SPEAKER_00:

All right. Welcome back, Journey to Win. It has been a minute. Literally, I haven't done a podcast in what? Probably a little over a year and a half now. I have been busy. And it's a good thing. You know, I have um a lot's happened, man. We've, you know, during that process, we uh moved into a new property. We literally, you know, created my own hedge fund. I launched a new business, the elite leadership consulting group. I started working with a lot of you know CEOs, executive, top team boaters doing keynote speeches for them and just mentoring and consulting them. And I said, hey, why not just go out and solve the problem that is currently in the marketplace, which is really just tactical level leadership to help these guys, you know, really guide them through some of the challenges that they're um they're facing. I was already doing it. So I was like, hey, we just might as well start a company. So that's what I did. And, you know, I've been working with some great companies, some eight and nine-figure companies, mentoring a lot of very high six and seven-figure yearly income earners. And it's been a blessing, man. I decided throughout that process, as I was sending them different PDFs after every conversation that we would have of like when we would solve their problems, I said, hey, let me just write a book. You know, rather than you know, sit here and do this. I'm just gonna, you know, document everything and create a book. So I created the elite leadership blueprint. It's helping your guys' leaders, it's helping you put a tactical level approach to scale your leadership team. You know, everything out there right now, I remember when I first got started in direct sales, I'd be so frustrated because I'd go read the books, man. I'd read the John Maxwell books, and John is great. You know, it would leave me very inspired. He would have some great philosophy. You know, Jocko had some great philosophy in there of really what to do. And he got pretty tactical on some portions of his trainings. And, you know, I loved everything. It left me all inspired through the stories, but nothing ever, you know, did I feel like I could take that information and go implement it into my team at scale and give this to my leaders and like let's start putting systems in place where our leaders could have an actual standard to. And so what I did is I created a elite leadership blueprint, which is E empower. We have to learn how to have empowering communication, empowered coaching, because most of the challenges that leaders I see face are uh inside of the team building world, whether you're a CEO, executive, top team builder in the direct sales space, or whether you're just a coach, right? It's a lot of times either miscommunication, unclear communication, or lack of communication, and it ends up causing you to have um have to put out fires all the time, have to, you know, work in your business instead of on your business. It leaves you feeling frustrated, like you want to pull your hair out because you know, you go and tell your team to do something, they say, hey, I'm gonna do it, and then it doesn't get done. So like now it just leaves you feeling like if you don't do things, nothing gets done. And nobody takes ownership to the level that you take it, right? So uh, you know, I I created systems, literally a systematic approach, standard operating procedures to make sure that you can solve that problem inside of the empowerment section of empowered coaching, right? How do you coach people? What's the conversations that you have with them? Typically, people coach the way that they were coached or they lead the way they were led. And sometimes they bring their insecurities and ego into the conversation. So I have frameworks literally for you to work through during those challenging times on exactly what to say and how to say it. And now it's not just for you, but imagine having all of your leaders be able to follow a systemized framework to leave your team better off than how they found it. And if the leader doesn't do it, now you can hold them accountable because it becomes a standard. And what is a standard? A standard is what everybody in your organization knows, what everybody does, and what everybody protects. It's what you can remediate from, it's what you can coach to, right? And it's what you can potentially ultimately remove from because your standards become your culture. So it's so crucial that we get that right. And, you know, people in your organization don't have tough coaching conversations or, you know, blast out, you know, certain text messages out through challenging conversations and text messages when you can't read tonality through text, and then now it leaves you have to put out all the fire. So I have SOPs in here for you. How about people that come to you all the time and they always bring problems to you, but they never solve the problem. Well, I have a framework in there that helps you guys put a system in place to where it becomes an actual standard in your organization, to where people take full ownership of it and they go become problem solvers, not just problem bringers, right? Um, I mean, I can go on and on, but leadership, self-leadership. And we talk about faith, family, fitness, finance, future self, and fun, and just, you know, the whole process of what it takes to become an elite-level leader of yourself, because the most important form of leadership is self-leadership, right? And you can't be, you know, a risk to your own people. You can't be a risk to, you know, your organization. And so, you know, we got to make sure you can effectively lead yourself in your finances, in your faith, in your family, right? In your fitness, all of it. And then we want to have fun in the process, of course, and always be growing. So, um, how about inspiring your team and casting vision? I can't tell you how many CEOs I talk to who just don't understand the game that they're actually playing and how the vision, the like when I'm in a company or when your people are in your on your team, whether you're a CEO or not, but CEOs specifically, if your leader's vision is bigger than your vision, they're not going to stay. So you have to cast big vision. And like the Bible says, without vision, people perish. We have to continually cast vision on where we're going and how big this opportunity is for them. And W I I F M, what's in it for me, right? That's what everybody's tuning into. That one radio station, what's in it for me? They don't necessarily care about your vision because they want to see that it's big, but we also got to tie it to their vision. So I go super in-depth onto that in the book. We go over how to build trust, right? I have the five C's of trust in there that I dive deep to make sure you always have, you know, a North Star that you're guiding back to. How about um, you know, rebuilding trust? Some of you guys might have lost some trust with your people because you didn't follow the five C's of trust. And, you know, now it's leaving you, you know, potentially with leaders who aren't working as hard, right? Maybe they're disengaged because their trust isn't as high as it used to be. And maybe they're kind of just collecting a paycheck. If that's the case, remember, we operate your team, your leaders operate off the barrel cycle. Belief, excitement, action, and results. Well, if they don't have trust in you, most likely they've lost a little bit of belief. And either, you know, it could be them. There's four pillars of that. It could be themselves, it could be the leadership, it could be the company or the industry. And in this case, it could be the company, right? So, how do we fix that? I go over how to fix that in the book. All right. And I have, I just launched my Elite Leadership Consulting Academy where you guys can get in there and get live, you know, uh recorded videos and live training where I'll actually help you guys work through these challenges as well. So number one is, you know, got to get the book. But number two is if you guys want access to that, I can definitely get you access to that portal. And um, and we'll we'll dive deep, man. We'll make sure we're solving all the problems for you. And then we have execution, right? We hate we I go in there with systemized frameworks to teach you guys how to have steady execution even through the challenging times. We talk about scaling leadership, we talk about controlled autonomy because it's not just about decentralized leadership, like you hear a lot of special operations guys talk about. That's great, but too much decentralized leadership is chaos. There's no actual control. There's you know, pillars of like there's small silos of growth depending on the charisma and the leadership level of that one individual, but we need centralized systems to be able to create a standard for everybody. And once they meet that standard, cool, then we can give them earned decentralized ownership. And so I go, you know, very in-depth on that. I talk about scaling leadership, how to do that to an actual standard, and we talk about culture, which culture is it's it's everything, right? And so I teach you guys how to create a championship culture inside your organization. And I literally have something called the mindset framework. You know, everybody talks about a Navy SEAL and what does it take to be a Navy SEAL and make it through Hell Week? Well, of course, you know, we there's plenty of their speeches out there. But what I do a uh a really deep dive in on this on on in the book is really creating a North Star for your leader so that there's always a reset point, right? So it's like mindset is you know, M, mastering your emotions, I integrity, and navigational leadership, right? So D, detaching your we go through the whole pillars, and every pillar you want to rate yourself from one to 10. One being, you know, obviously the least level of leadership that you can be on that pillar, 10 being the best. And so what you want to do is obviously figure out, okay, I want to be on 10, a 10 on each of these different pillars. Who do I need to become in order to, you know, uh be a 10? And then you start acting as if you're that person now. But the most important thing is it gives you self-awareness and a nor star to recalibrate back to every single day, every single week, every single month. And it gives your leaders the ability to one, give honest feedback to you on all those different pillars. And then you can give that to your mentors, they can give you honest feedback because honest feedback is literally what's going to be able to help you, you know, have true self-awareness and you're gonna be able to go to war on those areas to help you guys take things to the next level because your current level of leadership is a direct reflection of the current, you know, um, growth that you're at, right? Like you are the um cap of your organization. And so if you want to take things to the next level, if you want to elevate and accelerate, well, we got to elevate and accelerate your growth. We got to not just be good at sales, not just be good at recruiting if those are your industries, but we got to get good at leadership because that's another skill for you, right? So we got to go to war on that every single day. And leadership is a big, broad topic that there's a lot of skills that you got to get really good at. And that's what the elite leadership blueprint is great at. And it's not just philosophy-based, it's tactical. It's gonna be able to give you the ability to become the best level, highest level leader that you can possibly become. And then what it's going to do is give your leaders a blueprint to be able to meet an actual standard, right, that you can hold inside your organization, which will ultimately become your culture. So I'm really excited to get this to you guys. Listen, we have a a pay a weekly newsletter that I am sending out. If you guys go into the link below, I'll put the link inside the chat here. Um, and we're also gonna have a daily paid newsletter where I'm gonna go in there and give you guys literally gold five days a week. I'm not gonna do it Saturdays and Sundays because those are my days off. But um, Monday through Friday, you're gonna get, you know, five, what is that? So five times four, right? You're gonna get 20 newsletters every single month helping you guys solve all the leadership challenges that you guys are going through. And what I do a lot of times, I literally just every day I'm solving problems, consulting companies and people. I a lot of times put those, you know, issues that I just helped them overcome in the newsletter and I just send it out to you guys. So that's coming soon. It's almost ready.
