Working For Progress

Working For Progress with Matilda Mayne

Dani Trudeau Season 3 Episode 3

We had a great time catching up with Matilda in this episode. Matilda Mayne is a mental skills coach and performance psychology consultant based in Edinburgh. She works with athletes, businesses, and academic institutions, specialising in resilience and coping with pressure. Her life’s passion has been to understand the value of stress and the importance of our relationship with it.

We spoke about sport, pushing yourself and our need for extremes- including rawdogging (enduring a difficult task without distractions).

Working For Progress is hosted by Dani Trudeau and produced by Alice Hudson.

Dani founded Tribe Porty a community coworking space which believes that a nurturing environment which sparks creativity and collaboration is good for business, individuals and communities.

Sign up to our Tribe Porty newsletter and Dani's Substack, both exploring different themes around reimagining your working life.

We would be forever grateful if you would share Working For Progress with friends, family, clubs, colleagues and even strangers. Extra points if you could take a moment to rate Working For Progress in this podcast app, you will be supporting us and help others to find us and our conversations.
