Remember the work of the Holy Spirit?

00:02:17.000 --> 00:02:27.000
Jesus said when the Spirit of Truth comes which proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me.

00:02:27.000 --> 00:02:29.000
That's John 15.26.

00:02:29.000 --> 00:02:34.000
That the Holy Spirit will testify of Christ.

00:02:34.000 --> 00:02:43.000
Jesus said when He, the Spirit, comes He will guide you into all truth.

00:02:43.000 --> 00:02:52.000
He goes on to say He will glorify Me for He will receive of Me and show it to you.

00:02:52.000 --> 00:02:58.000
John 16.13-15.

00:02:58.000 --> 00:03:04.000
You remember what Jesus did for the two on the road to Emmaus?

00:03:04.000 --> 00:03:12.000
I think I've referenced the two on the road to Emmaus before but I love the story there.

00:03:12.000 --> 00:03:23.000
When they were walking and discouraged that Christ had been crucified and buried and now it had been three days and they were walking on the road and Jesus comes to them.

00:03:23.000 --> 00:03:26.000
He doesn't reveal Himself immediately.

00:03:26.000 --> 00:03:56.000
It says, "And beginning at Moses and the prophets He expounded unto them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself." In Luke 24.27 He expounded unto them all things in the Scriptures concerning Himself.

00:03:56.000 --> 00:04:01.000
That word expounding means He interpreted it.

00:04:01.000 --> 00:04:12.000
He unfolded the meaning of the Old Testament and how it was all talking about Him.

00:04:12.000 --> 00:04:39.000
Later as Jesus departed from them they said one to another, "Did not our hearts burn within us while He taught with us by all the way and while He opened to us the Scriptures?" Opened to us the Scriptures to open the mind of one to calls to understand.

00:04:39.000 --> 00:04:44.000
Finally it all made sense to them.

00:04:44.000 --> 00:04:48.000
They saw Christ there.

00:04:48.000 --> 00:05:00.000
They went back and told the other disciples and Jesus comes in the midst of that conversation and He affirms to them, "Did not I tell you these things while I was with you?

00:05:00.000 --> 00:05:20.000
All things must be fulfilled which were written in the law of Moses and in the prophets and in the Psalms concerning Me." Then opened He their understanding that they might understand the Scriptures.

00:05:20.000 --> 00:05:24.000
That's Luke 24.44 and 45.

00:05:24.000 --> 00:05:31.000
I think of these verses when someone tells me I read the Bible but I just can't understand it.

00:05:31.000 --> 00:05:35.000
No you can't.

00:05:35.000 --> 00:05:40.000
You can't understand it without the Holy Spirit.

00:05:40.000 --> 00:05:57.000
Without the Spirit opening our eyes and our minds to the things of the Word of God.

00:05:57.000 --> 00:06:05.000
And when the Holy Spirit opens our eyes Christ comes flowing off the pages.

00:06:05.000 --> 00:06:11.000
"I see ye." There he is. There he is. There he is.

00:06:11.000 --> 00:06:20.000
The riches of Christ are now clearly seen when the Holy Spirit opens our eyes to Him.

00:06:20.000 --> 00:06:29.000
Oh what a glory it is to see Christ in the Word is it not?

00:06:29.000 --> 00:06:45.000
Psalm 47 says, "Then said I, lo I come in the volume of the book it is written of Me." It's all about Christ, isn't it? It's all about Christ.

00:06:45.000 --> 00:06:49.000
What have you seen lately? What treasures have you found?

00:06:49.000 --> 00:06:55.000
It's all about Christ Jesus our Savior.

00:06:55.000 --> 00:07:05.000
Our text tells us that Christ we're going to see that are in verse 11 that Christ is all and in all.

00:07:05.000 --> 00:07:08.000
But let's read down and just kind of get the context here.

00:07:08.000 --> 00:07:14.000
I love this book. I love this particular chapter.

00:07:14.000 --> 00:07:19.000
Therefore I'm reading from the I thought I'd try this tonight.

00:07:19.000 --> 00:07:23.000
I'm reading from the LSB the Legacy Standard Bible.

00:07:23.000 --> 00:07:27.000
It may be a little different, may not be, but let's see.

00:07:27.000 --> 00:07:36.000
"Therefore if you have been raised up with Christ," See it almost misread it, almost misquoted.

00:07:36.000 --> 00:08:03.000
"Therefore if you have been raised up with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God, set your mind on the things above, not on the things of the earth.

00:08:03.000 --> 00:08:11.000
For you died and your life has been hidden with Christ in God.

00:08:11.000 --> 00:08:24.000
When Christ, who is our life, is manifested, then you also will be manifested with Him in glory.

00:08:24.000 --> 00:08:39.000
Therefore consider the members of your earthly body as dead, to sensual immorality, impurity, passions, evil desires, and greed, which is idolatry.

00:08:39.000 --> 00:08:46.000
On account of these things, the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience.

00:08:46.000 --> 00:08:54.000
And in them you also once walled, when you were living in them.

00:08:54.000 --> 00:09:09.000
And now you also lay them aside, wrath, anger, malice, slander, and abusive speech from your mouth.

00:09:09.000 --> 00:09:37.000
Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with its evil practices, and have put on the new man who is being renewed to a full knowledge, according to the image of the one who created him." Isn't that good?

00:09:37.000 --> 00:09:55.000
A renewal in which there is no distinction between Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian or Sothinian, slave and freeman.

00:09:55.000 --> 00:10:01.000
But Christ is all and in all.

00:10:01.000 --> 00:10:03.000
Let's pray again.

00:10:03.000 --> 00:10:18.000
"Father, would you help us tonight?""As we have read Your word, would You make it alive to us?

00:10:18.000 --> 00:10:22.000
Would You make it real?

00:10:22.000 --> 00:10:24.000
Oh, it's quick.

00:10:24.000 --> 00:10:25.000
It's alive.

00:10:25.000 --> 00:10:27.000
It's powerful.

00:10:27.000 --> 00:10:31.000
It's sharper than any two-edged sword.

00:10:31.000 --> 00:10:39.000
It purists us to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, join them, Harold.

00:10:39.000 --> 00:10:48.000
It's a discerner of the thoughts and the intent of the heart.

00:10:48.000 --> 00:10:50.000
Would You work on us?

00:10:50.000 --> 00:10:54.000
A work by Your word through Your Spirit?

00:10:54.000 --> 00:11:03.000
We might glory in Christ, we might see Him, we might cherish Him, we might love Him more.

00:11:03.000 --> 00:11:08.000
Help us here.

00:11:08.000 --> 00:11:12.000
Help me speak.

00:11:12.000 --> 00:11:24.000
In Jesus' name, Amen." The church at Colossae Paul had never visited.

00:11:24.000 --> 00:11:38.000
He was writing this book from prison and he had gotten word about the church and he wanted to encourage the church.

00:11:38.000 --> 00:11:46.000
Chapter 1 encourages the church and speaks of Christ there in the first chapter and points them to Christ.

00:11:46.000 --> 00:11:55.000
In chapter 2 he deals with some of the things that they are dealing with, kind of the culture who was trying to come in and conform them to their ways.

00:11:55.000 --> 00:12:02.000
He had the Jews that were coming in and trying to take them back to keeping the law and those things.

00:12:02.000 --> 00:12:09.000
Then he comes to this chapter and he says, "You're a new man.

00:12:09.000 --> 00:12:11.000
You're a new creation in Christ.

00:12:11.000 --> 00:12:17.000
You're a new person. Put off the old man.

00:12:17.000 --> 00:12:21.000
Don't continue in those ways.

00:12:21.000 --> 00:12:43.000
Put on Christ. Put on the new man." And in the midst of that, that plea to put off the old man and put on the new, he makes this statement in verse 11.

00:12:43.000 --> 00:13:07.000
King James says, "Where there is neither Greek nor Jew." The ESV says, "Here there is not Greek or Jew." Did you catch what I read from the legacy standard?

00:13:07.000 --> 00:13:24.000
It said, "A renewal in which there is no distinction between Greek and Jew." A renewal is an italics which means it was added by the translators.

00:13:24.000 --> 00:13:43.000
Some would say that this place, if you would, where there is no distinction, where there is no difference, is in the new man, in the new person.

00:13:43.000 --> 00:13:47.000
In this renewal, there's no difference.

00:13:47.000 --> 00:14:01.000
Others would say that he changes from making it personal to talking to the whole church, who has addressed that in the church there is no difference between Greek or Jew.

00:14:01.000 --> 00:14:31.000
And I say, "It doesn't matter, because if you're a new man, you're going to be in the church, and there's going to be no difference between the Greek or the Jew." So he's drawing these distinctions, or he's saying that there are no distinctions, while he's pointing out that some have made distinctions, but in Christ, there are no distinctions.

00:14:31.000 --> 00:14:35.000
The Greeks are known for their knowledge.

00:14:35.000 --> 00:14:43.000
They supposedly had this great knowledge, but it was knowledge that was not from above.

00:14:43.000 --> 00:14:48.000
They had this great wisdom, although it was the wisdom of the world.

00:14:48.000 --> 00:14:51.000
They prided themselves in their knowledge.

00:14:51.000 --> 00:14:59.000
They separated themselves in their minds and in their proximities from those who were not Greek.

00:14:59.000 --> 00:15:02.000
The Jews did the same.

00:15:02.000 --> 00:15:07.000
They had the oracles of God, and others didn't.

00:15:07.000 --> 00:15:21.000
So they had these separations that were formed, and they were thick, and they were real in the New Testament time.

00:15:21.000 --> 00:15:53.000
He goes on and he says,"In which there is no difference or no distinction between Greek and Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, even with the Colossians, there were Jewish believers coming in and telling them they needed to be circumcised, telling them they need to keep the feast, telling them they need to keep the Torah, trying to lead them back into those ways.

00:15:53.000 --> 00:16:01.000
The Greeks were trying to tell them that there are many gods, and there are many philosophies, and there are many of this and many of that.

00:16:01.000 --> 00:16:07.000
So there's all this scrambled up mess, we'll say.

00:16:07.000 --> 00:16:13.000
Now the barbarians were not Greek.

00:16:13.000 --> 00:16:22.000
They didn't speak Greek, they didn't know their culture, so they were looked down on by the Greeks.

00:16:22.000 --> 00:16:29.000
They didn't have the law, they didn't have the oracles of God, so they were looked down on by the Jews.

00:16:29.000 --> 00:16:40.000
The sentience, they were the worst of the barbarians. They were wild men.

00:16:40.000 --> 00:16:53.000
And these barbarians and wild men, they despised those who had the knowledge, those who had the religion, they all despised each other.

00:16:53.000 --> 00:16:57.000
Then there were the slaves and then there were the freemen.

00:16:57.000 --> 00:17:01.000
So we have divisions that are abounding.

00:17:01.000 --> 00:17:30.000
We're talking about ethnic differences, social differences, religious differences, financial status differences, people of every kind, and now in Christ, and Christ in them, and for them, and Christ is all to them.

00:17:30.000 --> 00:17:44.000
Christ has somehow broken down all these walls of partitions that were separating everyone.

00:17:44.000 --> 00:17:50.000
All the glueability of Christ.

00:17:50.000 --> 00:17:55.000
I don't even know if that's a word, but I made it up.

00:17:55.000 --> 00:18:00.000
The glueability of Christ.

00:18:00.000 --> 00:18:09.000
How He can bring people together who are so far apart in every aspect.

00:18:09.000 --> 00:18:20.000
And yet, He glues them together with bonds of love and joy and peace and unity and truth and purity.

00:18:20.000 --> 00:18:25.000
The power of the constraining love of Christ.

00:18:25.000 --> 00:18:36.000
Christ really is all if He's in all. He is all in all.

00:18:36.000 --> 00:18:49.000
Whether you're Greek, whether you're Jew, whether you're bond, whether you're free, whether you're circumcised, uncircumcised, ball bearings, Cynthia, and it doesn't matter.

00:18:49.000 --> 00:19:00.000
All of that doesn't matter in Christ.

00:19:00.000 --> 00:19:10.000
Are we not living in shattered, scattered times of division even in our day?

00:19:10.000 --> 00:19:31.000
Yeah, we're different from others, and some are different than others, and many dislike the Democrat, the liberal left Democrat, the crazy communist Democrat and they greatly dislike the white right.

00:19:31.000 --> 00:19:37.799
Republican right, it is all this mess.

00:19:37.799 --> 00:19:49.700
Blacks against the whites, the whites against the blacks, the rich against the poor, the poor against the rich, the Ford driver against the Chevy driver and the Chevy driver against the Ford driver.

00:19:49.700 --> 00:19:51.400
What?

00:19:52.000 --> 00:20:02.000
The tolerant against the intolerant and the intolerant against the tolerant and we're like, all of these differences.

00:20:02.000 --> 00:20:06.799
But along comes Christ.

00:20:06.799 --> 00:20:11.799
And does a change to the heart?

00:20:11.799 --> 00:20:21.200
And it doesn't make us tolerant of the intolerant, but it does make us tolerant of the intolerant.

00:20:21.299 --> 00:20:25.299
But it makes us love and value and cherish Christ.

00:20:25.299 --> 00:20:35.299
And if Christ is in me and Christ is in you, then all of these things fall off like snow from a shaken Leoma.

00:20:35.299 --> 00:20:38.099
Does it matter?

00:20:38.099 --> 00:20:41.599
You have Christ.

00:20:41.599 --> 00:20:43.099
I have Christ.

00:20:43.099 --> 00:20:45.799
Christ is all in all.

00:20:45.799 --> 00:20:50.799
When he's all in all, he becomes our all.

00:20:50.799 --> 00:21:09.200
He becomes our every faith and he makes us one.

00:21:09.200 --> 00:21:13.299
Jesus Christ is all in all.

00:21:14.180 --> 00:21:16.180
All that is true.

00:21:16.180 --> 00:21:18.980
All that is honest.

00:21:18.980 --> 00:21:20.779
All that is just.

00:21:20.779 --> 00:21:22.480
All that is pure.

00:21:22.480 --> 00:21:24.180
All that is lovely.

00:21:24.180 --> 00:21:27.579
All that is good is in Christ.

00:21:27.579 --> 00:21:37.779
In him is life and that eternal John one four in him is no fault.

00:21:37.779 --> 00:21:42.779
John 19 six in him is no sin in him.

00:21:43.079 --> 00:21:48.079
All the promises of God are yes and Amen to the glory of God.

00:21:48.079 --> 00:21:55.380
Second Corinthians one twenty in him is all the fullness of God.

00:21:55.380 --> 00:22:03.180
Colossians one twenty nine and two nine in him is life and no darkness at all.

00:22:03.180 --> 00:22:07.779
First John one five in him is no unrighteousness.

00:22:07.779 --> 00:22:10.980
John seven eighteen in him.

00:22:10.980 --> 00:22:15.779
We are chosen before the foundation of the world.

00:22:15.779 --> 00:22:27.180
Ephesians one four in him we live and move and have our being acts seventeen twenty eight in him we walk in him.

00:22:27.180 --> 00:22:31.779
We are rooted and built up and established in the faith.

00:22:31.779 --> 00:22:35.779
Colossians two six and seven and in him.

00:22:36.779 --> 00:22:41.779
Colossians two ten we are complete.

00:22:41.779 --> 00:22:44.880
We are complete in him.

00:22:44.880 --> 00:22:51.880
He is all he is all in his seats as prophet.

00:22:51.880 --> 00:22:55.180
He's all as priest.

00:22:55.180 --> 00:22:56.980
He's all as King.

00:22:56.980 --> 00:23:04.980
He's all he is all in all in him is all fullness.

00:23:05.980 --> 00:23:29.180
All salvation full redemption full justification full propitiation a man full pardon full forgiveness full sanctification full satisfaction true and full pleasures forevermore.

00:23:30.180 --> 00:23:38.779
He is the full way the full truth the full life.

00:23:38.779 --> 00:23:43.180
He is the rock the fortress our hiding place.

00:23:43.180 --> 00:23:53.980
He is all in he's all he's everything.

00:23:53.980 --> 00:23:56.180
He's everything.

00:23:56.180 --> 00:24:17.980
All in all Psalm sixteen eleven says that will show me the path of life in his presence is fullness of joy at thy right hand are pleasures forevermore who are what is at the right hand of God.

00:24:17.980 --> 00:24:31.180
We just read it in Colossians three one that Christ is seated at the right hand of God and in him are pleasure forevermore.

00:24:31.180 --> 00:24:37.380
And John one sixteen is this and of his fullness.

00:24:37.380 --> 00:24:51.779
We have all received and grace for grace for the law was given by Moses but grace and truth came by Christ.

00:24:51.980 --> 00:24:59.180
Jesus Christ is all in all.

00:24:59.180 --> 00:25:09.779
Does Jesus make a difference?

00:25:09.779 --> 00:25:15.579
No, he makes all the difference.

00:25:15.579 --> 00:25:23.380
He makes up he makes us new.

00:25:23.380 --> 00:25:30.579
He makes us what we once were not.

00:25:30.579 --> 00:25:40.880
We were dead in trespasses and sin and were made alive in him.

00:25:40.880 --> 00:25:46.079
He's everything.

00:25:46.079 --> 00:25:54.279
Oh glory glory in Christ dear child of God glory in him.

00:25:54.279 --> 00:26:09.079
Oh, there are people in my former life whom I would not like or associate with.

00:26:09.079 --> 00:26:13.579
But now I love them.

00:26:13.579 --> 00:26:20.079
Why because Christ in me and Christ in them.

00:26:20.079 --> 00:26:21.880
He makes all the difference.

00:26:21.880 --> 00:26:25.980
He is all in all.

00:26:25.980 --> 00:26:33.180
How is this how is this possible?

00:26:33.180 --> 00:26:51.180
How can ones who once despised and hated one another now embrace he's all in all.

00:26:51.180 --> 00:26:55.779
He's all in all.

00:26:56.079 --> 00:27:09.779
It's made possible by the incarnate Son of God who came to us.

00:27:09.779 --> 00:27:14.180
He came to us.

00:27:14.180 --> 00:27:24.680
He came to earth and lived among us.

00:27:24.680 --> 00:27:36.579
We beheld his glory the glory of the only begotten of the Father full of grace.

00:27:36.579 --> 00:27:58.380
And he lived a perfect sinless holy life not one hand of a stain fulfilling perfectly the law.

00:27:58.380 --> 00:28:00.380
He loved God.

00:28:00.380 --> 00:28:05.880
He loved his father with all of his heart soul strength.

00:28:05.880 --> 00:28:09.779
My he loved God right.

00:28:09.779 --> 00:28:19.980
He lived this perfect holy sinless life.

00:28:19.980 --> 00:28:36.180
For you on our behalf so that that righteous life lived could be accounted to us.

00:28:43.279 --> 00:29:03.779
God looks at us as righteous as holy as perfect because Christ lived the righteous perfect holy life in our place glory glory.

00:29:03.779 --> 00:29:11.980
His life is imputed us his righteousness is imputed to us.

00:29:12.980 --> 00:29:41.779
Then he would offer himself as a lamb without spot or blemish to be the once and for all sacrifice for sin.

00:29:42.779 --> 00:29:47.079
Our sin imputed to him.

00:29:47.079 --> 00:29:52.779
Our sin laid on him.

00:29:52.779 --> 00:30:15.980
He receiving our he representing us in our sins on the cross the wrath of God being poured out on him in our place.

00:30:15.980 --> 00:30:17.980
Oh what a love.

00:30:17.980 --> 00:30:37.880
Oh what a glory that Christ would die our death to satisfy the demands of God.

00:30:37.880 --> 00:30:44.180
On our behalf God was demanding our death.

00:30:44.180 --> 00:30:54.980
The wages of sin is death.

00:30:54.980 --> 00:31:03.579
And those wages are satisfied in Christ.

00:31:03.579 --> 00:31:09.579
It is finished paid in full.

00:31:09.579 --> 00:31:29.579
And he would die.

00:31:29.579 --> 00:31:34.079
For us.

00:31:34.079 --> 00:31:37.279
But he didn't stay dead.

00:31:37.279 --> 00:31:38.980
Amen.

00:31:38.980 --> 00:31:42.980
He didn't stay dead.

00:31:42.980 --> 00:31:46.680
The grave had no claim.

00:31:46.680 --> 00:31:49.579
The grave had no claim.

00:31:49.579 --> 00:31:51.779
Oh it searched him.

00:31:51.779 --> 00:32:04.480
But it could find no spot no blemish no hint of sin spit him out up from the grave.

00:32:04.480 --> 00:32:06.880
He arose the mighty.

00:32:06.880 --> 00:32:11.180
Oh he's a lot.

00:32:11.180 --> 00:32:13.480
He's a lie.

00:32:13.480 --> 00:32:21.779
And he ascended to the right hand of the father.

00:32:21.779 --> 00:32:24.680
And he sits there now.

00:32:24.680 --> 00:32:29.380
Still representing.

00:32:29.380 --> 00:32:34.880
You and I.

00:32:34.880 --> 00:32:42.880
Interceding making the intercession for us.

00:32:42.880 --> 00:32:45.380
The gospel of glory isn't it.

00:32:45.380 --> 00:32:50.380
All the wisdom of God.

00:32:50.380 --> 00:32:53.980
In the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

00:32:53.980 --> 00:32:56.779
He is all.

00:32:56.779 --> 00:32:58.480
In all.

00:32:58.480 --> 00:33:08.680
Let's pray.

00:33:08.680 --> 00:33:12.380
Oh Father.

00:33:12.380 --> 00:33:19.279
Christ Jesus is your beloved son.

00:33:19.279 --> 00:33:26.279
In whom you are well pleased.

00:33:26.279 --> 00:33:32.480
Would you make him our beloved?

00:33:32.480 --> 00:33:38.839
Would you make us well pleased in him?

00:33:38.839 --> 00:33:43.740
Make him everything to us.

00:33:43.740 --> 00:33:51.319
Make him all to us.

00:33:51.319 --> 00:33:55.980
Cause us to see him more clearly.

00:33:55.980 --> 00:34:02.160
So that we can love him more dearly.

00:34:02.160 --> 00:34:07.960
In dear Christ to us.

00:34:07.960 --> 00:34:11.159
Oh Lord.

00:34:11.159 --> 00:34:24.679
Make Christ and me lovely to my neighbor.

00:34:24.679 --> 00:34:32.239
Make Christ and my brothers and sisters lovely to me.

00:34:32.239 --> 00:34:42.519
For he is all together and lovely.

00:34:42.519 --> 00:34:48.559
All the power in the cross.

00:34:48.559 --> 00:34:54.320
Power in the resurrected life.

00:34:54.320 --> 00:34:56.960
That our old man is dead.

00:34:56.960 --> 00:35:06.880
And we are raised to walk a new life.

00:35:06.880 --> 00:35:08.699
As we look to Christ.

00:35:08.699 --> 00:35:11.840
As we see Christ.

00:35:11.840 --> 00:35:17.320
All changes in the world.

00:35:17.320 --> 00:35:23.559
Change us into that image.

00:35:23.559 --> 00:35:27.199
The image of your son.

00:35:27.199 --> 00:35:30.280
Oh Lord we need help.

00:35:30.280 --> 00:35:40.599
We need help.

00:35:40.599 --> 00:35:42.199
Lord I mess up every day.

00:35:42.199 --> 00:36:04.280
And it is because I look away.

00:36:04.280 --> 00:36:09.519
Fixed my eyes on Christ.

00:36:09.519 --> 00:36:16.639
Fix our eyes on Christ.

00:36:16.639 --> 00:36:19.960
For he is the author and finisher of our faith.
