Hello, my friend. And how is it that you stumbled into my calves, the abyss? I am ancient. I am forever. And I am the chain down here, I am the shadow to earth. Here to keep you company. I've been here for years collecting stories. I will tell you the tale to fast time. Short stories of horror. Tiny tales of the creepy. I will show you by the end you'll be screaming with madness. Morbid Morsels is a new chapter of terror. A shorter tale of madness. To let's just say carry your tremendous suffering over to the longer, fuller episodes. Your torment endless suffering has helped me go stronger. To reunite my brothers once again to open the portal from here, the nether realm to your. To release darkness and chaos upon all mankind. We have grown stronger by passing these tales of madness on to you. Not only will we feast on your souls, but we will unleash hell on earth. We'll be seeking new, unfortunate souls to torment, new chapters of fear, tales of the unbelievable, and more skin becoming souls. Remember, your dark thoughts lead you to me. I won't have to find you. It will be you that seeks me out.

SPEAKER_01:

For eight-year-old Ellie, it all began with a gift. A dollhouse. But not just any dollhouse.

SPEAKER_03:

This one has huge. It looks just like our house. The lady at the antique store said it was custom made down to the last detail.

SPEAKER_01:

A whole family of dolls, too.

SPEAKER_09:

Even got her crazy mud in there.

SPEAKER_01:

Ellie played for hours. Rearranging furniture, dressing her little family. The dolls looked eerily familiar, just like her family. A mother with auburn hair, a father with a mustache, a big brother in a football jersey, and one small girl in overalls, just like Ellie.

SPEAKER_04:

Ellie, honey. Dinner's ready. Okay, mommy, I'm coming.

SPEAKER_01:

After Ellie finished eating, she ran back upstairs to her room and closed the door. The dollhouse even had real tiny lights and lamps that worked also. She was looking at the rooms of the house and her dolls, and noticed something strange.

SPEAKER_02:

I didn't leave them like that. No, honey. Maybe your brother's messing with you.

SPEAKER_01:

But her brother swore he hadn't. And every time Ellie returned, the dolls had moved. Not just slightly. Sometimes they stared out the windows. One evening, Ellie found the doll mom lay sprawled on the living room floor. Her neck cracked sideways.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh no, what happened to my mommy Dolly?

SPEAKER_01:

No, no, this isn't right. Ryan can be so mean. Why would he do all this to scare me? Ellie found her doll brother in his bedroom, tied to a chair. His throat was slit open, and his eyes were painted shut. She touched its neck, and her finger had a tiny drop of blood on it. Ellie was scared and worried about her doll family. She looked from room to room to see where her daddy doll was. The dollhouse even had a little garage built on the side of it. She looked in there and saw him leaning against his workbench. Oh, good, she thought, until she looked closer. His head was bashed in and was standing in a puddle of blood. A tiny hammer lay on the floor. Her hands went to her mouth as tears began to fill her eyes. Then Ellie noticed another doll, one she never placed there. Who are you? He was hiding in the attic, grinning, holding a tiny rusted axe. He was a scary doll, wearing a dark hoodie and little ripped jeans with black boots. One by one, every doll had been murdered, but only one remained. The doll of Ellie. By now, Ellie was more than just scared. She was terrified. She ran down the hall to her brother's room. She knocked and there was no answer. She pushed the door open and she screamed. There he was, tied to a chair with his throat slit, and blood covered his shirt. Just like in the dollhouse. She ran downstairs to see her mom lying on the floor with a broken neck and a look of horror on her face. Now she was crying and panicked and ran to the garage. Daddy, Daddy, something bad happened to Brian and Mommy. But she knew what she'd find. Her dad leaning against his bench with his brains smashed in. Her heart was beating in her chest as she ran back upstairs to her bedroom and locked the door. He frantically went back to the dollhouse and looked for the scary man doll in the attic, but it was gone. She saw her doll self in her bedroom, standing in front of a tiny version of the dollhouse. She saw the little closet door slowly open as she turned around, and a real closet door was opening. And inside that closet, she saw him, the Axeman, smiling at her. Ellie screamed at the top of her lungs. The police had the whole house taped off. Investigators snapping pictures of the gruesome murder scene. Putting marker cards down for evidence. Neighbors were outside talking about what happened. A couple of officers went upstairs and found the body of a teenage boy tied up with his throat slashed. The mother's body in the living room, and the husband in the garage. Then they came to a little girl's room and pushed the door open. The girl's body was laying face down halfway out of the closet, her face frozen in fear, an axe sticking out of her back.

SPEAKER_00:

Check out that dollhouse. Looks like this house, and that's fucking creepy.

SPEAKER_01:

Both officers opened the dollhouse and saw the little dolls mirrored the crime scene in the house they were in. Small bloody footprints left a trail on the carpet out the front door.

SPEAKER_03:

And finds their way here to me. Your dark thoughts always lead you to me. So, my friends, until next time, I look forward to tasting murals.
