Working For Progress with Rachel Mays
We had a lovely conversation about the joys of freelancing and understanding your value with Rachel Mays. Rachel is a freelance consultant servicing clients across the UK, Europe and USA.
Rachel began her career in Portland, Oregon at the creative agency Wieden and Kennedy where she was a student in their experimental creative agency, WK12.
Rachel went on to work across the Nike and Procter & Gamble accounts and then joined Wieden and Kennedy Amsterdam in 2011 to design and run the new business department where she stayed for 8 years.
Today she lives in Edinburgh and is a freelance consultant servicing clients across the UK, Europe and USA. Her offer is two fold: Working with creative agencies to prioritise new business. And working with brand marketers to run effective agency selection processes. When she's not working she's thinking about her local river Esk, out hiking, scrolling auction sites, laboring in the garden, or on her bike.
You can find Rachel through LinkedIn.
Working For Progress is hosted by Dani Trudeau and produced by Alice Hudson.
