In today’s day and age we are noticing more and more people feeling burnout and overwhelmed either by life or work. In times like this rest becomes a priority which most of don’t feel like taking because we attach our self-worth to the amount of work we do which can be very unhealthy. Rest is an essential part of our daily life and each of us have our own individual way we rest. One thing may work for some but not for others. It’s time we prioritize ourselves and find how we can rest to have a more joyful life.
