Yet, of all the possible definitions, my favorite has to be this: Leadership is Influence. Another favorite definition is the idea that you are only a leader if you have followers. And along with this latter definition is the slapstick reality that if you call yourself a leader and look back and no one is following, then you're not a leader...you're just taking a walk!
