Beth Bengtson
Beth Bengtson is a changemaker who doesn’t wait for solutions—she builds them. As Founder and CEO of Working for Women (W4W), she leads a business giving community that channels corporate dollars, skills, and support into programs that help women thrive in the workforce and gain financial independence. With 25+ years in marketing, CSR, and entrepreneurship, Beth specializes in aligning purpose with strategy and helping companies #givebackbetter.
She knows how to turn social good into smart business—creating stronger partnerships and a more equitable economy. When she’s not leading programs or advising funders, she’s speaking, supporting organizations to grow their impact, or catching a sunrise from her kayak in the Hudson Valley.
Beth holds an MBA from Schiller International University in Paris, a BS from Penn State, and certification in empowerment design and facilitation.
