Two Brothers in Christ
2BC Episode #39 | Acts 6 | With (S)pirit and Wisdom
Tom & Joe discuss 'Acts 6' and in this chapter we cover a clarity about specific details relating to Catholic teaching which was passed on throughout the years by the Apostles and Early Church fathers all the way to the Pope himself. We also talk about the importance of the Holy Spirit acting through apologists from the time of Stephen and still found today with modern apologists as Bishop Barron, Trent Horn, Jimmy Akin and many others. An important point in this case, is Stephen did not seek out to debate, but rather was ready to do so in defense of the Truth. And so, this will lead to an unfortunate turn of events.
Join us next week to find out what happens, and the beginning of one of the most vital members of the early Church; St. Paul. And don't forget to join us every week as we journey through Season 2 of 2BC and we hope you enjoy the new intro!
