Working For Progress with Rob Hosking
Rob Hosking was a previous front line Police Officer whose experiences led to a deterioration of his mental health. Through a traumatic last shift which saw him witness a suicide and his colleague dying in front of him, Rob had an awakening and looked into his own happiness.
Rob followed 7 Steps to Happiness which he now shares with others in the hope they can find happiness. He is the Co-Founder of Rise of Happiness which is a movement to become happier. Rise of Happiness publishes free happiness magazines which include inspirational and uplifting stories and expert tips and research on happiness. He is a trained mental health first aider and is on a mission to ensure people figure out what makes them happy and make the necessary changes in their lives. Rob delivers vulnerable talks about his mental health journey and how we can all become happier looking into the idea of happiness and why it is important to embrace it every day.
