This weeks Bainology Podcast, the 22nd Anniversary week of 9/11, provided me the opportunity to reflect back of what I learned required of leadership. It provided a slap in the face of the value of having empathy for one another. Our students on campus, and across American, were NOT necessarily looking for answers, they just needed someone to talk to. Someone to share their angry, fear, frustrations, heartbreak and anxiety with. They just needed someone to listen to, someone to show them they cared.
