Here at Pets , people and Harmony Podcast , we have a very special guest , kara from petseyeviewcom , today . Kara is a friend of mine and we work together in lots of different ways . She's totally awesome and I'm super excited to introduce Kara to you today because she's going to share a whole lot of really interesting information around Animal Communication , energy Healing and how to have a more beautiful and deeper relationship with your pets . So welcome Kara .

You're welcome . Could you give us a little bit of an introduction of who you are , what you do and how you got there ?

Yes , so I am an animal communicator and energy alchemist . I like to call it because I mix a variety of different energy techniques together when working with pets and their people . And I came to this work through , basically , the love of one of my animals who is no longer with us , but you can see in my logo Started reading about animal communication , had always been a student of metaphysics , of Western mysticism , the Western Kabbalah , and said you know , i don't really want to get into psychic stuff for people , but if I could help animals that way , i would be open to learning that . and of course , you know , as they say , when the student is ready , the teacher will appear . and I was lucky to find communication with all life university and I learned and became a teacher trainer with them as well And it's been a transformative thing in my life and I'm grateful to help thousands of animals every year and their people .

And you've been doing this for quite a while . How long have you been working as an animal communicator , energy alchemist ?

Over a decade , so you got deep experience , which is one of the things that we love to have on this podcast . Now this is a little short teaser episode where we're going to tell you or rather , kara is going to tell you about the one thing . So on the teaser episode , we always talk about the one thing you can do , that you can make a difference for your . well , in this episode , it's more your pets , but it will make a difference for you too , because whenever you make a difference for your pets , you make a difference for your beautiful self . So what's the one thing that you'd like to talk about today ?

I think I'd like to talk about separating what is in our animal situation from our story about what is , and what I mean by that is we can have a very ill animal and we talk all about how we're going to lose them , for example , and how much we're going to miss that soulmate animal as you have just lost . I'm so sorry , and the reality is we've had an animal who passed , who we loved very dearly , for example . But we can change the story from one of grief to one of joy , not immediately , not necessarily at every moment , but that's one example .

Or if we have an animal who barks too much , or two animals who do not get along we can stop telling negative stories to and about those animals , so that we can shift the energetics actually , just like with our own lives . what we speak into the universe is very powerful , so what we're speaking and thinking about our animals has energetic impact on them and may keep you stuck in ways that you don't want to be stuck . Similarly , when we have a rescue animal and we continue to call them a rescue , that often feeds our ego , but it's not really helping the animal .

Yeah , i really agree with that . One thing I often get people come in and they say , oh , my dog's really stubborn . I said , don't say that . Yeah , because as soon as you start saying a dog's stubborn , you're kind of setting up the thing that your dog is deliberately doing stuff to annoy you . Yes , and they don't . They don't . Well , some dogs do do that a little bit , but it's not very common . So I say I don't say my dog's stubborn , i say my dog's determined , and usually the dog doesn't actually understand what I want them to do , and that's the problem , rather than me calling them stubborn , yeah .

Yes , that is why I admire your work so much And I'm a practitioner of your work , because we are very aligned in our thinking and feeling about how to work with the animals in our lives . And if you feel that your animals and you are living in the same energetic soup , but we should take primary responsibility for what that energetic soup looks like , And .

I think there's a lot of people who give away their personal power not only to their animals but also just to the circumstances of life around them . So that can be a very daunting thing to say . I'm gonna change how I move through the world , so maybe the best way to start taking agency back if you will like saying I'm gonna take ownership is to be like I'm going to shift my perception and my communication to and about my animal . It seems it's a very small thing , but it will have immense ripples .
