Backed by Neuroscientific Research my show creates awareness on how Dance, Music and Arts contribute to Preventing the Brain from Prematurely Aging.

Interview with Mike Waters, Health Promotion Director at Fitness Over 50
Mike Waters, has a Master of Arts in Applied Exercise Physiology. Mike had the honor of being the original fitness director of Timberhill Athletic Club when it opened in 1980. His training in Adult Exercise Science is in heart and chronic disease prevention. Mike has brought a “Fitness is Medicine” philosophy to his program design. He managed the Corvallis Hewlett Packard Worksite Health Program for 14 years. He brings motivational strategies aimed at engaging retired adults to participate more in joyful physical activity and understand how joy connects to their neurobiology. Mike is part of Fitness Over 50 team as Director of Health Promotion for mature adults who proactively exercise. He takes a holistic approach with each client he works with to help them transition into the next stage of their lives, gracefully.
