Jeromy Childress vanished into the thick vegetation of the Tillamook State Forest on October 16th, 2004 and has never been seen or heard from since. 
Jeromy was a loving husband to a beautiful wife named Kristen, and two children a three year old daughter and an 8 month old son. 
Jeromy was an avid-outdoorsman and knew this particular section of the Tillamook State Forest very well. 

11 days of searching resulted in no sign of Jeromy in the region, and 19 years later, nothing of Jeromy's has ever been discovered. 
Please keep the Childress family in your thoughts, and please take the following information into account if you ever find yourself venturing into the area.

5’10

170lbs

Brown Hair

Brown Eyes

Mustache

Previous fracture of fingers on right hand.

Upper two front teeth are crooked, one on the left is chipped.

Tattoo of dolphin and number “14376” on right shoulder blade.

Tattoo of a rising phoenix on left shoulder. 


Clothing Description:

Dark brown carhartt jacket

Size 32x34 stonewashed Levi’s blue jeans

Blue Nike baseball cap w/light blue swoosh

Brown Copeland hiking boots

Silver Citizen watch w/eco-drive

Gold wedding band w/five diamonds in diagonal angle.


In possession of:

Rifle, wallet, car keys, half-pack of cigarettes, pocket knife, possibly chewing gum.
