Loretta Claiborne Chief Inspiration Officer and Special Olympics athlete.
Wyatt interviews Chief Inspiration Officer and Special Olympics athlete Loretta Claiborne. Loretta grew up in York Pennsylvania. Loretta mother told her that life would be tough for her but taught her how to use her voice to standup for her self. Through a school work program Loretta found out about Special Olympics. She talks about how sports brings people together. Loretta has played a multiple of Special Olympics sports through the years. Her main sport is running. She has competed in 26 marathons finishing twice in the top 100. Loretta has been a public speaker since the 1980's. She is not only just well know speaker in special Olympics but around the world. Born blind and didn't walk till age 4. Being held back in school multiple times and dealing with bulling. Loretta has overcome many challenges in her life. Her story is an inspiring of being resilient and not letting anything stop her from achieving her dreams in life in and outside of Special Olympics
