After a much-needed hiatus, I’m back behind the mic, and I’m so excited to kick off a fresh new season with you.
In this short solo episode, I share:
- Why I took time away from the podcast (hello, new mom era + major business shifts)
- What I’ve been reflecting on behind the scenes
- What you can expect from this new season
Here’s a sneak peek at what’s coming:
- Designing portfolio careers that blend ambition with alignment
- Rewiring your brain to unlock joy and release old blocks (with my mentor!)
- A behind-the-scenes convo with the powerhouse behind a brand every parent knows
- A conversation with someone who walked around the entire world
- A solo series on “Misogi” challenges, purpose, and pushing your edges
This season is all about reinvention, alignment, and expanding what’s possible—in your work, your life, and the way you show up in the world.
Expect shorter, actionable episodes to spark big insights—and longer conversations that invite you to dream bolder and deeper.

Hi friends. Welcome back. So, yes, after a very long hiatus, I'm back behind the mic and I am so excited to kick off the podcast with you. I will think of this as a new season.
So first of all, if you've been listening since the very early episodes and you've been supporting me, thank you. I've really missed this space and I'm so excited to be back here.
As I've settled into my new role as mom and dissolved the business that I was running, um, I really had to reassess what was important to me. And of course, I'm still coaching one-on-one like love. Helping founders think about profits, purpose, presence, and really build something that is interesting and valuable and impactful and highly profitable in the world.
If you're new, hi, I'm an executive coach or fractional strategist, a podcaster, a mom. I love traveling. I love talking. That's why I have a podcast. So around here I talk a lot about building bus, big businesses with heart. Um, and I wanted to tell you a little bit about what's upcoming. So while I haven't been recording podcasts, well, I haven't been launching podcasts, I have been recording them.
I have been having really, really interesting conversations with a lot of people that I am super inspired by. Um, and so I wanna tell you a little bit about what's upcoming. So in this season we're gonna be talking about portfolio careers and why they're the future, how you can design one and how just having a business or just being in a job isn't a roadblock anymore.
How we get to have it all. Um, talk to my friend who is behind a massive brand that everyone knows, especially if you are a parent. Um, and we gotta talk about her newest book launch. And really thinking about building a business, joining something, joining forces with someone else, and continuing being creative.
I got to talk to one of my amazing mentors on a two episode show about how to rewire your brain, how to be happier, how to move past subconscious blocks, and how to create anything that you want. It is a really good one. And then one of my latest, favorite topics is the idea of Miss Sogi. That is. Doing one big thing a year that really scares you, stresses you, and reminds you that you're alive.
So I gotta talk to this really cool guy that literally spent seven years walking around the world. So that's just a hint of the podcasts that are coming. There are going to be solo episodes, and in the beginning of the series and the beginning of the season, you're gonna see that the episodes are gonna be pretty short.
Um, and that is intentional. It's because I wanna leave you with super actionable insights and deeper conversations that you're gonna think about. So this season is all about reinvention, alignment, and expanding what's possible. What's possible for me, what's possible for you and what's possible for this world.
Everything feels so scary right now and unknown, and let's spark some joy. Let's do something that we're really passionate about, care about, and can make a difference with. So I am super excited about what is coming and I would be so grateful if you could subscribe to the show if you haven't already, or shared with a friend, because it means the world to me when I hear from you and, and you tell me that.
A conversation that I had or a solo episode really sparked something in you. I would love to be on this journey with you and I thank you for all your support, for all your love, for all your feedback.
