In this episode, I share a quick update about the evolution of the podcast and an important shift in the release schedule.

As my work continues to grow and deepen, I’m pivoting to more intentionally serve seven-figure female founders through holistic advisory and whole human business strategy.

Starting now, the show will move from two weekly episodes to one focused release every Monday at 6 a.m. CST.

This shift also reflects a deeper commitment to whole-human business principles; moving beyond the idea that life, leadership, money, and wellbeing should exist in separate compartments.

The mission of the podcast isn’t changing. You can still expect the same useful, educational, and strategic conversations.

Thank you for being here and growing alongside me.

Cadence Update And Context

Erin Gray

Welcome back to Your Money, Your Rules podcast with me, your host, Erin Gray. I just want to share a quick update with you about the cadence of this podcast. So let's dive in. Okay, so back um, I think it was February 23rd is when it was released, episode 184. I gave an update of this podcast of kind of shifting or pivoting a little bit in my business of who I'm going to be supporting more of a seven-figure female founders of to do more holistic advisory work. And one of the things that I had been sitting with during that episode or during that time period was, you know, since shifting and moving this way in my business, I got the hit or the download to move to one episode a week. And now, you know, Aaron 1.0 or Aaron several years ago would have been like, what? You know, why? You've been doing two episodes a week for, you know, a full year. It's been working. You've been able to create it. Like, why are you changing this? I know enough about myself now, about my intuition, about what comes through in my downloads that to follow it, to not question it and to just go with it. And so I am going to be shifting to, I shouldn't even say just to one podcast a week. It will be be released on Mondays at 6 a.m. Central Standard Time. So just like I'm already doing, I just am going to remove the Thursday release episode. I love podcasting. Like that is one of there's lots of joys that I have in my life, but I absolutely love podcasting. And I care deeply about this podcast. I love the fact of what I am bringing to this world, this new way of thinking about business and, you know, the whole, the whole of us, right? The whole human, the whole of us. We can't compartmentalize our business anymore. Or and I don't ever think that we could do it successfully. And I really care about you as the listener. And so, like anything in my life, you know, I when I get the downloads, when I get the um the asks or the intuition to pivot, to move, um, that's what I do. I follow it now. And I really have been intentionally trying to, I shouldn't even say trying, to decreasing the amount of time and what I call the gap, right? From when I get a download, from when I'm riding my wave and I get to a neutral place, to then when I actually take action from that place. And so, since shifting to really focusing my business on helping female founders and doing more of that holistic advisory strategic work with them, this is also the download that came through too. And so I want to just honor it. And I'm still here for you and I love you and I love podcasting. And I think, you know, probably what it is prepping me for is more space in my calendar to think, to think about, not that um, you know, to think about my clients and not in the way like I didn't think about my clients, but this this type of work that I do is so much more in-depth in the financials of someone's business and all areas of their business. And so really uh giving myself some extra Mondays to contemplate clients that I have. And yeah, so like anything in my life, you know, if I get a download again to go back to two days a week, then that's what I'll do as well. But for now, it's gonna be Monday and it's gonna be the same amazing content that I have been bringing to you. It's gonna be all about, you know, my clients, what I'm experiencing, what I've experienced, helping you to, you know, be able to take some action on your own before, you know, if you do decide to come work with me so that you can, you know, I think part of podcasting for me is like the educational part and allowing you to be able to do some stuff on your own before you come and work with someone from to receive the transformation. So thank you for being here. I will start, I should say, not seeing you, but you'll be hearing from me on Mondays only. And I'm looking forward to what this next chapter brings. Okay, I'll see you on Monday in the next episode.
