Drexel Joseph is building more than a sports network — he’s creating a movement for inclusion, opportunity, and representation across the Caribbean. Inspired by the impact of ESPN, Drexel is developing a sports networking company Special Olympics Sports network. Dedicated to Special Olympics athletes, giving them a platform to shine both on and off the field.
In this episode, we explore Drexel’s vision to empower athletes through media, storytelling, and broadcasting. His company will train Special Olympics athletes in video production, sports broadcasting, hosting, and content creation, allowing them to produce highlight shows featuring practices, games, and inspiring athlete stories throughout the Caribbean.
From capturing unforgettable moments to creating career pathways in sports media, Drexel is redefining what accessibility and opportunity look like in athletics. Tune in to hear how one visionary entrepreneur is helping athletes become not only stars of the game, but also the voices behind the camera.
