HAPPY THANKSGIVING!! On this quick episode we just take a moment to highlight some of the things we are thankful for. We hope everyone had the best holiday!

hello everybody. And welcome back to another episode of on the road with that Wisconsin. Couple I'm Hayden and I'm Julia. And today it's a little different, we're not on the road anywhere. We're just doing a Thanksgiving episode to show our how thankful we are for everything in life. And we're going to go down our top five list of things that we are thankful for. You want to start or should I. Oh, I'm Julia, by the way you said that did. Oh, well, again, I'm feeling. Make sure that people know. You can start, you can start. What is. What is the number one? This is in no particular order. And also. Things we're thankful for. Our top five. Yeah. Because otherwise we'd probably have the same things. Our health, each. Oh, I'm just saying this isn't my top five. It's just five things. I'm thankful for. All right. Well, why don't you start? Okay. So the first thing I want to. Be thankful for. Is the awesome TWC community between Facebook, Instagram. Tic-tac. This podcast, our website, we have such a cool community in such a cool group of humans following along and our Instagram community alone has hit over 10,000. Friends. So that's very, very exciting. So. I just want to be very open and thankful. For you guys. Yeah. I'm going to start with, I am thankful for the opportunity to get, to explore Wisconsin to the extent that I've gotten to explore since we started this endeavor. Yes, we have, we have had quite the adventure, especially this summer. We kept ourselves very busy. The second thing I want to be thankful for, or the Wisconsin historic sites. I know that we've heard me rattle on and out about these this year, but I obviously got to do that early cool road trip, where I went to all 11 Wisconsin historic sites over 10 days. And I get to go back to a couple of them, this winter, one with Hayden and just experience their holiday events. And it's really, really cool. And I just love learning about Wisconsin's history and I love learning that you guys appreciate Wisconsin's history. Just as much as me. So my second one is the Wisconsin historic sites for all of the lovely memories we have and we'll continue to make there this year and the years to come. Second for me would be just the community that we've met through getting to go travel. And do all this stuff and. You know, it's pretty cool. Like when we were in South Dakota and we got recognized. You know, that's a pretty cool thing. Like when you go out of state and somebody knows who you are from, from the content we make. So thankful for all the people that we have met along the way that have helped us that have stopped us. Hi. Yeah, and just kind of pointed us out in the public. So that's pretty nice. Yeah. So that is really nice. My third one is going to be. That I feel Wisconsin is becoming more dog-friendly every day. So I want to say that I'm thankful for all of the businesses and Wisconsin and patios and restaurants and breweries and distilleries that are dog-friendly. So thank you. And I'm thankful for that. We can bring our dogs and more adventures. My third is going to be. Kind of a spinoff of that a little bit. I am thankful for when we go somewhere that it's not dog friendly for anybody that helps us out with the pups. Oh, that's good. And my parents, your parents. Friends, you know? Yeah. It's we have a really, really nice. I'm sure we don't show it enough, but we truly do appreciate it. That helps us out tremendously. That's such a good one. Yeah, we are so thankful for the support. We have to be able to do what we do in gone adventures and that our family and friends are willing to help us with the dogs. Really good one, Hayden. Thank you. So my fourth one is. Pinterest. I know. That's not directly related to our knees. But my first one is Pinterest because it really is helping people find our website. That's where our biggest traffic is coming from. And I appreciate that because I work really hard on our website and there's some great blog posts up there. But I'm really thankful for that. But then also Pinterest has really been helping me be creative with Christmas gifts this year. We're trying to only give. Small businesses and consumables. This year. So we're trying to support small businesses, but also consumable. So things that won't go to waste. So either like you can consume it or it's like an experience. So Pinterest is really helping me get creative with Christmas shopping this year. So I'm thankful for Pinterest for getting people to our website and helping them see our blogs. And then also with Christmas presents. This one is totally different, but I'm thankful that for deer hunting butts meat in our freezer, for some recipes that we put on our content. yeah. No, I Hayden, if you miss it, there's a picture on our Instagram and our Facebook Hayden shot. Really nice. Nine pointer. He had a broken brow tine. So 9.0 this year. So that's a good thing to be thankful for. Absolutely. My fifth and final thing is are like, again, super cheesy. But our little family paps and Leinenkugel, our two dogs and Hayden and I have really. Like. I feel like created some great memories this year and it's been really, really awesome. And then kind of with like that family tie in all of our partners for this blog that have like supported our family. So that's quick trip. QuikTrip, Wisconsin, historic society discover green bay. I could go on and on and on. We've gotten to partner with so many amazing visitors, bureaus, and businesses that I'm so thankful for. So thank you for supporting our little family. My fifth one is just, you. You know us. Together to serve first. Almost going on our first full year of marriage. This'll be our first Thanksgiving as a married couple. You know, so we kind of checked off a lot of firsts this year. It was really good. There's been some good times, been some bad times, but. For better or worse, we stick together and we make it happen. We're pretty good team. Yep. All right. So after that big portion of gratitude, we do have a little bit of news for you guys. So the 30th next week you'll have a brand new episode. I'm not telling you where yet. But you'll have a new episode from us, but then we will be taking the month of December off from podcasting. So you will not get any new episodes in December, and then we will be right back with you on the new year returning january 4th. So we'll be back with you on the fourth. In your earbuds, but we're going to have to take the December off to continue to take care of our home life. Be present with family. And then also we have some really fun adventures coming up. And we can't wait to kind of share them with you. Hell. Yeah, guys. Thank you again for riding along with us and a. I hope you have the best Thanksgiving. And then we'll. C on the next one and then not for a little bit. Yes. And then in the new year later,
