Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey Mentorship and Michelin Stars in Denver

• Mario Nocifera • Season 1 • Episode 23

Our special guest Bobby Stuckey's introduction is almost impossible to do justice-but I'll do my best! Our connection dates back to the mid-'90s in Aspen, at The Little Nell, where he earned accolades for wine and service, including the Mobile Travel Guide's Five-Star Hotel and Restaurant Rating, and Wine Spectator's Grand Award.

From Aspen, Bobby embarked on a new chapter, joining forces with Thomas Keller at The French Laundry. There, his leadership culminated in the James Beard Foundation's Outstanding Wine Service award and the restaurant's prestigious James Beard Foundation Award for Outstanding Restaurant Service in 2003.

Bobby's journey doesn't end there. He is also known globally for his own restaurant that's two decades strong, Frasca Food and Wine, that just received a Michelin Star, a recent cookbook, and his very own wine label, Scarpetta! Yet, amidst his thriving enterprises, Bobby still finds the time to nurture the next generation of visionary leaders, preserving his love for Friuli-Venezia Giulia for generations to come.
