Rob Reed. Why you should employ people with a disabilities.
On this episode Wyatt interviews job coach Rob Reed. Rob has been job coach for people with disabilities for over 20 years. Rob and Wyatt talk about the challenges that people have with disabilities finding a job. Rob and Wyatt get into how people with disabilities face challenge's in and outside of their job. But when they show up for work, they're one of the hardest workers on the job. Rob talks about how being a voice for people with disabilities is one of the most satisfying things he's done. He wants to show business and companies that it doesn't matter if you have a disability. If you can show up to work and be a good employee, then that is what matters. Rob was Wyatt job coach in 2018. where he helped Wyatt land a job in retail at a sporting goods store called Nebraska sports .
