Setting The Day’s Energies

Hey everybody, Shane here, dailyastrocat.com. And today is Wednesday. It is the 11th of February. So let's go, shall we? The moon's gonna be in Sagittarius all day long. So think about it. It's 211, right? So that's another day full of two-twos, right? We got two twos, two, two. The two ones add up to two, two, two. Anyway, or you could call it a four, whatever you want to call it. All right. So look, in numerology, the number two is ruled by the moon. However, it presents very much like certain aspects of uh Libra, say, you know, diplomatic, peace-loving, and nerd uh and then it also shows up as nurturing. So it's like if you took the edge off of a cancer native and then threw in some Virgo services, right? So, like, you know, like in forms of healing or something like that. That's what a two presents as. Uh look, this is a good theme for today because the sun is sextile, Kyron's, right? So we want to get back to some of that healthy stuff that we've been doing for ourselves that we may have gotten away from just a little bit. And the reason why we may have gotten away from that is because Mars was in a difficult place with regards to the moon. Mars actually this morning will actually be sextile with the moon. So that's gonna be that's a good working way to go about things, right? Got Mars and Aquarius going for some different stuff, and we've got the moon and Sagittarius. So we're gonna be expanding through those actions that we're doing today. And boy, are we ever going to expand. Let me with as we get into it, okay? So, look, something very Aquarious is on tap for today. How we feel about ourselves, um, and it affects how we show up to the world in general, right? So, and and it's just not visual either, right? It doesn't have to be, it can encompass all sorts of things. Before I do this, I set my intention. I light my candles, I have some uh Himalayan rope incense going, some sandalwood going back there too. Can't smell it, but it helps me. It gets me into a frame of mind, it helps me present better. And we do the same thing with hairstyles, we do it with how we choose to dress, how we do different things, right? It is it, you know, the aura you project is is the sum of your parts. It's both conscious and subconscious. The uh there are vibrations that emanate from you. Now, today we take a bit of action to help us put ourselves out there in a way that is uniquely ours. So, how aquarian is that? And today's keyword is unique. So the color is sparkling blue eyes. Now, creativity isn't enough. We need to show up in a creative manner as well. There you go. We need to find ways of functioning uh and that celebrate who we are. What separates you from the pack? What is it? Everyone has something they love about themselves. That's just human nature. Our clothes, makeup, hairstyles, even our grooming choices are picked sometimes purposely, purposefully, but most often indirectly to accentuate what we like about ourselves. Venus and Pisces functions like an attraction spell. So, with the sun in Aquarius, our eccentric side is what it is that we are projecting. Choose to be you today and see what kind of magic you can bring about. Now, the moon and Sagittarius activates Mars. We talked about that just a little bit. It's in a helpful way. It feels like something that has been holding us back for some reason. Yeah, we had a square, an abop position, and a square leading into that, right? Okay, so now we're in a position to ride this sexy wave of attraction, Venus in Pisces. We do so by taking advantage of our grasp of the creative arts in ways that may surprise you. Neptune in Aries. This is what we're talking about. Mars is the ruler of Aries. So think about this. If you don't believe me, just try to make an attempt. Just try it. Just just put your hand to something creative today. Even if it's for work, right? Yes, even if it's for work, do it. And you you are more prepared for this than you think. All right, and start the day off with a um right with a healthy routine. Get back on track. Start the get it get it back, okay? Get the work challenge done early so you can invest a little bit of time in being you. Because the world deserves your best. We're kind of taking a little self-care today, right? That's really what it amounts to. Self-care and being kind of out there. Okay, so this outlook will be helpful to remember tonight. Looking good leads feeds into feeling good. I look, I believe in you. The astrological flow is taking us here and getting us ready for what's coming next. So take advantage of it because your next phase is going to be dependent upon how you show up. All right. So in 1963, American chef Julia Child Show, the French chef, premieres on WGBH in Boston, one of the first cooking shows in the United States. That's right, Julia Child. Ah, wonderful, right? Spent a lot of time watching her on the TV. And our birth is a guy with four names, William Henry Fox Talbot. He's born in 1800. He died in 1877. He's an English photographic pioneer. Now, what is a photographic pioneer? Well, he's a guy that actually came up with some of the uh the photographic processes at the same time as uh Louise Daguerre in France. They both worked on these things simultaneously. The Daguerreotypes were done on metal plates. Um Talbot's process actually used paper, salted paper, and um and another type of uh another type of paper. They're uh they they called them calotypes. Uh now basically what ended up happening is that Talbot's method, the Daguerreotype on the prints and stuff like that, uh Talbot's methods were actually on paper, and then they changed that over to glass plates. When they changed that over to glass plates with a colloidal process, that's really what brought us into the realm of modern photography. But his calotype was a direct precursor to that. Now, besides doing all that, besides doing that, like if you didn't have enough time, right? Uh Talbot turns out to be a polymath. So he was elected to the Royal Society in 1831 for his work on integral calculus. Um, and he researched optics, chemistry, electricity, and other subjects such as entomology, the decipherment of cuneiform, and ancient history. He actually is credited with the first translations of cuneiform, uh being able to read it. So, and he also uh was aware of spectroscopy and did some pioneering work on that, identifying different elements by the uh the wavelength of colors that they produced.
