Just B was created to be a self-help and self-improvement space to inspire healing for those passionate about their health and fitness, as well as their emotional and mental wellbeing.
The host Beth Mitchell was a college athlete and weightlifter who's found her purpose in helping and inspiring others to step into the people they were meant to become. Her teammates called her "B" growing up, and through her own healing and self love journey she has found her calling in helping others.

Failure is a part of every day life. It shows up physically, emotionally, and relationally. How we move through failure and the space we hold for failure is the most important part of the way we learn throughout life. Join me at Just B as we discuss the negative mentality around failure, the positive mentality around failure, fear of failure, and the way I have overcome my own failures.
We gain wisdom in the lessons of failure that we can apply in our futures. Don't fear failure, embrace it for the opportunity it is.
