This week's episode is tied to the 2024 Chinese New Year, the Year of the Dragon. The dragons of Chinese legend are proactive with sweeping leadership powers that are very protective of their people. They breathe clouds, move the seasons, and control the waters of rivers, lakes, and seas. As a result, it has encouraged me to identify my four leadership cornerstones.
