Episode #182 Nicole B. Gebhardt MS, CCLS, CECP From Rock Bottom To Guiding Light Through Energy Healing
A single word—courage—sets the tone for a raw, hopeful conversation with author and coach Nicole Gebhart about healing after pregnancy and infant loss. We open the door to her story of rock bottom, sobriety, and the moment energy work finally created space for relief when nothing else did. Nicole walks us through how Reiki eased anxiety and PTSD, why Holy Fire practices became daily anchors, and how faith and Reiki can coexist without conflict. She unpacks the biggest misconceptions she hears, then gets practical about what readiness looks like when change has to stick.
From there, we explore the Emotion Code and how it complements Reiki by surfacing what the subconscious buries—assault, abuse, and grief that language alone can’t reach. Nicole shares how she chooses practitioners by resonance and trust, how she builds safety with clients by hearing their stories first, and why remembering key dates like Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day matters more than perfect words. We talk daily rituals that compound over time—mirror work, gratitude lists, journaling—and the power of service as structure: support groups she launches with every military move, coaching programs, and accessible Zoom circles for families who feel unmoored.
For anyone stuck at a wall in therapy, searching for integrative healing, or curious about Reiki’s role in hospitals and trauma recovery, this conversation offers both validation and a path forward. You’ll leave with grounded tools, fresh perspectives on energy healing and faith, and an invitation to try the next right thing—especially when the old ways stop working. If this story resonates, share it with someone who needs to feel less alone, subscribe for more thoughtful conversations, and leave a review to help others find the show.

Thank you.
This is Ready Set Reiki, a podcast about Reiki and all energy work, from the curious beginner to the seasoned master teacher, welcoming all systems, all lines, and all levels. Reiki is a journey and not a destination. And on this Ready Set Reiki journey, I refer to myself as a guide rather than a host, as I too am traveling, helping, supporting others, and learning on this Reiki journey as well. And with that said, I am your guide, Tracy C. Wright. And this is Ready Set Reiki. Hello, wonderful listeners. Reiki, blessings to you. I am Tracy C. Wright. Well, today a card called out to me, and I felt that I'd be appropriate for our journey today, and that is courage. And this is an invitation for you to take the leap. Your courage will see you through. Oftentimes we're called to do something that we may not feel that we're prepared for, but somehow the universe maybe gives us a little nudge or a really big nudge, a catalyst for change. But either way, take a breath and trust in the process that if you have the calling, that is your purpose for you to move forward with it. Now, on my wonderful and amazing journey today, I'd like to introduce Nicole Gebhart. Now, she is a highly accomplished, best-selling author, speaker, and transformational coach with a passion for helping families heal and find peace after experiencing pregnancy and infant loss. She is also a huge advocate of individuals struggling with addiction, now with a master's degree in human development and family studies, specializing in child life at the University of Alabama, and a bachelor's degree in business communication from Florida State University. She combines academic excellence with intensive hands-on experiences in human development and mental health. She is a certified child life specialist and also holds certifications as a sacred Azui Reiki Master, Holy Fire 3, and Corona 2 Reiki Master, and certified in the Emotional Code Practitioner. So let's give a warm Ready Set Reiki welcome to Nicole. Hi, thank you for having me today. Wonderful. So welcome to Ready Set Reiki. So let's start our journey. I'll I let our listeners know just a little bit about you, but there is so much more about you. So tell us a little bit about yourself.
SPEAKER_00:Sure. I feel first super blessed to be here today. Um, I have experienced quite a bit of trauma in my life from rape, abuse, infant loss, miscarriage, and addiction. And I knew that if I was ever to heal from all of that, I wanted to make it my life mission to turn that pain into purpose and then help millions of others across the world heal from that kind of trauma as well.
SPEAKER_01:Beautiful. And how appropriate that courage card, right? That you have the courage to do this, to look at your situation, taking all these emotions and feelings and turning it into a purpose. So thank you for having the courage to do that, to stand up, because just think of all the people that you are helping. What a what a blessing that is. Thank you. Beautiful. So we're here, we're gathering due to Reiki. So tell us about the Reiki. When did Reiki come into your life? Did you find Reiki or did it find you?
SPEAKER_00:Oh, I loved sharing the story. So March 2nd, 2009, my life completely changed. Um, I walked into my nine-week-old son's nursery. It's my first day back from maternity leave. I thought he had finally slept through the night. And when I approached his crib, I found my son Samuel lifeless in his crib. I placed him on the floor. I started giving him CPR in hopes to bring him back to life. But my mama heart knew that he was already gone. When the we called 911, and when the first responders arrived at my home, I was treated like a criminal. I was shoved into a bedroom. I had to give a statement to the police. I wasn't even allowed to tell my son goodbye. Then I had to plan a funeral. It was devastating. For months I could not get out of bed. I went on to have another miscarriage as I had had one before my son Samuel passed away as well. And I got so stuck in this dark place after miscarriages and infant loss. And I couldn't really find my way out. I started drinking heavily. I became very depressed, anxious, PTSD, insomnia. So March, um I'm sorry, October 15th, 2019, it was pregnancy and infant loss remembrance day. I did decide I did not want to live any longer with my three children who had passed away. So I tried to commit suicide and take my own life. I got completely inebriated with alcohol, ended up falling down two flights of stairs. My husband now, he found me at the bottom. He said I was barely breathing, barely responding. So he called 911 himself. When the first responders got me to the hospital, the doctors in the emergency room said I wasn't gonna survive. I had a brain bleed, brain contusion. I was five times the legal limit of alcohol. Well, after a week in ICU, I did survive. And when I woke up in that hospital bed, I quickly realized I had two choices. I could literally lay down and die, or I could get up, get clean, sober, healed from my past, and turn that pain into purpose. And so my healing journey began that day. And I did get clean, I did get sober, and I started working deeply on myself. And at about year two of my sobriety journey, I was still very much struggling with the anxiety, the depression, reliving the moment of finding my son lifeless in his crib and the miscarriages, major PTSD. And as the universe would have it, somebody reached out and said, Have you ever heard of Reiki energy healing? I was like, Wow, I'm at my rock bottom. I haven't, there's nothing I've tried is working. I was working with therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, medication, support groups. I was doing everything, but I had hit this block where I couldn't seem to work through it. And so I said, sure, I've tried everything else. Let me try it. And after my first session, I knew something was finally happening on my healing journey. I knew my life was about to change. And I went for another session and another session, and I finally felt relief for the first time. I finally felt a lift in the anxiety and the depression. And I knew then that that was gonna be part of my journey. When I finally did heal from everything, I knew that Reiki was gonna be a part of how I was gonna help other women and other men heal from pregnancy and infant loss. I quickly became a master in it, a practitioner. And I use it with my therapy on my clients that have experienced rape, abuse, infant loss, miscarriage, addiction, which is all part of my story. And it's amazing to see the next level healing that comes with the Reiki when you add it to all the therapy as well.
SPEAKER_01:Beautiful. Well, thank you for sharing that. I mean, my heart goes out to you and being so courageous and brave to share this, but your message is going to help so many people out there who've experienced that to, you know, face loss and somehow make something positive out of it. So thank you for sharing that and being so open with everyone. And I love how, you know, you tried all these different things, right? You were open to that. And finally you were like, okay, let's give it a try. And you just didn't stop at one session, you kept going with that. And now you're turning around and sharing it with other people. So thank you for that. Thank you. So as you've been learning, as you've been growing in Reiki and you've been sharing this wonderful stress-reducing modality with many, many people. What do you find are some of the misconceptions about Reiki?
SPEAKER_00:Some of the biggest things that I hear is it means I don't believe in God. And it makes me laugh because my journey has everything to be to do with God in the universe. I truly believe there is no way I would even be alive today if it wasn't for believing in God and believing in the universe and all that that brings to you. And it's interesting, if you start really learning about Reiki, it is your higher power speaking through the Reiki master when they put when we put our hands on you. So that has been the biggest thing. Oh, I could never do it. It means I wouldn't believe in God. I said, That is far from it. I encourage listeners and others to do your research on Reiki. It really is a healing modality that does incorporate um God in the universe.
SPEAKER_01:Right, right. That's a big misconception as well. I grew up in the church, you know, very religious family, and just the word seeing it Reiki invokes like, oh, nope, that's not of God. But when you go and you learn about it, there's no religious dogma attached to it. And I mean, I'm conversing with God and Jesus every day. It is a part of my practice, and it gives you that ability to make it your own. You know, when I'm standing there with two hands together, I'm connecting to God, you know, bringing Jesus in, bringing Mother Mary in. So you have that ability to bring in that God of your own understanding. So thank you for sharing that. So as you've been doing this, as you found your life purpose, as you've gotten the courage to heal and move forward and helping others through very challenging and dark times. What has been the biggest challenge you have faced in your current profession?
SPEAKER_00:I think really you have to be ready. You have to be ready to heal. You have to be ready to get sober. You have to be ready to walk that journey. You know, my husband and I, we were on the verge of divorce. I was drinking every single day because I couldn't function. I actually became a functioning alcoholic because that I was doing it so frequently. But it didn't matter. I had to be ready to start that addiction journey. I had to be ready to get sober. I had to be ready to get clean. I had to do that. And so I think that's a big thing that um people ask me, how do I, how do I work with this and work with that? The person, the individual has to be ready. Another thing I hear is what do I say to women and or men who've experienced pregnancy and infant loss? And honestly, just tell them you're gonna be there for them. We don't need to hear this and that. Just and remember those anniversaries. My biggest struggle wasn't necessarily on my son's birthday or his angel date, the day he passed. It was pregnancy and infant loss remembrance day. And I I know it's because I had lost an infant as well as had the miscarriages. So make sure you're reaching out on those dates as well. You know, when I share my story, it does get, I start to question am I doing what I'm supposed to be doing? It's so heavy to constantly be talking about all of this trauma. And then someone will reach out to me, like your post on social media touched me, or I found your website, or I heard your story, or then I'll see a cardinal. I've actually had a cardinal tattooed on me because I know it's the babies I miscarried. And then on my three-year sobriety anniversary, I had angel wings tattooed on my back because I finally reached a point in my journey where I gave my son his angel wings and set him free to fly. So I really encourage women to ask for help. We're not meant to do this life alone. And make sure that you're reaching out to others. And maybe your purpose isn't to share your story on social media, but share it with someone. Share it with someone you trust. Maybe it's a friend or a colleague or a family member, but just remember we're not on this earth to do it alone. And be open to many healing modalities. Maybe it's not going to be just therapy for you. Maybe it needs to be Reiki or emotion code or meditation or something like that. And be open to all of that.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah. I had had a miscarriage many, many years ago. And uh when that happened, it was a late loss. I felt so isolated and alone. Like people just didn't talk about it. And so you're there. And then when someone opens up and said, Oh, you know, I I had this too, it really helps a little bit that you're not alone. So thank you for sharing all of this. So people don't feel they're alone. So yes, check on people, make sure they're okay, share their stories, have that courage when you're ready to share with the world with that, because you really will help someone who's either seeing it on social media or listening to a podcast in their very own home and they can connect with that. And even if, you know, they give it Reiki a try, it may not be for them, but it takes them and gives them a step to go in a direction, like, okay, well, this didn't work. Maybe I'll try something else, and maybe I'll try something else to continue to keep going forward to get you kind of out of that darkness a little bit. So thank you for that. So as you have studied Reiki, you have different modalities that you have studied. What qualities do you look for in a Reiki practitioner or a Reiki master teacher that when you see that person are like, yes, that's the one I want to work with?
SPEAKER_00:I feel very blessed to have a very strong intuition. So it's a lot of people that I'll come in contact with. Maybe it's doing a yoga session, or maybe it's just being out at a bookstore or you know, a coffee shop. And I feel the energy of others. So what I'm personally looking for, a Reiki master, Reiki practitioner, I'm looking for someone that has that positive energy that I can connect with. I'm very much an empath as well. So it's really neat. Like even with my clients, you know almost immediately if you're gonna be able to work together. And it's the same with finding a Reiki practitioner. You want to find someone that you connect with and that you're able to trust. And one thing that I do with my Reiki sessions in the beginning, we're gonna talk about your story. We're gonna talk about your journey because I want you to know that you can trust me. I want you to know that you know, we're doing this together.
SPEAKER_01:Beautiful, beautiful. I love that. Yeah, just trusting, trusting the process here. So all these wonderful modalities, all this wonderful work that you're doing, and someone's listening to this and they're kind of moving in that direction of this work. What advice would you give to someone who's just entering this profession?
SPEAKER_00:I would say do your research. Research what what each Reiki, level one, level two, level three, holy fire, research all of that, but also research another one for me has been emotion code. Um, I as I continue to heal and work through with the Reiki and the coaching and all of that, I hit another block. It was about my four-year sobriety anniversary, and I realized I had definitely worked through the pregnancy and the infant loss. I could remember it so clearly. But there were things I had pushed down that I just couldn't handle. And it's our subconscious really trying to protect us. And as I started doing more Reiki, I realized, okay, I'm still missing something. And it's kind of funny. I love how the universe just sends us these winks, these God winks. My husband came across the book Emotion Code. He's like, oh my gosh, this is so your jam. You have to read this. I think it's really gonna be, you know, life-changing for you. And I started reading the book. I was like, yes, yes, yes. And start when I started doing emotion code on myself, I realized I had blocked a lot of childhood trauma, a lot of um sexual abuse and physical abuse and emotional abuse as a child, because as an adult or as I was growing, I just couldn't handle it. So it was pushed down. And then the emotion code was able to pull that out because I needed to work through that as well. I needed to work through all of my traumas. I experienced a lot of abuse in my first marriage after our son died. My husband at the time ran to drugs, and um I realized that there were things in me that I was still really struggling with, but didn't know what they were. And emotion code was able to pull those things up so I could really go to the next level of my healing journey.
SPEAKER_01:Beautiful, beautiful. And know, listeners, that there are many different systems of Reiki out there. I I studied 13 of them. So if one doesn't resonate with you, know that you know you can explore others. I mean, definitely start out with the you know, the Azui Rahih ho, but you know, holy fire connected with me. Corona is an amazing system as well. That gives you some more tools for your energetic toolbox. Uh, in Corona uh Masters, you end up getting like eight other symbols uh through that. And also, I do want to mention your your husband is a military, correct?
SPEAKER_00:He is military. He's been in the United States Air Force for 28 years. Um I'm super grateful to be able to serve by his side. I actually was awarded 2025 Washington, D.C. Military Spouse of the Year this year. Um, it's been an incredible journey with him. We move every two years, and a lot of people are like, how do you do that? New homes, new new neighborhoods, new friends, new doctors, new all the things. But I feel super blessed because I have turned my pain into purpose that every two years we move, I am blessed to start a pregnancy and infant loss support group in the area. I continue to share my story and reach out because one, I want women to know that they're not alone. I want them to know that. But I also want others to know that you can literally walk through hell, rape, molestation, abuse, infant loss, miscarriage, addiction, but still come out on top and still live that life that you're worthy of living and know that you are beautiful and enough. And um it's been such a blessing. I just started another one here, and it's amazing to see these women just really transform and to finally feel that peace that they've longed for.
SPEAKER_01:Right. And thank you for doing that. I mean, as military wives having to pick up and move. I'm here in El Paso, Texas. You know, we have uh Fort Bliss and we have a lot of military here, and they'll come in and they'll be here for maybe two years or five years, and then they move on. And uh, I have uh two friends from Germany that have come in, and now one moved off to Oklahoma. So thank you for offering that because having that loss, where do you go when you're kind of this nomad that goes from here to there? So, and uh thank your husband for his service. Uh thank you so much. We appreciate all that he does for our country. So, what books do you recommend?
SPEAKER_00:Oh my gosh, mirror work, mirror work from Louise Hayes changed my life. Um, it is a book that I have read over and over and over. Uh, during the healing journey, some of the biggest things that have helped me is mirror work, talking to yourself already getting ready in the morning or the evening and talk, say I am beautiful, say I am worthy, say I'm enough. Another thing that has been huge for me is journaling. And as easy as that sounds, it can be one of the hardest things, but just take out a journal and start journaling your thoughts. Another huge thing when I started reading books was gratitude. Um, I I've read several books on gratitude. And so each day when I wake up, I do list 10 things I'm grateful for because it starts your day with a little bit more joy. And then I do a Reiki session on myself because as we give, give, give to others as Reiki practitioners and coaches and all the things, we need to make sure that we're also giving to ourselves. You know, as we as we do give as mothers and wives and all the things, we need to make sure we're filling our own cup too. So um, any book on gratitude has been life changing. Uh Louise Hayes, she has been phenomenal on my journey. So I feel super blessed. Gabby Bernstein, her books have really helped me as well. So I encourage people ask how did tell me where it started? It started with me reading. I started reaching and I love reading. That's why I've written so many books because they're so therapeutic to me. Even if you want to read a light, you know, if you you need to fill your own cup, go take a bubble bath and open a book. It's truly life-changing if you really, you know, I'll go into bookstores and I just feel like I'm in heaven because I have all this like resources around me. So do your work. Start researching books that really resonate with you because those are huge on your healing journey as well.
SPEAKER_01:Beautiful. And as a best-selling author, would you like to share the titles of your books?
SPEAKER_00:Sure. I have my first book, The Queen's Companion Book, Rule Your Throne, Own Your Queendom. It is a book that for women who've experienced some heavy trauma like I have from abuse, addiction. And it's going to walk you literally through every single step that I've taken to get through where I am, from being depressed and anxious to being someone who loves herself and loves her life. And so that's what that book is for. And then last year on my five-year sobriety anniversary, I published two more books. It was also Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day, October 15th. And these books were called The Healing Cocoon and Broken Wings, Broken Dreams. The Healing Cocoon is again the steps that I've taken to work through. You never get over it, but work through pregnancy and infant loss. So it's going to take you on this healing journey. And I love it because it's something, it's super inexpensive that you can just throw in your purse. And when you're ready to just pick it up and start your journey. And then I have my other broken wings, broken dreams, which is my why. It is a healing journey, but it's more of a memoir to my son. I want, um I want to share his story because nine short weeks, they were short weeks, but they were life-changing to me. I always wanted to be a mother since I was a little girl. And I feel super blessed that uh Samuel has been a part of that journey for me. You know, I tell others, I truly do believe with God on my side, Samuel had to die so I could help other women live. And I truly do believe that. And so I've got my fourth one coming out next month, A Queen Saves Herself on October, uh, the end of October. And it is going to be a story of my journey. And I've published several books of my how, but this is going to be my why and share all the struggles that I've been through. But in the end, I want women to feel I can do this too. I am worthy of this. I am good enough for this. And um, that is why I write.
SPEAKER_01:Thank you for that and helping to empower and thank you for having the courage to sit down and just put all that pen to paper and to share it with the world. So thank you. Absolutely wonderful. So next one here we have are what other modalities do you offer? Do you offer classes, events, or trainings?
SPEAKER_00:Yes, I do offer all of the above. I do have a 12-step program that I do one-on-one, but also in group sessions. I know I shared that I do my pregnancy and infant loss support group. We're currently we moved, we were stationed at the Pentagon in DC. And then this summer the military decided to move us to Alaska, but it's been amazing. And I feel like I'm really making a difference here, which is huge to me. And um, so I offer that in person, but I do a Zoom one as well, free of charge. And the reason why I do that, when Samuel passed away, there wasn't any support groups for infants. There wasn't any, that's also why I write, there was no, there was books about sharing the story, like the broken wings, broken chains, but there was nothing like the Healing Cocoon, giving me actual steps on how I could walk through that grief journey. And so um, I those reading the books and doing the things is huge.
SPEAKER_01:All right. I like how you mentioned the cocoon because that's probably what it felt like just darkness. And nothingness.
SPEAKER_00:Yes, when he passed away, I couldn't get out of bed for months, and I felt so alone and I felt like no one understood this journey, but I was also so scared. I didn't, I felt like I was stuck in a cocoon. And that's again why I start the support groups and why I do the writing because I want um women and men to have something that they can just hold on to. I also, like I said, the one-on-one, the group sessions, because I feel like we're all different. Some need the one-on-one, and some prefer to be in the group settings as well. I do incorporate Reiki energy healing and emotion code in all of my sessions if you're aligned with that. And um, not a lot of people do that. So I think it's uh it's been amazing for me to really kind of I've done this, I've done that, because we all heal differently. We all need different resources, different things. And I feel like I've put all the feathers in my cap because I want to make a difference. I want to change the world and I want to be able to have everything that could resonate with this person and then this person and be the change.
SPEAKER_01:Beautiful. So, where can we find you if we want to connect?
SPEAKER_00:Absolutely. You can go to my website, Nicole Bgebhart.com. I've also got emotioncoderaiki.com. You can go to either one of those. You can find my books on Amazon as well as Barnes and Noble's. You can find me on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. And please just reach out, even if you need someone to just listen or know that feel that they're not alone or um that it's not your fault. Please just reach out to me and you know, look look into it because I it is my heart to serve others.
SPEAKER_01:Beautiful. Thank you. So that ends the first part of our journey. I'm gonna guide you into the second part, which are questions from listeners and from Reiki students. So, number one, with all your amazing credentials and education, how do you incorporate Reiki for helping families heal and find peace after experiencing pregnancy and infant loss?
SPEAKER_00:That's such a great question. I know I touched on it a little bit earlier. I really had tried everything in the beginning on my sobriety journey and from the the time when I did try to commit suicide on October 15th, 2019, and when I survived. And when I hit that block, I knew there had to be something out there that I was missing. And that's when a Reiki um practitioner had reached out to me. And so when it that really hit home for me, like I said, I did a session, I did another session, and I kept feeling such an amount of peace. So I knew that that had to be a part of the journey of helping others who've experienced pregnancy and infant loss. I wanted them to know there's more than just one way of healing, there's so many other ways of healing. And that touched me so much that I knew I had to incorporate it with my clients.
SPEAKER_01:Beautiful. Now, our next question involves one that may be new for this Ready Set Reiki journey about the certified emotion code practitioner. The question is: how can a certified emotion code practitioner help me with my journey in healing?
SPEAKER_00:I love that. So, emotion code is just like another level. And I feel like it's a lot newer in a sense than Reiki. And it's also it hits different avenues that Reiki energy healing does. So, emotion code is gonna focus on some of that what things that your subconscious has put down. I know I shared earlier that it was, you know, the rape I experienced and the molestation and then um all the abuse that I physically and mentally and emotionally could not handle. And so we're gonna dig deep and we're gonna uncover these things that you have pushed down, whatever whatever trauma that you've experienced. And then we're gonna work through what the triggers, what has caused the anxiety, what has caused the depression, what has caused the PTSD or insomnia. And then we're gonna lift those out of you, um, like they're blocks that you're carrying. And so, as much as the Reiki can do and work with your energies, the emotion code is gonna be more of us talking and figuring out what have we not uncovered yet on your healing journey that emotion code can focus on so we can get you living that life you want to live. Beautiful.
SPEAKER_01:Number three, you are trained in a Zue Reiki, holy fire, corona, and the certified emotional co-practitioner. What systems of Reiki do you find yourself practicing in your own personal life? And there is a particular symbol that resonates for you.
SPEAKER_00:That is such a good question, too. So holy fire three has changed my life. Um, it's it's I felt like for me personally, it was the next level. It really helped me on my awakening journey. And as much as the Reiki helped with the depression and all the traumas, it it allowed me to really discover my purpose and it lifted me to this next level where I know I'm here to change lives. I know I'm here to make such a huge difference and not just share my story on podcast interviews, but also write the books and do the coaching and do all the things. And so each morning, like I said, I do my uh gratitude, thank you, Lord, for being alive and with a roof over my head and somebody that loves me. And then I do a holy fire session on myself because I want to start the day with fire. I want to start the day with love. And um, I close my day also with holy fire. It's been such a huge part of my own awakening and discovering who Nicole is and falling madly in love with myself. And that's what I want for all others. I want you to truly love yourself. And holy fire was that for me. And I love the the Chokere, the original sign that is just uh, I you could do it anywhere, anytime, on yourself, on others. And that sign has always spoke to me.
SPEAKER_01:Beautiful. Yes, I I too love holy fire, you know, a Zoe Rahijo, wonderful, but it was kind of that holy fire was the espresso or the little shot to kind of what I needed, you know, to kind of really be life-changing for me. So thank you for sharing that. Well, that was our last question. And as we've been talking, is there something that you may have forgotten or something you like to share? The floor is yours.
SPEAKER_00:Thank you. I just want to encourage others to stay open-minded. Reiki energy healing is actually being practiced in major hospitals these days. They are using it in the inpatient, outpatient, emergency room. It is a practice that is being you know used all over all over the world now. And so if you're on your journey of healing and you you have reached a block like I did, similar in my story, try something else. Maybe it's Reiki, maybe it's emotion code, maybe it's meditation. There's so many different healing modalities out there. So don't stay in that, you know, that box. Really try something different. And um, once you do, I think you'll see yourself on another level.
SPEAKER_01:Beautiful. And try to get that courage together to take that leap because that will see you through it as well. So thank you for being courageous and brave and sharing your story and getting it out there through podcasts, public speaking, through your books. And you know, and I appreciate you for all the work that you are doing. Thank you so much for joining me and taking time out of your very busy schedule to take this Ready Set Ricky journey with me.
