Todd Durbin's
Leadership
On Debbie's retirement in 2018, Todd Durbin became the next (and current) Executive Director. Todd was very familiar with Hands of Hope Northwest operations, had a great rapport with the volunteers, and had managed the finances for several years. Todd represents the ministry in multiple forums and is passionate about sharing our vision and goals to the broader community. He hopes to see the ministry grow to reach more people in need. He organized the Spring 2019 Brunch for Hope fundraising event at the Boise Centre and oversaw the parking lot expansion in 2019, adding 17 new parking spaces. In March 2020, he headed up the Idaho PPE Drive in Boise, and has brought the ministry through a rocky time during the Covid-19 pandemic. During his tenure to date, Todd has further increased the number of countries served and large shipments sent to countries in need.

Sip and Study
You Tube
The Sip ‘n Study live stream Bible Study started during the COVID-19 situation in early 2020 as a way to help people continue to grow spiritually in the Lord during times of desperation and loneliness. After seeing people growing who normally refused to go to a physical church for various reasons, it was decided to keep things going as the COVID situation changed in the world. Sip ‘n Study continues to develop and release world class Bible study information for people of all levels and backgrounds.
Drew is a fully ordained Minister of the Lord Jesus Christ through the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship since 2010 and is a global missionary through Global Strategy to South Asia since 2021. He has training and experience in church planting, worship arts ministry, small groups ministry, preaching, and more. With the support of his loving wife and amazing kids, he continues to minister and live his life for Jesus.
While Drew is ordained through the CBF, one of his main beliefs and callings is the unification of the Church. He’s worked directly with multiple different denominations and non-denominational groups ranging from Church of God (Anderson, IN), Foursquare, Methodist, Baptist, Independent Reformed and more. Drew does his best to teach the scriptures and not any one type of denominational theology, keeping Sip ‘n Study as non-denominational and biblical as possible.

Mayor's Youth Advisory Council
In 1998, Former Mayor Garret Nancolas determined that if the City of Caldwell wanted to strengthen the youth of the community, a program was needed to facilitate that type of activity. Based on Mayor Nancolas' initiative, the Mayor's Youth Advisory Council was created in 1998, and was officially adopted by the City of Caldwell as an official youth organization the next year.
The Mayor's Youth Advisory Council, or MYAC, provides the youth of Caldwell an opportunity to voice their opinions and share a role in the decision-making process. MYAC continues to grow under Mayor Wagoner's leadership, and offers students incredible learning experiences through travelling to Washington D.C. each fall and traveling to a different city each spring to research their local MYAC’s, and how their council and government functions in comparison to Caldwell's. Through local work and their experiences, members of MYAC develop skills in leadership and intellectual curiosity.
Applications are available in school counselor’s offices, Caldwell City Hall, and on this website. MYAC holds meetings on the first and third Wednesdays of the month in the Community Room at the Caldwell Police Station. Mayor Wagoner and advisory staff attend the meetings, which are open to the public. Each meeting is vital, and the group works jointly with the Mayor to address local issues and to brainstorm how to improve City conditions for today's youth and future generations.

Coach Katy enjoys exploring dreams and goals of women in each season of life by experiencing HOPE through each season of life.
Katy understands the heart of young women discovering their way through the season of children, family life and career. She can also relate to women who are entering the Empty Nesting and Pre-Retirement seasons of life. She uses her life’s journey to encourage you to discover (or rediscover) your hopes, dreams and confidence as you Live Forward in this season of life.
Coach Katy encourages parents whose children have identified as LGBTQ. As parents, we may have goals and dreams that our children may not share. Our children live their life in a way we did not expect. This can be stressful and difficult for both the parents and the child. Katy coaches parents to help restore a relationship with their child that may be hurting or lost.
