The Women at the Well Podcast is a place to discuss where women meet Jesus. Our host, Mary Cox, is Director of Women’s Ministry at North Metro Baptist Church in Lawrenceville, GA. Most women go through seasons in their lives where they find themselves navigating the unexpected, and through this podcast Mary will introduce you to women whose lives have been changed from their encounter with Christ. Just like the woman at the well in John 4, when we come face to face with Jesus He knows all about our story and longs to give us living water that only He can provide. He provides what we need most (Himself) and all we need to do is accept what He offers us. Every month you will be introduced to someone who has faced something unexpected but has learned that Jesus makes all the difference in all those moments.

The Bible tells us that God has a plan for each us. But how do we persevere in His will and know what He has for us? Our guest, Laura Ford, is a fantastic writer, speaker, and Bible teacher that is no stranger to North Metro. Laura shares with us her insights in navigating God calling us to serve and then surrendering to Him as our final authority. Many times, we can get into our own head, and we find ourselves willing to give up. God encourages us to not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9). The harvest of blessing, peace and abundance are priceless when we exchange our way for God’s way.
