Speaker 1:

Hello, beautiful souls, welcome to and Lion and Elevate. I am so excited for this episode. We are moving into the holiday season, which can be a very challenging time of year for people. It can be very happy, it can be lonely, but my guest is going to talk about finding the peace within and how we need to challenge ourselves, to witness, to step outside of ourselves, to feel the emotion, use our intellect for decision making, follow our intuition. And I just thought, gosh, what a powerful conversation to have, not only before the holidays or any time, but especially this time in the world where there's all sorts of conflicts going on in the outer world and also in our inner world, and I just thought what a beautiful thing to talk about. So I'm very excited and I'm so grateful that you're here and I'm wishing all of you a beautiful and peaceful holiday season and I'm hoping that this information will resonate and help you as you move forward on your beautiful path. Thank you again for being here and enjoy this episode.

Speaker 1:

I am so excited today I have such an awesome guest. Her name is Barbara with. She's an international peace activist, award winning author, publisher, psychic channel composer, performer, workshop facilitator and an inspirational speaker. She's the co founder of conflict revolution, a revolutionary way to resolve conflicts of the psyche, based on her work channeling Albert Einstein. Welcome, barbara.

Speaker 2:

Hey, kelly, thanks so much for having me. Hi everyone.

Speaker 1:

Oh my gosh, I'm so excited. Barbara, tell us a little bit about yourself. You've got quite a background.

Speaker 2:

You know I do, and I say these things not as if I'm bragging, so much as to demonstrate what this work is, because I've been doing it my whole life without knowing. And when I was five. It was all about the music. I just climbed up onto the piano and started figuring stuff out until I was playing, and by the time I was 12 or 13, I was writing music and that was unusual, I think at that time.

Speaker 2:

This is like the late sixties, but I would describe writing a song. I'd say it was like I went out into outer space and I was listening for the song that was already written. And that's how I wrote songs. I didn't sit down and go what do I want to say to Joe, or whatever. And that is a kind of a channeling. It's the same basic engine of channeling, only I'm listening for music. That was the first thing I'd like to say to everybody is that we're all channeling. Channeling is we're channeling compassion, physical form, everybody's channeling their life. But that's how I got started with that. And then the hearing of it and actually having a reading only happened because I was in high school and my friend, mike's, one day said you got to come and see what my mom does. And I was like what does your mom do? You just got to come and see it. And so, eunice McCoy, she was my mentor and she was this Buddha, like grandma, like thing, and she'd go into a trance. She always sat in front of a beautiful picture of Jesus.

Speaker 2:

And she said she was going into outer space and listening for whatever they're telling her to tell me, or who's ever my higher power. I guess she was saying it was the same thing. I can relate to that completely as a songwriter, and that voice told me so much about not necessarily telling the future, but helping me learn to self love. It was in a reading. They told me at 16 to take up yoga, and they talked about my singing career and how I was going to be traveling the world and healing the planet with this incredible music that I was making. So I studied with her for 10 years. I would go twice a year and take notes because there weren't any recorders back then, and I still have those notes too, and much of what she said came to pass.

Speaker 2:

I went on high school. I went right on the road. I had two full sets of original music. It was the singer-songwriter era of the early 70s and I became world famous. In Minneapolis I started winning awards and all I did was travel and sing.

Speaker 2:

And yet, coming out of my personal background I grew up in a very traumatized house was grabbing for something to affirm me Like. I think a lot of people who set out to be performers are trying to get fed from an audience or some external force. And yet I felt this incredible drive that I was going to be this rock star. I just knew it in my bones from the time I was really young. But I didn't love myself, I think with all kinds of addictions, and I had to commit and just broken hearted that this beautiful dream had just not come to pass.

Speaker 2:

That's when I started to channel myself. I was automatic writing. I was writing a letter and my hands became independent of my thinking and was saying something far more profound than the letter that I was writing to my friend telling her how bad it was to make judgments. And suddenly the voice turned into, because when you make judgments, like the lens of a camera, you close down the view so you can only see a little tiny bit of the whole picture. And that surprised me. That came out of me. But I knew what was happening. I knew what it was and so I said who are you? And because Eunice was an antenna, she just was an antenna that picked up my higher power and then somehow set it back to me and they said sound. That was fine with me and that's really how I started channeling, then I started writing for people and then I just closed my eyes one day in a party and took the breath and started speaking it, and that was 1987. So it's been a long relationship to this. I call it intuitive art.

Speaker 1:

I love everything that you said because I do believe we all channel. I believe that we all have gifts Work is not taught how to use them, the different clairs. We all have intuition. We all can receive messages from spirit and we can all channel. It's like anything, I'm sure, what you developed your channeling skills and reading skills at over the years when you first started out. That thing is like nobody starts out an expert.

Speaker 2:

We all have to start somewhere and I had my share of having to learn what was my ego and what was it, and I was put through those tests. But what I did when I started working with Eunice and I highly recommend everybody does this with whoever you're working with If you're working with anybody who is predicting a future for you, and even not, I would write it down, and then I would write down what I thought it meant, and then I would go forward and see what it really meant. So then I could have what it said, what I thought it said, and then what really happened, and I could start to shape a kind of a truer picture of this mysterious thing, because, as everybody can do it, it's still this mysterious process to me.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, no, it totally is. So I know what you're saying because I do Reiki and I'm a Reiki master and when I work in someone's energy, I get messages as well, I get shown things, I hear things and but when I talk about it like some people are very receptive and open to a bit of a lot of sometimes people look at you a little strangely but it is hard to explain, right. How do you get the message, how do you know what you're communicating with and how do you know that it's good and it's like? All I can say is I know that when I go through my process, I know what feels good and what doesn't and we're in control, right, like when we're in those situations and if anything starts to feel icky or not like something that we want to move forward with, we are very powerful beings, like we can stop that. We can say no, thank you.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, we yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's a powerful thing. Before we jumped on and started recording, we were starting to have this really great conversation and we were like, oh, we got to get the recording because we're going to talk about some great stuff that it's negatively recorded. But when I was looking into all of your stuff, with your conflict revolution, and I was saying I don't think there's a more important conversation to have right now, because we're recording, today is the 21st of 2023, of November, and there's lots of conflicts in the world right now and I thought what a really important conversation to have. And I've listened to a lot of the things you talked about and you talk about so many profound things and so our outer world as we experience it is a reflection of everyone's inner world and a lot of people don't really understand that, and the greatest thing that we can do as individuals to contribute to world peace is to work on ourselves, to go within, to heal and work on our own individual things. Then we were modeling and there is a ripple effect. When you can see, when you do the work, you start to see things change in your household, you start to see things change in your friend groups, in your atmospheres at work and it does work like that, the ripples do happen, so that I know that peace is absolutely possible.

Speaker 1:

You can attest to that. That we just have to do the inner work and our triggers are. Anything that we have to heal is our responsibility. We have to take responsibility for that and I know that's hard for people to hear sometimes. Right, I just want to say it's their fault or it's that's not my problem, that's their problem. But we have to take full responsibility for our own well-being and we have to start doing the work and holding up that mirror.

Speaker 1:

And it took me a long time to figure this out, barbara, but I have realized that anytime I have started to ask myself this. Now, if I am triggered by someone or I get into a situation where I get upset, I start to ask myself okay, what is unhealed within me, that this is upsetting me, or what is the true root cause of what I'm upset about? And it is never that other person. It's always something within myself, something that I need to work on and heal. Let's delve into this. Let's talk about your conflict, revolution and what your thoughts are on how to bring peace to this world.

Speaker 2:

You mentioned Albert Einstein and I think, if we want to talk later about how I got to Albert Einstein, that's a fascinating story in and of itself.

Speaker 1:

Oh, yeah, absolutely.

Speaker 2:

But I think this is more important. I think conflict revolution is the product of not just this group of dedicated souls that I've been working with. We call it party, partly because of the story of how I found Einstein, and that's in the party of 12, the afterlife interviews, which is a book I published in 2001. As did a lot of these people in the party, and, of course, the party now has grown since 2001 to be a massive force of souls who are working with us to get this right, to create world peace. And when I started doing groups in 1993 with Theresa and Kim, we call ourselves the psychic sorority. We still do that. I love that. I love that. And still we're awed and amazed every single day about how this happened. But in any case, now they were angels, came and told us that they had this revolutionary way to resolve conflict that they had to test. It was just a theory to them unless they could get some humans to actually test it. And here the three of us were, and we all. Just who wouldn't if the angels?

Speaker 2:

came to you and said this, and the three of us were became this force of this work and we organized groups.

Speaker 2:

We did three series a year of six sessions and recorded them and gave them to the people who were coming to the groups. But we also had our first fight. And I was laughing about when you said there was this moment where this message just hit you and it was just like a head whip, like your head whips back and go what, what? And it was. The conflict resolution was the second of the big groups that we did. We had no idea what was going to come out. I just thought what would happen if I sat in front of people. So the second one was conflict resolution. Then the key to it that made my head whip back was if you're involved in a conflict, the root of your conflict is within you, and that just was the turning point for me.

Speaker 2:

I did not let it heal everything, like you said, but it was that point where the operating system shifted in a way that went what does that even mean? And then I had to chase it right and they were leaving these clues and when you were describing, when you stop and go no, wait a minute somebody's triggered me. I have to find out what's wounded in me, what is out of alignment in me, and so they were telling us that emotions are like electricity and that thinking is not feeling. So they began to separate the two pieces of ourselves the thinking part, that's reasoning and making up the stories and deciding this and making judgments, and that's one energy. The stomach does one thing. But then there was this emotional body that didn't have any intellectual stories about why it was there or where it came from. And so you go with somebody else's, you had it, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah blah. You didn't hear any of that at this deep level of emotion. And so they were beginning to teach us how to deal with emotion as an entirely different function than thinking and start to see it like electricity. And so I remember, because we were having conflicts and using this stuff it didn't mean our conflicts suddenly went away, we were getting, we'd resolve things and then we'd have more conflicts, and then we'd resolve them and we'd have more conflicts. And, yeah, we had to watch ourselves and see what we were doing. And that was such a start of the training of what became conflict revolution, all of those years of us doing that personally. And then we made it into a workshop in 1999 and I've been training it ever since I trained it and so many different forms.

Speaker 2:

It can be anger management, it can be personal empowerment, it can be manifestation, because it all involves a very simple map of where the conflict, in the center conflict lies at a root, because it lies at the same place for everyone. It's the root of every single conflict that you have and it shows you in the simple map and then a way to monitor yourself and then a way to align it, to take out the conflict and align it. We call it aligning to compassion, because compassion is the fifth fundamental force of the universe, according to Einstein's unified field that he delivered to me through the years and we can talk later in more detail about how the map lives thing out. But when we do that and resolve that conflict there, it's a natural manifestation into the lens of existence. We don't have to go out to go get the peace or manipulate the peace. We sit back and we get into compassion and we let compassion reflect into the lens and manifest as such. And that's what you're talking about about us becoming these ascended masters and projecting peace. And that way you see it, you do. You see it manifest.

Speaker 2:

I listen to probably four different news reports. I'm also a journalist, by the way, but I listen to everything. I know much more about what's going on in the world than most people can breach, because I spend a lot of time purposefully digging into it. And I've been listening to these stories that are going through the courts and some legislation that, as I watch this crazy sort of totalitarian day go over the world whenever it's going on, and I see these changes, these positive changes. Good news on this front. Good news on this front. If you're just looking at Israel and Palestine, you're depressed and sick. But when you're looking at the whole wall and you're purposefully working conflict, revolution, knowing that this is the outcome, that's what I know is that when I do it on my own life, I don't have to go out and figure out what to do with my mother who triggered me, or because it resolves in a way that is so much greater than the sum of the parts. It's these miraculous bronze.

Speaker 2:

For example, I had this client in Norway. She came to a workshop and, very briefly, her conflict was there. Her mother-in-law hated her and she wanted to send her back to Barbados because she was from Barbados. Her husband was Norwegian. Who knows if her mother was racist, whatever. When we got into the process and she was starting to figure it out, the formula we give you about how it works out, she looked at me and said you knew where this was going. I said yeah, but not because I'm a big psychic, but because it's a formula. It's a very simple formula you can use on anyone.

Speaker 2:

When you hear somebody really triggered by something and you hear their story over and over and you can see what they're mad at in that person. You can see it in them, but they can't. It's not for you to tell them. And she teared up. She said I'm homesick but I can't go back to Barbados. I said why can't you go home? I've got these two kids. It's like how old are they? 14 and 17. Really, you can't go back to Barbados. Her life changed and on 25 years of thinking, her mother-in-law had her we call it the Rolodex effect back when we used to have Rolodexes oh yeah, I know the Rolodexes. Yeah, every single instance where she judged that her mother-in-law was hating her looked completely different. Because, oh, what was I telling myself? I was telling myself I can't leave, and she was married to this millionaire, so there was no reason why the woman couldn't have gone back to Barbados. And sometimes it's that simple.

Speaker 1:

I think that's really powerful. I was actually having a really similar conversation with one of my sisters and I think sometimes the way that we view a situation is through our own lens and that may not be what's actually happening. I can give just a brief example like being in a social situation and feeling like maybe you don't fit in or you don't belong or be as part of the group, but then I started to really think about it and I thought to myself maybe that was just my own view of it and I think that was a way of spirit, like holding the mirror up, saying wait a minute, maybe that was your perception but not what was actually happening. And I think that's often.

Speaker 1:

Sometimes people misread situations or misread something that is said or in. That can also play into a conflict or a trigger or somebody having a resentment. I do want to say there I'm not trying to discount People do go through painful situations, traumatic situations. People are victimized and I am not trying to bypass or discount any of those situations. But it is still our responsibility to work through whatever we go through in life and to heal and move forward. I know that it's not easy, but nothing about life was ever meant to be easy, we chose to come here.

Speaker 2:

I think it's so much harder when we don't. I think life is so much harder when we don't take responsibility for those things and don't go into the shadow. It's exhausting, now that I'm in this place of 30 plus years, of understanding what conflict revolution actually can do, and where I have come into this miraculous journey. Let's go back to the pertinency of this conversation. I left my whole life. Right now it's not a bad thing, it's a beautiful thing, but I rented out my house for the winter. I live on a small island in Lake Superior and.

Speaker 2:

I rented it out and I'm on a world peace tour because this work that I've done for 35 years, it's time is now. Einstein knew that all those many years ago when he was part of me being an antenna, and then when he was there with the angels, and then how he finally revealed himself, they knew we were coming to this day, not because they had great psychic predictions, but when Einstein was alive, his last words that he created into a manifesto that's how they used to communicate their scientific ideas they'd have a press conference and the newspapers would come to report. In 1955, einstein had died, but he'd written this last manifesto and it was a plea for world leaders to find peaceful ways to resolve conflict, because World War III will surely be the end of humanity. In 1955, that was Einstein's actual last sentiment. He went into afterlife holding on to that, holding on to his life and what he did. He felt his scientific discoveries. He was blamed because E equals MC squared was what led to the atomic bomb.

Speaker 2:

He would be in an afterlife. It would make perfect sense that he want to figure it out. Come back, and who else? But Einstein would do that. He figured out, find some women who'd be dedicated to him and of course, we're all creating this too. But the ultimate self scrutiny, this is his answer to how to end war. Conflict revolution is the answer to how to end war that he was asking when he was alive, and the whole thing, just the story of it, is so brilliantly outlandish and sometimes it drives me a little crazy that it's so true that this is really what happened with us and that conflict revolution really does do this.

Speaker 1:

We can go back to Einstein because you're a channel and I know. Going back to your party of 12 book, I've heard you speak about it. I need to read it, but I've heard you speak about it and you channeled many people and I think a lot of people listening probably would be surprised to some of the people who you channeled and the lessons that you learned from those people. Do you want to talk a little bit about how you channeled Einstein? And then you just knew I'm getting goosebumps as I'm starting to ask you about it and truth bumps as you channeled him. You knew that he had always been part of you, he had always been with you, and I just found that to be extremely profound. Let's talk a little bit about Einstein and his unified theory and I don't know that I said that, but unified field theory, unified field. My apologies on that.

Speaker 2:

But yeah, let's dive in, okay. So first I was an antenna and then when Kim and Teresa came on board, they said who are you? And the boys that said you can call us angels. And then I learned that I could speak to people who had passed on Teresa's mother and other things. And when we published our first book, diaries of a Psychic Sorority, I got a literary agent and they wanted to interview with Princess Diana from beyond the grave on the one-year anniversary of her death, and so, with skeptical hesitation, I did that, only to find out that was really profound. So my agent and I were thinking of all these other famous dead people. We didn't put Einstein on the list, we had all these other people that were asking was going in my head, like Gandhi, no, he's said it all, or whatever. And in that discovery process we went through several different people before we got to John Kennedy. I think what's so interesting right now are all these articles coming out right now, today and yesterday, about the forensic proof that there were more than two shooters. So what he says is exactly what has now been revealed. But back then he told us you don't have to go looking for anyone else, we're going to tell you who is you're going to interview next, so don't worry about thinking about it.

Speaker 2:

And then so Einstein came up in that queue and that is when I just knew it was like it's like. I cried because it finally it made sense. I was channeling in the beginning with this very kind of thick accent that I can never imitate People. We used to joke about it, we had this fake and I found out one day I was listening to something some woman on TV and she was Yiddish, and that was when they were angels. So I wasn't even thinking then that it was Einstein, but it was, and I had never been like an Einstein fanatic who doesn't like him. But I never thought much about him. He always popped up everywhere.

Speaker 2:

But after that then I wanted to do a book just for him and it was in Imagining Einstein. I did I don't know 2005 and six that he delivered to me the unified field theory from afterlife and we put it in a book and it has these maps of human consciousness and it was the scientific proof of why conflict revolution works like it does. That book and that information is what really got me going around the world the first time, and the people who were willing just verified to me that this is. I don't know anything about science. What I wanted to be was a rock star, but they were helping me see that this was really real. What was happening?

Speaker 1:

And here we are and here you are internationally, and you've been teaching this for years. When I was thinking about talking with you today, I thought to myself we've got to get this to young people. We've got to get this. We need to get it to young people and, of course, to all age groups, but really young people and they can start to learn how to resolve what happens and we can become as spiritual as we want. But we're still going to have things that come up that we're going to have to work through, that we're going to have to learn and evolve and grow from. So it's a beautiful thing to have a plan, a system that you can follow, and you guys have been teaching it for years. It's tried, it's true, people are using it.

Speaker 1:

I think what's really cool about this whole thing, too, and doing the inner work, is that I've come to realize too if you want change in your life, you have to be the change. If you are unhappy where you are or you have to realize that the common denominator and everything going on in your life, you and that's hard, right, that's hard to be like darn, I really wanted to accomplish this and this and I didn't. But the beautiful part is I fixed it. I was talking to my sister too and I thought about this and like what a gift Every day we get to wake up and we can improve. Every day we can do something, and all the little steps that we make in life really do move you forward and you just have to be grateful and positive. And I know it's hard. I know that can be hard depending on what you're going through, but there's just so much to that and to like what you're saying and how to see situations. Like you said before, it could just be some one thing that you hear and it changes your whole perspective on everything and then you approach everything differently.

Speaker 1:

I had told you before we jumped on that I had gone through a spiritual awakening and I don't look at the world the same way I did four years ago. I look at everything completely differently and I don't want to go back to the way that I used to look at it, and I don't think you can. I joke that it's like a Star Wars movie, where we have to unlearn everything we were conditioned to learn as humans. We have to unlearn it. We've got to learn the new stuff and then we can all do it, everything that runs through us. We're all part of the Divine Creator. We are all part of that. We can all tap into the majestic beautiful things in the world and heal ourselves and learn.

Speaker 1:

And look forward.

Speaker 2:

Look at you and I, is that you what I want to shift what you had said earlier just slightly. And this is what Angel's always said. This is just an ever so slight shift. So you were talking about when you get triggered. You've trained yourself to have this automatic response to stop and know that it's something inside and there's something that needs healing. So I want to shift this just a little bit to say this is a thought experiment. You're fine, you're not unhealed, you're not unhealed at all. It's just that when they used to have spark plugs and you tune a car I don't know if you know anything about car mechanics, but spark plugs have this little metal thing that comes up and you have to have a tool that you can adjust the gap and you have a gap thing that has like milliliter wires to make sure that gap is exactly the right distance from the spark for what the car was and etc. And if you didn't, the car ran like it was going crazy. You might want to junk it. It would run so bad if you just listen to it, but if you got that little tiny gap.

Speaker 2:

So I'm proposing that this is not about us healing, this is about us processing what is natural differently. So you get trigger, and what triggering does is it makes you aware of emotion with capital E. These are the three human dimensions we work with in conflict tribulation, okay, emotion with capital E. And, just to be graphic, we feel that in our solar plexus we're going to put it in a physical place there. Intuition with capital I is here in the heart, intellect in the brain. So you're triggered, you have an emotion. There is no need to analyze it, it's no need to decide where it came from or how come.

Speaker 2:

There was a, something that happened in the past that wounded me. That's all thinking. That is not feeling. We want to feel everything, and I'd like to also augment this idea that there's lower vibrations that are bad and we need the higher vibration. No, we need the totality. Sure, we need the, the wholeness of all of the vibrations, the lowest and the highest, to be these channeled masters of what we're going to do. So you get triggered and we train ourselves, and this is what I do now all the time. I love it, it's so perfect. I get triggered. Somebody is a control freak, because you know they are. It's true, people are controlled, people are evil, absolutely. So I get triggered.

Speaker 2:

Okay, so, like, the first thing is we're going to feel and breathe it, I'm going to think about it, we're going to separate the emotional energy completely, detach it from any thought processes and use the breath to move the trigger of the emotion Period. There's no wound we don't have to heal, we're all whole, we're learning how to feel everything and we have a lot of obsessed feeling. Obsessed in us from not feeling. Sure, because in the basic structure of how the unified field and the maps of human consciousness create reality, emotion is defined as the primordial soup of all, at the root of all physical matter. It's not just our feelings, it's a much greater power. And it makes sense because when you feel your feelings really, and when you and move them, you start to get more intuition, get stronger, because that's how the flow goes up from the solar plexus through the heart and the intuition now is going to impel you to take the next, most advantageous step for the good of the whole.

Speaker 2:

And when we say the good of the whole on the microcosm, we mean this whole system, not just the ego making decisions for the ego's sake. Intellect is supposed to be listening for intuition to impel it to take the next step and then doing it, because free will is operated in the intellect. When you grab the wheel of the car to turn to the right, that's a function of that organ of the intellect puts the hand on the wheel. So your intuition can be telling you turn right, and your ego can be saying no, I'm not going to turn right, that'll take me all the way over to Crosstown. And no, and then makes that decision. Now it's making a decision for the good of the few itself at the expense of the whole system.

Speaker 2:

That is where all conflicts originate, because intuition, which is the voice of the emotion, which is the manifestation of compassion that's driving this furnace, is always going to work for the good of the whole organism and the whole system.

Speaker 2:

And our job is to train our intellect. We don't want to get rid of the ego. The poor ego has been trampled on and we have to kill it. We need to pamper it and teach it what its real job is, because our lives are going to shift into being these manifesting machines of this alignment to compassion and naturally, things are going to change in our lives and conflicts are going to resolve outside ourselves and not just resolve, mind you, but find creative solutions to use that energy to really create what we want to manifest with our intentions. What do we want to manifest? And I say that every morning. I want to do what's good for the whole. I want to do what my intuition tells me to do. I want it because I know if it's good for this whole, then it's good for the global whole as well and the macrocosm.

Speaker 1:

Let's talk about compassion. Let's go back to that. Did you say that it's the fifth fundamental force? The fifth fundamental force? Talk more to me about compassion being the fifth fundamental force.

Speaker 2:

When I was doing the Einstein book and whole up in the winter with just annotating and listening and having these ideas come out, and when he came out with this I'm going to tell you the scientific definition of compassion, of course I'm like, yeah, hey, what does that mean? And then when he told me it's so Einsteinian, it's so brilliant is that compassion uses the four fundamental forces. And if you know anything about science, there's four fundamental forces electromagnetic gravity, the strong nuclear force and the weak nuclear force, and these are the forces that create the universe. So compassion is the fifth fundamental force. It's the intelligence that uses the four fundamental forces to impel the creation of matter in the physical world, one step at a time. And then he showed me what those steps were, which then created this map of human consciousness and the idea that compassion, with the capital C and its root, is compass. And of course, einstein truly, as a kid, was inspired first by the compass. And the quantified way that you see compassion is that the first thing is like a compass that draws circles right. Compassion impels energy to step out of the nothing and into the everything and create these spherical membrane domains that surround all of the mathematics of who you're gonna be in the lens in the physical world. And at the root of that is mystery and that's M theory. The root of everything are these membrane domains. And then the second thing that compassion does once this is done, it aligns like a compass. When you have a compass that aligns the arrow to true north and zero degrees is true north, is actually zero degrees. So compassion is zero degrees of separation from who we are, that we are made of this compassion. But we're also aligned to the electromagnetic of the earth, because now we're all gonna be on the same map right, latitude, longitude, worm is gonna be able to take shape, and all of this takes place in the center of the earth. The source, einstein said, is a black hole in the center of the earth, created because the inside of the earth is spinning so much faster and so hot than the outside of the earth that it creates the conditions of black hole. Out of that nothing mysterious, dark matter, compassion impels the creation of this particle that's aligned to the earth, now ready to create.

Speaker 2:

The third thing compassion does is it infuses in our being that we're one, that we're one organism, cause we're gonna go be separate. You're gonna be separate from me and the chair is gonna be separate, but at our root we know the truths, that we're one being. So from that mathematics there's latitude, longitude, dna, space, time, body, everything. Time it's always just this chaotic movement, but what happens is it separates into three subsets. Now we have that sort of sacred trinity that you hear in geometry and form, and so there's the inner world, there's me, barbara with, then there's the outer world and then there's the part that can witness both.

Speaker 2:

And from this compilation of consciousness a gravitational wave begins and it flows from the center of the planet to the surface of the planet, and when it gets to the surface and bursts into the lens, it's called our body, is created, and our body is projecting and perceiving all of that mathematics that's programmed. How, why it's programmed, what it is, it's a mystery. Was it a past life? Did I bring this in? Was I supposed to be this? I don't know.

Speaker 2:

But we are what we are and this system. This is the paradox. This is why life can be absolutely crappy and absolutely perfect, because this flow, this from projection, from this compilation of consciousness and the source perfectly projects whatever is on this wave, whatever mathematics are on this wave, get perfectly manifest in the lens, trees, chairs, all of that, but also if we're in conflict in this non-physical part of who we are and we don't even know it we just know it's manifesting around us Conflict, revolution looks at what's manifesting around us and revolves it back to us, down into those three human dimensions, to see where the imbalance is.

Speaker 2:

Going. Back to you, when you were saying you're not gonna stop anymore and think that you were wounded, you're gonna stop and go. Oh, I need to feel and breathe and not let this emotion that's coming up with intuition and marrying to thoughts to create the reality. That's what's happening. There's some part of my atomic, subatomic mind going that is a pop. Can that is a pop? Can that is a pop? Can that is a pop? Can it's happening anyway. But when we then intentionally take some emotion, that you're angry and you marry it to a thought that your sister doesn't respect you, that's what you create. Exactly what you create. It's what you were talking about.

Speaker 2:

When you have to look back and go oh, how much did my filter? Did I really not fit in? Or was I walking around saying you just don't fit in, you just don't fit in, you just don't fit in? Instead of going hey, hi, I'm Barbara. What do you do? What's going on? Just being hungry and curious and putting your love out there and shining it all over the place. It's that reflection, what you're doing when you get triggered, whatever that thought is in your head of what they did, whatever your mind is telling you, whatever judgment you're having, which is fine. We need to see them, cause there's so many layers of intellect we don't, we're not privy to, yet we're learning. Like I was saying earlier, she's such a control freak that became my mantra Okay, let's keep a watch on yourself, step into your witness every day. I do it anyway, but catch yourself being a control freak. I dare you. And it's just when you do and then you stop. That's evolution.

Speaker 1:

Yes, and all of the things that you're talking about. When people take, they should really listen to this and start to do it in their own life, and then they're going to start to notice all the changes around them and how it really does work that way, as we do that inner work on ourselves, everything around us gets better. It's that ripple effect. That's why I was so excited to have you on and I think it's amazing that teaching this information and going on podcasts while you're traveling the world and staying putting out the most beautiful information and messages. I just want to put this out to as many people as I can so that we can help ourselves, help our children and make a better world, cause we can do it. We can absolutely do. It Doesn't matter when everybody else is saying on the TV or the radio or wherever, we can do beautiful things.

Speaker 2:

You are. We are Because, having done this for 30 plus years and being able to talk to people like you who just warm my heart that, oh you kids, I've got a lot of life to pass on to. You're the younger generation, but even you can see that we need to get it to the kids, and that's our next gonna be our next publications of one of my associates Wait, debbie DeLung has been bugging me forever to not forever, but recently to write the conflict revolution for the young adult and for the kids, and she's that's her whole niche, and so I am on my way to spend the winter to base camp with her in Georgia. So we're gonna get that work done, like these splits, as far as I can see.

Speaker 1:

Will you come back and come and talk to me about the young adults thinking.

Speaker 2:

We could talk and talk, but yes, absolutely.

Speaker 1:

Awesome, I'm not in any hurry to go.

Speaker 2:

I'm not in a hurry.

Speaker 1:

I wanna give her back to your party of 12. When I was listening to you talk about the book I know you said one of the first people you had channeled was Nicole Brown Simpson, also Hitler, and I think because he's clearly a controversial figure, but in people listening might think what could I learn from Hitler? We could learn something, ruffys. I'm sure that there's always something to learn and that's, and I think, what's interesting. Just a really quick, interesting point about that is that even if there's people in your life that are difficult, you were always learning something from somebody, and I know not to be annoying, but it's true I had to remind myself of it Like often that there's something to that. But do you wanna talk a little bit about? Just had so many really awesome things come through, but do you wanna talk a little bit about what that was like and what for people listening who think you can't learn anything from somebody like Hitler, who clearly has a very monstrous history?

Speaker 2:

Absolutely the thing that I didn't know when we were doing it, when they told us we're going to tell you who's coming next, Because I never would have said this.

Speaker 1:

Right, he wouldn't have been top of the list, what no?

Speaker 2:

And in 1998, when we put on our book Diaries of a Psychic Sorority, we were channeling angels. And so me going and doing this book and faithfully following the instructions that I was getting from the party of who was coming next when Hitler came up in the queue. I was gonna talk to Hitler and I didn't feel like I would get subsumed by him. I wasn't gonna let him talk through me.

Speaker 2:

I let Einstein talk through me. I was more like I would listen. He could sit there, but the things that he said were A there is no hell other than what originates within us. So he's in hell. Hell is in him, but I'm not affected by it, because that's not how hell works, how it works by my own karma, my own choices that keep me safe.

Speaker 2:

And the second thing was when the question was asked why should we be talking to you? And he said you should be talking to me so I can tell everyone who's marching in hate and thinking it's all. You're going to be met with virgins when you die. Some big martyr hating. You might for a while have a few hallucinations about virgins, but you're quickly going to experience the hell that I'm experiencing and then it's going to take everybody that you've screwed with to cooperatively help you get the hell out of hell. So he has a karmic connection to all of the people that perished and I thought that was interesting.

Speaker 2:

And the third thing is we also at the end Jesus was the last interview of the 12. And I realized it references that all of us have a spectrum and it's Hitler and Jesus and everything in between. And we decide. We have the free will to decide where we're going to be on this spectrum and maybe we don't consciously have control of it. Whatever bad things we do or the psychopaths whom murder, people don't don't seem to have control. But over and over again, until evolution takes us to this higher manifestation that we're working for and it's a macrocosm, right Of the shadow work, there's a collective consciousness. We are now facing all of our shadows and we have to deal with them and we're going to. It's going to make us better people, as we're going to make a better civilization.

Speaker 2:

Yes, and the other thing about who they chose. So they chose Freud. I would have thought they might have chosen young, but they chose Freud. And then later I learned, when they were alive, einstein and Freud had a series of public letters that they exchanged as a part of a program that then it was the League of Nations, not the United Nations, trying to bring the world back together after World War One, and they had these thought leaders doing these communications.

Speaker 2:

So he picked, they asked Einstein, he picked Freud and they did the series of communications about how do we end war, and they wrote back and forth that at first they were like maybe we have a one world government. And that quickly they were like no, it's easier to denature plutonium than it is to get evil out of man. And so they couldn't really come up with any answers. But Freud had three ideas. One was cultivate and open mind that's hungry for the truth. Second one was create community. And the third one was tell people the truth about war. Don't sugarcoat it. Be horrified by it so that you do something. I think that's where we're at right now. I think the world is getting so horrified that it's pushing us to whatever. Finally rise up in whatever we need to do, and I think it's starting within.

Speaker 1:

Yes, 100 percent believe that's the way. We all have to take a really good hard look at ourselves and do the inner work and that's the way that the world is going to change. I've seen it in my own life that how that work in children. I think it's so important to get the message to children because they look at the world in a beautiful way and they're so open to learning and changing and you can reach them. All the choices they make in their life are going to be so different and we're going to be able to. I really do believe that we'll be able to see the way the world should be, the way that it will be, once we teach and people learn to do this. I really believe that in my heart.

Speaker 2:

And I also believe that this experiment, it's a thought experiment, this world peace tour, or I'm asking for the participation of the willing people, who are willing to do a thought experiment, to say what if? Ok, what if this is Einstein, what if it really is true that if we did this, quite naturally the manifestations in the lens are so much going to be so much bigger than we could go at right into the lens and even less than what of the critical mass doing that creates. I think it has the potential to have exponential power and even if you don't do conflict revolution specifically to do that inner work. However, you're called create something to go into the shadows and own it and breathe and feel.

Speaker 2:

But I want to just really, if there were two things I could drive home, it's to separate thinking from feeling and start to deal with a physical breath work, releasing and tension. Like, instead of thinking about whatever you think triggered, you turn that inward, revolve it in and start thinking about releasing that feeling and loving it. And even if it's depression and anger, you can love it because you're feeling it and you're releasing it and you're getting in touch with your passion and your root, your power. Like you said when you see the incredible things that start to happen, it's not such hard work. It's really hard work. But when you get the feed, the byproduct of it, you want more, you get addicted to it.

Speaker 1:

And then it just becomes a natural way of living your life. You don't return back to the way before because it just doesn't work as well. It can work, but it doesn't work the way that I think it was meant to work. I love that. It's a thought experiment and really, what do people have to lose by just trying it out? What do you have to lose?

Speaker 2:

You know, nobody has anything to lose and so many people are doing it in their own way. Anyway, that's what I'm finding on this. It's really the world podcast tour. I'm doing two or three podcasts a week just excitedly, and so many people are here now and even the metaphysical sort of paranormal conversations. I had a couple of paranormal podcasts. People want to talk about peace, yes, and they don't want to talk about aliens coming down to save us or the child from some planet. They want to know how to make peace.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, oh, that's so beautiful. Barbara, I am so grateful that you came on today. Let's tell people how can they get in touch with you.

Speaker 2:

Barbarawithcom has everything. And then I have synergyalliancelc and that's really the comprehensive. The books are there. We have seven books actually between the three of us and you can read all about the psychic sorority and everything about conflict revolution and party of 12. And yeah, if somebody wants to book a reading, you can go to Barbarawithcom and shoot me a contact with Drop Kelly and I'll give you 20% off. Just say I heard John Kelly and I'll give you 20% off for a reading and that's amazing, what a gift. I'm also going to be on January. I'm going to be starting to do my Zoom training for conflict revolution and presenting the unified field theories, and then I hope to get to Florida too as well, before I get over to Europe. But I'll go where people call me to go. My schedule is excitedly wide open. I'm getting invitations everywhere as I go, so it's really exciting, that's amazing.

Speaker 1:

Oh, barbara, thank you so much for being here and I just want to tell you I'm so honored to have you on my show and I honor the beautiful life that you are in the world, thank you.

Speaker 2:

Thank you so much for being here and keep doing the great work that you're doing, because you're just fabulous.

Speaker 1:

Oh, thank you. I really appreciate that. Thank you so much. Hello beautiful souls. I want to thank you again for listening.
