This week's episode is one of my favorites yet. We have a return guest, Rev. Zach Moffitt, Senior Pastor of First United Methodist Church, Pulaski. He speaks to the subject of the importance of our society having and maintaining a "Diversified Mindset". I see the number one failure of people aspiring to be "leaders" but they cannot implement, consider, or even hear a diverse opinion. Pastor Zach gives us great rationale for this leadership trait to emerge in all of us.
