Welcome back to a new episode of the 'past lives' podcast, for the next 15 minutes I will be your host and today we will have another guest in our studio, Ronda, which has gone through the experience of recollecting past lives, and who will share with us today insights from her experience. For those of you who listen to an episode from this podcast for the first time, I am currently interviewing people who have gone through past life recollection experiences with the purpose of sharing their experience with you. In the last episode, we talked to Laura and also gave a short theoretical introduction regarding Pratiloma-Yana and explained how this method of regression differentiaties itsself from other therapeutic methods.
Today, we will jump right back in, and see what we can find out directly from Ronda, and from her experience of past lives recollection.

Perhaps, the hardest thing that is required of us, in what follows, is to recognise and
understand the root of man's problems. At the level of consciousness at which mankind finds itself
we are only to a small extent, if at all, able to understand
that suffering is generated by the state of (in)consciousness (if I may use this term).

with the meaning of our earthly existence.
