#31 Wendy-Ann Smith: Ethics, Positive Psychology & Societal Concerns
Today’s guest, Wendy-Ann Smith, is a coaching psychologist working where coaching psychology, positive psychology, and ethics meet. She’s the founder of the Coaching Ethics Forum, the Journal of Coaching Ethics, and Ethical Edge Insights. Platforms dedicated to raising the bar on ethical practice and wellbeing in coaching. Her research looks at how coaches grow, weave ethics into their work, and sustain their own wellbeing. Through one-to-one coaching and workshops, she helps coaches and leaders deepen their ethical awareness, always bringing warmth, curiosity, and a passion for ethical growth.
