My guest on the podcast today is Vidya Ramachandran. Vidya is a strategy consultant and self leadership enthusiast who catalyzes women to design vibrant lives free from the pressures of societal and cultural norms and expectations. She does this by helping them identify what success, fulfillment, and thriving looks like for them.
Vidya helps women design vibrant lives by understanding their unique values and what truly fulfills them, not by checking the boxes that society (parents, teachers...life!) expects you to check.
She uses human design principles to help you understand your natural decision-making processes and energy type, and cyclical living to help you make adjustment to your activities on the fly.
Vidya is a truly heart-centered and spiritual coach who comes from a place of complete authenticity. I love that she has transformed her own experience into a coaching practice that is laser focused on what each of her clients really wants, and who she really is.
She believes that life is a series of experiments and that we need not be afraid of going down the "wrong" path. Adjustments can be made to try something new and pivot gracefully.
