We believe everything we do in life is an act of service, service to ourselves and service to others around us. Eating, moving, listening, watching and breathing are all acts of service. Our mere existence, the energy we release, the smile we pass on and the words we exchange are all acts of service. It is through these acts of service we impact the life in us, and the life around us, directly or indirectly, positively or negatively.
As we perceive life from this lens, we remain conscious of the energy we release within us, and around us, considering the overall impact. We are constantly reminded to fill our own cup to the brim, so that we can fill the cup of others. That is simply the essence and purpose of life.
