She is the creator of a series of courses, titled Fearless Negotiation, that help women and people from historically marginalized backgrounds to help them overcome their blind spots and negotiate for what they deserve and desire. Joanne has degrees in biology, psychology, and public and business administration, and she holds certificates in human-centred design and executive leadership.
